The people were more happy the take cash only then to solve the problem, it was more about how much money do I want to spend. For $125.00 they told me the trouble code, and said take it to the dealer. The car didnt run so I had it towed back home. I bought a $50.00 tool on line and recoded my keys myself. I dont know if I would trust them with my oil change. Under new ownership
Great service. Will recommend them to everyone. I will be back again.
Kind and courteous, honest pricing!Helped me out in a bind no problems!
The guys were nice and great at explaining what I had trouble understanding. Good prices, good service, good people 😊
Nothing but GREAT to say about techs, service - EVERYTHING!!!!! Their new name is Innovative Auto.
Aaction Automotive was 100% excellent with the handling, inspection and communication with the issues concerning my truck. Thank you Raoul and Gina for making me feel like a regular customer and a local even I was a broken down on the highway out of towner.I would definitely recommend this shop as a dependable source of auto diagnostics, repair and maintenance.
My experience was the standard bait and switch. they quoted me a price which i thought was high but they reassured me the quote included everything to complete the work . when i went to pick up my vehicle the price was higher than the quote.the owner then proceeded to justify the additional charges.in my opinion the owner of the business is a man of low character. i guess they feel the need to cheat people to stay in business.they will never receive any more business from me. i will definitely not recommend them to anyone.another lesson learned.
Brought our van in for a front end alignment. However once they put it up on the lift, they discovered a lot of issues that we were not aware of when we purchased the van. They were honest and fair about what we should do. I would definitely recommend.
Trustworthy business. Get your vehicle repairs fixed right the first time. Great customer service, compassionate to seniors. Highly recommend AAction Automotive
Action Automotive Center is heads above any other repair shop in Kingman. Excellent service! Raul takes the time to explain what his servicemen are doing. He makes sure you understand any problem you may need to watch for, and as a Senior Citizen I appreciate his patience. This is the place to go for great service and very reasonable prices. Nothing unnecessary will be done to your car!
Was told and received a paper bill for $226.79BUT RECEIVED a bill of 301.68I cause I was a woman alone and out of state.Guy spent the extra time smoking and using the toilet.
Very professional, always called about what needed to be done and asked if I wanted to include an oil change as it had been 2 years. This was the 2nd time we have used their service and were very pleased with the results.
Found out my Hyundai Santa Fe Is a piece of junk and should not be driven on the road. Until I had about $450 worth of work done on it. I cant afford that so Ill just drive it until the wheels fall off thank you very much.....
My daughter took her car in for the air conditioner. They took it apart told her it would cause 1000 to fix. She went some were else and they charge her less than 300.
Aaction Automotive went out of their way to schedule in my disabled vehicle for repair while it was being towed into their shop in the late afternoon without prior authorization. They began the repair at 8 AM the next day and finished before 10 AM. During that time, they kept me informed of the repair progress and any possible complications. Now, Wile E Coyote, my E55 AMG is back on the roads of AZ hunting for that pesky Roadrunner! As a result, Aaction is the only repair facility in town that I trust with my car. Period!
They helped us even though they couldnt fix our car. I appreciate their honesty over everything else.
I was pleasantly surprised with the thoroughness I received from just getting an oil change. They checked everything, differential, transmission fluid, filters, windshield washer fluid, wiper blades, and tire pressure. Very respectful and cordial..
Kindness, respect, and a great job!
Friendly people good service good value.
Really nice family owned business. Great staff! Very knowledgeable and reliable service. They were highly recommended by Tom at Hrs. Truck & Auto services, for front and rear wheel alignments and anything else your car may need.
My wife and I traveled from Birmingham, AL to San Marcos, CA in our Lexus GX470. We wanted to check the cross country road trip off of our list. So we headed back via Las Vegas and then on to the Grand Canyon. While stopping for lunch in Kingman, I noticed coolant bubbling out of the reservoir. No lights on and temp gauge was still normal. We drove to A Action and they immediately pulled it in and diagnosed the problem. Thankfully, it was just a faulty radiator cap. It was very low on coolant, as well. They performed a pressure check and all was well. If you’re in the area and have a mechanical issue, these are definitely the type of people you want to deal with. They definitely saved our trip. I can’t thank them enough!
Fixed my Truck when the Dealer couldnt. Great prices, highly recommend!
Contacted Louis by phone, explained my truck problem and what I needed by way of a diagnostic scope and adjustment. He quoted me a fair price and scheduled me in that day. Joshua performed the work quickly and my truck now runs great. Thank you guys for the outstanding service. I would highly recommend this shop based on my complete satisfaction.
The people at action automotive were courteous and friendly and prompt with their service I would definitely go to them again.
Took care of an issue Valvoline created. They were quick, professional, reasonable.
Most honest and reliable place in Kingman AND all surrounding areas. I cannot express how grateful I am for their honesty and exceptional work and communication.Loyal customer for life!
Took my truck in twice and both times they failed to properly diagnose and fix the problem. I was told both times that it runs good now only to have the issues arise not even 500ft away from the shop. After spending nearly $180 each visit, I realized that instead of bringing it back to them and complaining, I should take it to someone who actually knows how to properly diagnose a vehicle.
This is the shop you should be going to in the Kingman area. Honest, and they do good work. Highly recommend
Honest and that so a good job. Been going here for years. happen to take my vehicle else where one time and of course the other place gave me a bunch of lies on parts I had just had replaced. Called Action to get in and they checked what the other place said was wrong and confirmed it was ok.
While passing through Kingman the clutch in out our Toyota Tacoma went out. We pulled in, and the gentleman behind the counter explained that they could not fix it on such short notice because they were booked full for the day. He went above and beyond by calling other reputable, local shops to help find someone to do the repair and get us on our way the same day. Not many shops would go out of their way to help find someone to do the repair. Thank you AAction Automotive Center!!!
Daughter came to kingman on a visit and had them do a very simple job for her. They made a big mistake and not being able to drive her truck back 300 miles because of safety reasons she had to have someone else fix the mistake which cost her big money. This place came highly recommended but did not work out for her. I myself would never use this company for my three vehicles but thats me. Research your job before you let anyone work on your car. They know about the problem and have not called her hoping that because she lives so far away the matter will go away. So sad!
Need more cashiers! And customer service help.
I went in for a front end alignment after rebuilding all the suspension on my 97 F150 .....Shuan did the the work... just a fantastic job, price is affordable as well... I recommend these guys.... they have state of the art equipment and employees that are trained and highly knowledgeable .....
Great people with great work ethics. Husband took his toy 4 runner there because of an alternator not working. Took it in at 8am for repairs and it was done by 4pm. Highly Recommended!
Good honest work. Had some suspension work done in a timely manner thanks guys for gettin me back on the road!
My friend recommended A Action 5 years ago. I have never been disappointed since. My car was making a whining noise that was driving me crazy. I took it to the Toyota Dealer and they told me I needed $2000 worth of work.while I was getting an oil change. I told the dealer about the noise and they never addressed it. I bought a belt from Napa and asked A Action to install it. Sean the mechanic troubleshot the noise first and told me my belt was still good, and I did not need a belt but a pulley (In 2 minutes). A Action squeezed me in and got the right part. The part was not over priced and it was a Gates pulley one of the best next to OEM, The staff is pleasant always busy and honest. My neighbor was burned by a place down the street and so far he has taken 2 of his vehicles to A Action and is totally happy with their work and prices. In Kingman where mediocrity is a high standard . A Action rises above with great service, fair prices and quality parts and honest and capable mechanics. If you are new to town try them out. They dont pay me to review. They just do great work. I normally dont do a review unless I get great service or am angry to warn others. By the way, A Action didnt say there was anything wrong with the car that the Toyota Dealer said there was. My bill was very reasonable.Thank you A Action and Sean the Master Mechanic!! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!Rob
Had grandkids for summer they loved it we went 3 or times a week.price was not bad 5 of us cost $10 total. However food is not that great.
Not evry good service more about the money then the service.
The people who run the place are very friendly and organized, and the mechanics are very skilled in there trade. If you want a good job, at a reasonable price. This is the place to go.
Wonderful customer service, reasonable prices. My 30 ye tear old truck is running great! Highly recommended.
I took may 2004 Chevy Silverado 3500 in to have a front end alignment after I had changed a lot of the upper end. The tech consulted with me about the front end and showed me some of the things I forgot. I took it back home to finish the repairs and will take it back in when I finish.
While traveling from Lake Tahoe, CA to Temple, TX our car broke down. Raul, Louis, & Vicki took excellent care if us. They helped us get transportation to our hotel, even went out of their way to check & make sure our trailer was OK. Very professional service. Got us fixed & on the raod in 1 day. WONDERFUL family owned shop.
The guys are awesome. And well priced. They have me as a dedicated customer.
Great place, great service. Im always treated like a valuable customer.
Had to have the AC cover replaced on the fire wall. they had to pull the entire engine/tranny tray to do it. Mechanic even wrapped the unit in foil tape to make it last longer. What a great job. Had a coolant leak related to the repair 6 weeks later and they took care of it. 1/3 less $ than the dealer who really didnt want to do it. As an mechanic I went over the end results with a fine tooth comb and couldnt find any mistakes. Best place in town to get any repair done.
Let’s face it, car repair is not cheap no matter where you go. The last thing you need is a shop trying to sell you something you don’t need, they won’t. You also want to make sure your car is safe, right. At AAutomotive you get professional work done right and in a timely manner. Sometimes they might finish sooner or take a little longer, you never know what you’ll run into when repairing a car. Generally they are spot on with the time. I don’t mind paying a fair price for a repair and I get that at AAutomotive from a professional crew with honesty and integrity.
The staff at Aaction an automotive Center were veryKnowledable, honest and polite. They diagnosed all the problems the vehicle had, we discussed the options and set up as action plan. Raul made sure I was not spending unnecessary money on things that would not fix my problem. I was very impressed!
I made an appointment to have my 1996 Ford Windstar air conditioning checked, as it had not worked in quite a while. Louis, (the father), immediately located the problem area. Pack Rats had chewed my vacuum hoses to bits!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family owned business for their Kindness, Fairness andtheir Christian Values which SHINE GOD BLESS THEM
Awesome service
We were delighted with our fast quality repair at a great price. Our 2005 Chevy Trailblazer’s water pump failed in Wickiup. We were towed to Kingman and the driver recommended this shop for repairs.
Seems like a great shop. I had my old keep towed in. It needed the carburator rebuilt, they dont do that work but were able to refer me to a shop in town that does
Great place. We have a long history with this business. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.
Great service and very efficient. I love being able to take my car in for an oil change at lunch and knowing I will get out of there in time to make it back to work on time.
Dont work on OLD SCHOOL vehicles. My 77 jeep. Need to find a old-school mechanic
The work is careless, replaced fuel pump, fuel gauge inaccurate. Replaced headlight bulb, removed air cleaner unit instead of using panel on wheel well liner plus fried the bulb that I bought and then charged for labor The auto stores do it for free!. Best to go to Las Vegas
They are nice and will make sure you leave safe
My spouse and i were stranded an hour outside of Kingman on the side of I-40 with a broken down car. we contacted Aaction to see about getting it checked out... Louis even agreed to stay beyond closing time to make sure we made it there safely. the car was toast, but the customer service and professionalism here was amazing. they quickly diagnosed the issue and were straight forward about the issues at hand. i even received photos of the damage! that really impressed me. i absolutely recommend these folks to anyone reading.
My boyfriend and I had car trouble just outside of Kingman. I frantically tried to find a place to look at our car and help us get back on the road. Many other places turned us down saying they were busy. When I called Aaction and told them our story, they made a way to squeeze us into their heavy schedule. Justin was the main person who helped us. He was very professional, polite, and helpful. Even with the tow truck taking much longer than expected, they still held to their word saying they wold still take a look at the car. They us back on the road very quickly. I was so happy to have such great service under such terrible circumstances. I would definately recommend them!
Needed a front end alinmemt took about an hour good service...
Update: 2-14-2019 Revised ReviewI am rebutting Action Autos reply to my review. Is Raoul a ladies name? If it is not, I delt with a lady, when I left with the info she gave me. I know what I heard and said, any one other than the lady, is second hand info.Any honest company, with no part is available for repair. Would not be charging me for no parts available.Action Auto stipulated, (Customer said he did not want to pay the dealers $180 price ) That is a false statement, I never said such a thing. When I came back from visiting carpet store next door, waiting on repair. She suggested I buy it myself, I will save a lot of money, dealer wanted $180. She sure emphasised I should buy it. Its all starting to make sense. Its not the electrical switch, but, whole heater control sliding switch assembly a lot more money, much bigger & a different part. Original electric switch, at the Auto store told me it was about $50 or so, no stock discontinued.Action auto lady, said eBay had a lower price one. She gave me piece of paper, where To buy it. Then to come back, have them put it on.After checking on it, it was not a electrical switch, was heater sliding control switch..They say dealer gave them wrong part number, eBay verified it wasnt a electrical switch. That contradicts your dealer info, they checked more than one place. eBays ad stated it was a heater sliding control switch, not hard to see it was wrong one.You need to give a auto dealer or parts store, the correct info, actual part your are requiring. You new it was dash electric blower motor switch, it has to be verified, its a electrical lever switch, very small compared to slider switch, not a heating/liquid cooling sliding switch, the skematics will verify this, a huge difference on switches. Pretty hard to screw this up, especially saying they are professionals. What a convenient way to do business, give you a wrong part number, a much higher price, maybe hoping I buy it elswhere. Once I leave, good chance I wont be back. If I did buy it, they are not liable for buying the wrong part. Thats why part number was not listed in my receipt. The whole service diagnostic stinks, does not smell or feel right. Unacceptable, non-professional, not find correct part & number, then say were given wrong part #.If it was the correct part, they would have notated it on my receipt. The Customers is buying his own part, with the part number listed on receipt. To prove, I refused to buy it for $180 price, dealer wanted. You Replied being a back yard mechanic, Youd be surprised what electrical techs have to do to make things work and will give a gaurantee behind there work. My engine wiring harness was spliced in 2 places, after engine heat shorted it out, he spliced it and gave me a lifetime warranty in Show Low, in 2016, where I moved from, its was no longer available to buy.I look at it this way, having AC on 3 speeds is better than no AC at all. There is no electrical short risk, if you are an experianced electrical repair technician. There is 4 wires that insert into switch, 1 for each speed. Disconnect #4 speed wire, remove #3 wire. Then attach #4 speed to 3rd speed connector. (I went to electronics school, built many computers, so I am well educated in this field).I already paid 1st mechanic $38.00 to tell me its electric switch for fan motor. No time to do worj for me. I have close to $150 In diagnostic fees & no repair.Better to see your company make an adjustment of $45 or more credit. If that happens, I will stipulate, dealer made an effort to make it right, plus move up your star rating. That is a win win outcome, unless you can find me a used switch. Even correct used one could work, for now until I get more money, to find a used one This will do.I do not have the choice of returning for repairs, no part available, this was Action Autos responsibility to make me aware of this, plus not to charge full amount, because of no parts.
They quickly identified a hose problem that was causing a terrible antifreeze leak, and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Fast, friendly, and expert service. Many thanks.
The best place in the area where you will always get a fair deal and not be ripped off. Fifteen year satisfied customer.
This is an honest, efficient and skillful shop. They know what they are doing and give great service.
Staff are up to date on all vehicles
Good service but work took longer than expected.
Great Service and very professional employees treated me with respect and kindnesswould recommend them highly in every instance.
Went to this place once without issue and came back for a realignment which was discounted because my last one was within a month and I hit something. They aligned it and sent me on my way with a tire literally screeching down the road and my truck shifting around dangerously! And when I turn around to complain, not until I go into the shop myself do I help them discover that my control arm bushings are shot and a tie rod end is busted! They want $800 to repair so I decided to do it myself. I come back a month later and ask for realignment and say I will pay the reduced cost ($39) again, but not full price. After Gina talks to the boss she says they have to charge full $72 again, since I didnt pay them for the repairs, despite them already getting $39 for a pointless alignment and for me to disgnose it myself on their lift! When told I would leave a negative review since they wouldnt ritht their wrong and itd cost them more business, Gina says Ill take that risk. So now I am at Big O tires, which is nicer and cheaper.
First impressions are that these are trustworthy mechanics that arent just trying to make a dollar, but really try to provide good service. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family and be giving them more business in the future!
Great place... Good prices and nice people..
Extremely accommodating and reasonably priced
I dont like them. Way over priced & fake some work.
Excellent Diagnostic Skills. Fair and Honest
Their mechanics are GOOD.
We left North Carolina to move back to the West Coast and needed some repair work done on our car. We ended up at Aaction not knowing where to go and were pleasantly surprised at the GREAT service and honesty of their business. Even though they had a problem getting the right part, they kept us informed. We have since decided on relocating to Las Vegas, NV, but have decided that when we need auto repair, we will make the drive to Kingman, AZ to have AAction do the repair. Thank you Louie and everyone at AAction for handling your business in such an honest and professional way.Wish we could get our car there now, we have a fuel line leak. Cant afford the price we were quoted. Car passed smog, but, we cant drive it. Actually, kind of funny when you think about it!
Terrible work and price for wat was done with my car. It took a week to order little clips for my car to put the front bumper on which I had asked them not to do but they did anyways because the bumper had to be replaced anyways completly. So, that was a total waste of money. I own a dodge caliber. Its not some import that you cant find parts for. Anyways, I get it out of this joke of a shop and a week later there are 2 different things hanging underneath my car. The mechanic had used packing take to tape up the rubber protective cover over the gas line. Which would hold it until it got wet. Well, wat just happened it rained and thats when it fell off. Not only that, there also is something else hanging down that I have no idea what it is and its missing a bolt clip so now i have to take it back in just for that. Maybe i should also check my lug nuts to make sure that they are fastened tightly as well. I dont think that the shop even deserves one star at all. Very disappointed.
They did a great job on my blazer
Louis and his staff go the extra mile! ... You will not be disappointed!
Ive been going with AAction Auto since I was little. I would trust my life with their team, just as much as I trust my vehicle with them.
Very learned owner and mechanics
Lady was impartial to my situation
Over priced quote for removing bolt from driver side front tire. Im not paying your lease. A bolt removed didnt require the extensive charges and labor.
Aaction Automotive was the third garage that we had service our Grand Caravan. The previous two garages did not get to the bottom of our exhaust leak problem. Thanks to Raoul, we believe the problem is finally solved.
Fast&Friendly,Best Maintenance&Repair
My vehicle has been under the care of Action Auto (2003 Lincoln and still going) and in that time I find that they are not the best in the world, but there aint none better.[sic] rich
Top of line mechanics
Ty for fast speedy service!!¡!!
Everything was perfect
