Brandon and the guys down there are FABULOUS!! They had my car towed to the shop at 8 a.m and I had my car batter than new same day by 515 p.m!! Couldnt ask for a more honest better shop! I am a customer for life

The staff is good mechanics are good I would say they are 100% honest and do not overcharge.

I was driving from Phoenix to Las Vegas and broke down right in town. Called them and had a tow truck to me in 15 minutes and they jumped on fixing another mechanics mistake.(I had new brakes put on and they didn’t tighten bolts on the calipers) These guys saved the day and got me back on the road to go to my friends wedding. Seriously, the nicest bunch of people, knowledgeable, fair priced. My bad situation turned lucky when I found them to fix it. Thank you!!!

Jerry was a savior when our RV broke down on I-40 due to the potholes breaking a battery cable (yep, that violent a jolt). We limped the rig to Midtown by hooking up battery cables as a temporary fix. Jerry took us right in, did a craftsmans job of welding a new cable & connector, and got us back on the road in under an hour. Great price too. Very decent. Our hero!

When Jerry refused to give a written estimate I should have walked away. We agreed on $180.00 to finish a tune up. Went to pick up the car and he had tacked on an extra $100.00.I asked him why didnt call me to ask me if I still wanted the job done with an increase in price, he shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt think $100.00 was that much more!Had he called me I would not have authorized the job. He just glared at me when I told him I couldnt afford that, and he should have asked me first. There is no honesty or integrity at Midtown Auto Center.

Dealing with one of my vehicles that threw the flex plate/flywheel when I was returning home from a trip to New Mexico, I contacted the local NAPA Auto Parts to find a garage in the are that was reputable and honest.Spoke to Jerry on the phone and made arrangements to have my truck towed to the shop and have the repairs taken care of, they did a great job and at a very reasonable price, it was done and waiting for me to pick up two weeks later.Great service and price.

Got stuck in Arizona for some car issues and we brought our baby here and they took care of her like she was their own! Wish I knew more people in this town to refer them! Hands down the most liable and respectful mechanic shop!

Its unfortunate this other review had such a terrible experience. I have been using these guys for well around 8 years now, and I have always been very pleased with their work. I DO feel there have been times in the past some may have taken advantage my lack of knowledge of cars - and over-charged, but these guys never overcharge, and I have never had to go back to them a second time about an issue. I couldnt be happier, and I dont trust anyone else with the care of my vehicle repairs. Thanks guys

These guys really hooked it up. Had some trouble with my jeep, and they had me back on the road in under an hour. Charged me well under what I expected and in general made me feel like they were honest guys. Would definitwly go back if I ever have car troubles in this part of the state again. Thanks Jerry!

This is the only car repair shop i would go to..they are extremely honest and their work is excellent ! i would never go anywhere else..i have been going here since i moved to kingman 14 years agomuch appreciated !you can have them fix your auto with confidence

Zero stars ! This was the worst experience with an auto shop in my life they had our car for 17 business days. Every week saying it will be done in a couple days then pushing it out. When the car was picked up and 1 hour into the trip home it blew up again in the desert! They never fixed it. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF IT IS A MAJOR REPAIR!!! They are probably ok with oil change, etc - but the mechanics are not very knowledgeable at all and the owner doesnt care about his customers

Wish I could give zero stars. My engine started making a banging sound and stuttering so I towed it to midtown. They said they had no idea what the sound was and had to replace the entire engine. I decided it would be better to invest in new car. Come to find out people who WERENT certified mechanics instantly knew that just a rod needed replacing and to top it all off they they took the good battery out of the car and replaced it with a dead one. Real professional. Save yourself the time and money

Terrible!!!. My wife and 3 kids (all under the age of 5) were stranded at a hotel there in Kingman and these losers wouldnt even lift a finger to look at her car claiming that they were too busy. So we then had to figure our a way to bum a ride in town to get the car to a different mechanic in town who gladly looked at immediately given the circumstances.These guys dont deserve to be in business!!

Honest, fair people. Been to them several times about a sporadic noise I heard in the car, and they admitted they couldnt hear it. Theyve also told me when things could wait, rather than being fixed immediately.Theyve had several chances to take my money dishonestly, and have never taken them. Folks like that are hard to find.

This place is horrible. The shop was supposed to open at 730am & we made it to the shop at 745am. They didn’t open till 8.They didn’t even check to see if it was a problem with the car. After the fake attempt to take off a screw,They then sent us across the street to another shop telling us “I won’t even be able to work on your car over 30mins”

This is the most honest auto repair shop in Kingman, and this is the only place I will take my vehicles for repairs and service

So on our way out to the Sema show in Las Vegas our van broke down out in Wikieup Az. The sheriff that helped us with our tow recommended sending it to Midtown Auto we are glad we did. Not only did they accomodate us and get the car fit into there schedule they also paid for the towing and handled the whole thing so we could continue on our trip.....We highly recommend this business very fair price and outstanding customer service!!!!!!!
