Dis honesty.. spoke to Tony in service and was waiting on a quote for a complete brake job. Waited and waited then I followed up with him and he never got back to me.. waited the next day then call him back and he said they dont have parts and he has to call around. Funny, cause the day before I called the parts dept and they have a lot of the drums and shoes in stock. This place is a joke.

They werent able to get me in for service because of workload. But, the nice guy at the service counter called around town to help find someone who could. I ended up going to Loves to the east and they picked up the part from Velocity 👍

They quote you one thing $, then another $ (much higher) once they have your keys and your truck in the lot.The work asked of them: Routine overhead valves adjustment.Something they must know to do and know exactly how much it costs.There was maybe 5 trucks inline that day, asked to be the first truck in line the next day (instead of waiting all day, went to motel).They did not bring truck in until much later in the morning.They took forever to get the job done.These guys are very disorganizedNow I am actually worried about the work. Such a bad feeling for that place.I will definitely update if my truck breaks down.

Good Sam roadside set up arrangements to have my class a motorhome towed to velocity before they closed on a Monday night. the tow truck dropped it off after hours. I called them as soon as they opened the lady who answered the phone sounded unprofessional but did her job as far as taking down the needed information. My wife called them back 8 hours later and was told they didnt know if they had a mechanic who was capable of working on such an old unit ( its a 1994) . Fast forward 20 hours later she called back and was told by the mechanic it wasnt something he wanted or was capable of getting into . not something i would expect from a company with multiple locations throughout the western region .We had it towed to another shop not to far from there who looked at it same day and we where told they can do the work and will start ordering the parts immediately.basically if you dont have a brand new shiny motor find another shop.

Came in with derated truck. Was there for almost 2 days. All they did was a forced regen and didnt even test drive the truck. Check engine light came back on in flagstaff thankfully I made it to freightliner in Tucson. They changed the Knox sensor and no more check engine light.

Our motorhome (45 ft. bus) broke down in the center turning lane of a 4 lane highway in the extreme Arizona heat in the beginning of September. We had it towed by our roadside assistance company who took us to a place that did not appear to be able to handle our work. We paid for another tow to Great West as they were a Cummins facility and had much higher reviews. They were extremely helpful and diagnosed our problem quickly and professionally. Kudos to Tony, the Service Manager and his team for doing an outstanding job and getting us on the road within a day!!

The shop was closed for a software update for 3 days when we got there and they got backed up, so took them a bit to look at our truck. But once they did they fixed the issue within hours when we figured it would take days more just because of the nature of said issue. Friendly workers.

I have no faith in this shop. It is NOT a true certified freightliner diesel service, only a 4th rate repair shop that has no idea what theyre doing. If you can make it to Las Vegas ; Phoenix or Flagstaff do it.

Took our truck to this shop and they have no idea what was going on. Ordered a part we did not need, wanted to replace our fuel system, no need, we paid for the part and we took our truck to Kingman Diesel just down the road! I would definitely tell you to take your rig to them instead.

Wanted you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service you provided when I came in with catastrophic engine failure on my brand truck.Your shops attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience a little less stressful. The shop manager Coy when above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed and provided outstanding compassion and customer service.Although having mechanical issues isnt desirable if it happens again I wont hesitate to bring future issues to your establishment. And, Ill recommend your shop to my fellow drivers.

My truck dashboard was lit up like a Christmas Tree. They were able to find the electrical short i had in wire harness even tough my rig is a peterbilt got me fixed up and back on the road. Great people friendly service awesome technicians.

I spoke to soon, the oil leak I had was found and repaired but the mechanic forgot to titen two of four bolts. So I had to have it repaired at another shop! At my cost!

Four days in the shop. Which from what I gathered is pretty custom around here. Fixed def. bad communication from office. Didn’t call when truck was done. A lot of foul language. One star for not stealing anything out of my truck. But now my apu doesn’t turn on. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!Had truck towed for DEF issue. Cost $650, then Charged Another $250 to supposedly fix the issue. The issue was not fixed, now sitting in another shop having the DEF sensor replaced after being stuck on the side of the road again for same issue! This place SCAMS the customer! Do not take your truck to this shop! They will lie to you and you’ll pay more in the long run! Take your truck anywhere but here! Even if it is the closest to you at that time!

Nice people, very helpful, some aftertreatment job done fast. Too fast for my expectations. Lost a one week Vegas vacation because of their fast diagnosis and fast job done, but still happy to be back on the road chasing money😉Thank you guys!

Great experience! Larry greeted me first thing and he was positive and up beat. He answered all of my questions and kept me apprised of the status of my truck. The waiting room was comfortable and clean and provided free wifi access. I briefly spoke with Anthony on the phone and in person and he was very pleasant as well. Nobody wants to take their truck to the shop, but Great West Trucking made the experience a lot more bearable. Thanks!

Actually should be ZERO stars.We were traveling in our RV and needed a Freightliner liner recall (a power module) evaluated. After waiting in the Great West Kingman Arizona parking lot for 22 hours, we were told that the power module was faulty and needed to be replaced, but they didn’t have the part. Not wanting to wait any longer, we drove to Velocity Trucks in Flagstaff, who scheduled us within three hours of our phone call and tested the power module within 15 minutes of our arrival. The service advisors then reviewed the entire testing procedure with us and showed us that the power module was working perfectly and certainly DID NOT need to be replaced.Obviously, the folks at Great West in Kingman are either DISHONEST or INCOMPETENT.

In and out faster than expected and done right the first Time

This place is extremely slow for repair work. The counter help is not much faster either to get your truck worked on and are somewhat rude. I hope to have a choice of where I can get simple maintenance done elsewhere next time, because I do not plan on spending my time waiting two days again for a pm service.

Had my truck fixed here. They didnt have parts. Had to wait over night. Every time I ask a question about my truck it was like it was a secret. I finally got my truck everything seemed fine and made it all the way to Texas before a check engine light came on.

Had a rear seal fail on the rear axle of my motor coach en route from vegas to phoenix yesterday. Located this outlet in Kingman and arrived around noon presenting them with my issue. Went for lunch for about an hour and on my return the shop foreman was just completing the paper work for his technician. The whole procedure only took approx. one and half hours from start to finish and charges were minimal. Back on the road completely satisfied with everything.Attitude and performance were outstanding and would recommend theirfront desk staff and techs without any hesitation thanks again for your excellent performanceAlfie Ware

They are such liars. U ask the lady behind the counter to call u when they find out what is wrong with the truck and she calls your company and tell them that the Driver said he is picking the truck up the next day rather it’s fixed or not.. they need better help in the service dept.

When i reading reviews i was scared to bring my truck there bc i had no choice .Our 2017 freightliner cascadia core def pump was broken. But we checked in around 4-5 pm and they repaired everything next day 4pm . They had 6 trucks ahead of us. But they did good job.

Small parts showroom not much on shelves. Service department was ok. Parts department needs improvement as far as attitude and knowledge.

There is NOTHING good about this place!!!! I was told to bring my truck in Saturday and they would get to look at it in the afternoon. Upon arrival, just when they opened, I was told there was No Way they would be able to look at it until at least Sunday morning. MAYBE. The person who told me that was very rude and acted like I was bothering her. There customer service people are all rude and act like they have better things to do rather than answer your questions. They do not give you any updates on the status of the repairs. They then told me on Wednesday that it should be ready by 4pm. At 430 I went to check out the status and was told that a NEW line that they installed had broke and it was to hot to replace it. Although they dont close until 10, when asked why they could not fix it before 10 pm. I was told they had other trucks they had to work on. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I will do my best to make sure anyone I know avoids this place

They fixed what others were unable to, and also did it in a reasonable amount of time. I do wish the driver lounge was more loungewith better chairs. It seemed a bit like a doctor waiting area.

They did warranty work well Fixed right front wheel seal and wrote it up as drive seal Jan 22nd Feb 11 it’s leaking again I’m going to have to pay for it again because I didn’t check their write up Won’t go back their if I can help it

We rolled in with an overheating issue and got our RV in the shop that same day for diagnosis. The issue was quickly found an hour before the shop closes. We elected to delay the tear down until the next morning since we are full time RVers and wanted to spend the night in our own bed. They have 30 and 50 amp service in the parking lot with water. They started on the tear down the next day and added an annual service and a/c recharge but still had everything down before close of business. The service writers were easy to deal with and answered our constant questions about updates. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I got a very detailed receipt. We will use them again if we are in the Kingman area.

My gearbox was broken and I came here to get an estimate for the repair it was to expensive so i told the manager i cant afford to pay for it he gat mad at me and charge me extra money for Estimate saying that the guy had to put some Screws backup and he was very rude to me and he didnt care i will never go back there ever again.

We have been having a problem with low boost poor accelerations, very little engine braking and poor fuel mileage on a 8.9 is l Cummins set at 425 hp was told problem was leaking boost hose, we ask about engine braking(vgt) they would test drive ( must have driven around town) said it was working properly nothing wrong so I picked it up and left Kingman to go back to bullhead, 7 percent grade no engine braking we got the same results by turning brake off and shifting down to 2 gear, still had to apply brakes all the way to avoid overeving weather we use engine brake or simply downshifting motorhome weighs 42300 tow car x90 2600# there also was no change in boost pressure $406 dollars later I believe problem is in vgt or control of vgt, how can you work on something and do nothing?

I would give these people a 1/2 star if I could. Brought the truck in, on Monday. They did an estimate,Monday evening. Saying the headgasget was bad.Had to wait till Tuesday, to get the approval. They had to order ONE Part overnight. So, I called for an update, they said they were going remove the head that day.I had called, with concerns about the head might be damaged. They finished removing the head Friday morning. Which they found out the head was cracked. Now, they have changed from doing, a headgasget. To finding a replacement head. They should have had it by Wednesday. They wasted allot of time.

2.5 hours of labor charged when the truck had been previously diagnosed. 500 miles after they fixed the truck it was having the same issues. Lets add that they had to have batteries shipped in overnight bevause they dont carry batteries for Freightliner. Seriously try not to come here. The reviews are this poor because they are unreliable.Response to their response: I did call. Not only did I call, but I told you I was willing to send you proof my truck was doing the exact same thing you changed me 2k to fix. Your manager was rude and condescending. You refused to refund anything.

Ordered some sensors for truck, came in and picked up with no issues. Another good Freightliner shop.

Take our truck at this location and these people are the most slowest Machanic I ever met they have us here sitting for 3 days keep saying waiting on parts do they forget ppl have work and we loosing money if u can’t do the job tell ppl to go some where else. Will never ever come back to this place.I had to add to this post we still sitting here at freight liner what a disaster by these ppl tell they will get parts on Saturday when ask them later in the day if truck finishes it was FedEx never show up so guess what we stuck till Monday. We stay at Redroof Inn motel across the road and the locals say to u will be here for a week one of the most slowest dealers ship they know they have drivers wait for 2 weeks at the motel and say things dealers ship tell Drivers parts not in. I’m so frustrated we never waited this long at any dealer ship it just seems like to don’t care because these will not even have the hospitality to call and let you know how u have to wait unless you go talk to them at the front desk. Hopefully a management can look in to this matter.

Large repair facility for commercial trucks and large rv with 14 bays. They stock a lot of parts for the area service centers so turnaround can be quick (2 days for a turbo swap in my case).

Nothing great here. Band aid station at best! 271 miles down the road and we have the same exact problem they fixed for 500 bucks!!

Today is March 12th. My truck has been in the shop since March 5th. They cant seem to find out whats wrong with it. Everytime I have walked to the service area my truck is sitting there with nobody doing anything. Go to the truck to get things and the parts changers seem to be standing around doing nothing. The service writers are good people. The Technicians arent technicians, theyre parts changers. Theyre incompetent. Theyre clueless. These people dont seem to care that Im losing money sitting here in the hard chairs in the lounge with the over priced vending machines not to mention being under a government load that is now 4 days late. All I hear everyday is They dont know, waiting for a call from Cummins Real Technicians wouldnt need outside help, they could do old school troubleshooting and figure it out.If you have issues with your truck and can go further down the road do it, this place is all bad.

Was told they would get my truck in shop on Friday afternoon, its Saturday morning and Im being told it wont be pulled in UNTILL Sunday afternoon at the earliest. Total bs and costing me thousands as an owner operator. If you cant do the work dont lie to me your costing me time and money. If you had told the truth I would have had my truck towed to another facility

Run away as far as you can from this place they dont know anything about any truck.I took my truck there for injector,they charge me $2000 for one injector took them 5days they still cant figure out the problem.i lost $3500 worth of load i surpose to drop in New Mexico and California.I met 3 driver there sitting there for almost a week waiting for anwser from this people.Roadside mechanics is 100times productive than this people here at Kingman FRIEGHTLINER,AZ .

I got towed in to their on October 8th abt 7 that evening on Sunday the 9th they pulled my truck in diagnosis was fuel pump and sensor replaced it that day got the truck back at 3:30 Sunday afternoon...... great customer service very polite respectful and met my needs of my job and got me on the road.... the tow guy Jeff was an outstanding employeee went out of his way to accommodate me and was all around redneck like me thx yall will recommend this repair shop to anyone

I took my truck down for oil in fuel... They first call me to tell me there isnt any fuel in the oil... I told them it wasnt fuel in oil it was oil in fuel and an overhead they then forced me to buy new fuel filters mind you mine were new that week and they refused to put mine back in but wont explain why... Saying the issue is un correctable and its due to the age of my truck and excessive miles ended up paying around 300 buck for 2 fuel filters and a check and advise will never go back here unfortunately i live and operate my businuess out of the local area. Guess ill be going to vegas or phoenix from now on... What happened to support your local businesses instead they raise the prices for locals.... And make up things that dont exist....just to clarify a few weeks later i had my truck repaired in texas and i had 2 bad injectors causing the oil in the fuel as well as the overhead needing to be adjusted now the truck runs great thanks tec truck of dallas

Go commit suicide before you drop your truck off here.These guys take forever, dont know whats wrong,order wrong parts, and finally 7 days later supposedly its good to go. You drive away and 150 miles later same problem comes up. Run away from this place
