I had to have some windows delivered for my new home. Unfortunately 3 were broken. I called and they were replaced. When I picked up new, an employee name Poe helped me. He is an outstanding employee. He helped me find the replacement windows as well as loaded them for me. That is the type of service that will keep customers co.ing back.

I always come in to do phone sales and service is usually pretty good but when Jules is working its spectacular. Hes super quick, efficient, and friendly. Unfortunately when trying to get help in any department other than paint or garden you will have person to person say they will get someone in that department or you cant get help at all especially in flooring. Earlier 30 minutes and nobody came so I finally gave up.

Was looking for a nice plant. Found one with no price. Chuck (Chuckie) was extremely helpful in getting me the plant I wanted at a very generous price since computer indicated there were none in inventory. After speaking to Jeremy they decided on a price for me that made me really pleased. They both went over and above, especially Chuckie...very good, can do attitude to please a customer. Kudos to you Chuckie!!

Went to get a certain paint color I’ve been using for years called silver bullet and paint department lady said it only was available to mix in a bear ultra base I never had gotten before. It was not the right color and they said the base was the issue, she then said I can’t do returns on paint when clearly I was not the reason for the difference. Went back when she wasn’t working and had it mixed in the correct base and the other paint department worker didn’t understand why she only said it could be mixed in that base. The color was a perfect match with the new paint I always get. Also Online it says they accept Apple Pay but they do not. It’s 2021…. Taking my future business to true value, Lowe’s, and ace hardware for that reason.

The only downside is the self check out. Nobody knows where the line is and if theres 1 or 2 lines. Lots of frustrated attitudes from other customers.Service is great however!

Had an awesome experience with Joe Orpen, and the whole Home Depot Installation program for our new windows. We just moved here from So Cal, and we wanted to upgrade all of our windows. The windows are just amazing (Simonton 6200 series) and I can’t tell you how much more livable our home is. Will be referring Joe to all of our new friends in Kingman. Nice to leave a positive note, for as we all know living in AZ, it’s next to impossible to find folks who actually follow through on promises they make, or even show-up on time/return a phone call, etc. Joe was not only on time, but he was so great to work with. OK, I’m done :)

Home depot is good, but the old lady at the return desk is a C U Next Tuesday... My wife returned a plant that died due to the heat and she gave her a stern lecture about not letting it happen again. I asked if Home Depot still has the 90 day plant guarantee and if 45 days is less than 90 days and she replied, Im tired of giving money to people whom dont have a clue I ask for a manger and there was none available??? If she would have been a man, I would have drug her outside.

I went in to get pieces of plywood because I was remodeling the dinette in my rv. The employee that helped me said he had an rv and knew exactly what I was talking about! How lucky was I?! He was a great help.

Actually found what we wanted but while my husband was taking them down Huge pieces of wood started falling on him so would suggest they secure the wood, Husband repropped the wood so they wouldnt fall on someone else. Otherwise it was good.

Beware if you are going to return or exchange anything at this Home Depot location!The two females they have working at the return counter are very very very rude they like to yell at you and make you feel very uncomfortable they will make it nearly impossible to return OR exchange anything even if you have a receipt. If I were you Id go straight to the manager I would not even deal with the return counter.Save yourself a headache go straight to the manager skip the return counter. Managers name is Allison shes very helpful and seems nice!

I have spent a lot of money at this store over the past three years. I got a complete kitchen remodel, all my appliances, new flooring in the living room and a custom designed entertainment center through them. Shannon Mullen in Kitchen designs is awesome! She is smart and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Lance in flooring is equally knowledgeable and helpful. He was extremely helpful with a flooring problem I had and helped to resolve it completely. I rarely have a bad experience there, and if I do, it’s a quirk and not the norm.The only thing I don’t like is the layout of the front of the store. The registers are atone end of the store, so if you park at the north end and go in, you then have to walk all the way down to the south end to pay, then walk back up to the north end to get to your car. The service desk is more in the middle. It would seem to me more logical to put the service desk at the end and the register in the middle. Plus, with the service desk being in the middle, it can cause a big jam up of people standing in line with people trying to move through the front of the store. With the service desk at the end of the store, there would be less of a jam.

Guess I won’t be using Home Depot anymore. I’ve come here multiple times and I’ve been able to use my drivers license with a veteran stamp on it which I had to show the DMV my DD 214 to get that stamp. Now they’re telling me that I am I don’t qualify for the veterans discount. Too bad, I just purchased a house and have a whole lot of things that I need to take care of.

Since COVID, their ability to get items is abysmal - BEST BUY and Lowe’s don’t seem to be effected like Depot. One of World’s largest home improvement stores, yet their website is frustrating; I’ll search hours for a specific appliance, it says shipping available, I put in zip code, can’t ship to my store. The Kingman store is 2 mikes from I-40 - the nation’s busiest East-West artery, and this monster of a corporation can’t figure out how to load a fridge on a truck/train and get it here? Yes, we also have a major east-west railroad - almost 80 trains a day pass through. Their in store selection is less than local appliance stores and your wait time for delivery is excessive, almost triple that of Best Buy and double Lowe’s. When an appliance is needed, many times, time is critical - you know, pesky details like cold milk, fresh food, or clean clothing. How long is corporate America, which willingly shattered supply chains due to public panic and fear, going to require customers to suffer the consequences of their poorly thought out over reactions? We’re all in this together? Nope - the consumer is bearing the brunt of their mistakes, with a cost increase on appliances of 30% and wait times aligned to mid 20th century. I just picked up a dishwasher in Henderson from Best Buy. Ordered Wednesday, ready for pick up Saturday. Same dishwasher at the Depot? 6-8 week delay on shipping - MINIMUM!!! If I could assign negative stars- most certainly would.

Products are often out of stock or in the wrong place. The employees are often unhelpful or sometimes very rude. Everytime Ive went there the lumber aisles are closed. I go to Lowes on Bullhead City or True Value instead.

The cashier wouldnt give me the disabled Veteran discount because she already started ringing it up. Thats the second time. The first time it happened it was on a one thousand dollar purchase. Just stop the veteran discount and saying you are offering it. Problem solved and you wont look like a sleezbag company.

I cant understate my displeasure with this location. It feels like a haunted asylum for people who didnt get the memo that robots are only slightly more retarded than the people building them... its like the employees are so mistreated that they just gave up and mope around trying to look busy. I heard its not my department 4 times during this visit. I walked around this store for 45 min and only got half my list. Couldnt even find an orange HD bucket its piled so high and deep with stuff I dont want or need. The checker couldnt figure out what inventory called a 5$ item without barcode.... This trip ruined HD for me and the 20 people hopelessly waiting behind me.

Good customer reviews start with good management thus leading to great employees! This store is consistently good. The employees go out of their way to help. I mean if you ask: where’s the xyz? They will literally walk you to the area, look for the item and ask if you need any further help with the item.

Ive been known to crab about this Home Depot but they generally do a great job. Got some commercial vinyl tile by special order and it was slightly damaged but they gave me a small discount in a reasonable amount of time and loaded it for me. Good people.

The only thing preventing The Home Depot from getting 5 stars is the unfortunate lack of knowledgeable support staff. Many have extensive knowledge of the items in their departments. Just as many do not. This is an exremely busy store as it the only Home Depot and we have no Lowes. As with all Home Depot stores, this place is simply great with about any home repair or improvement product you could possibly need. They are generally quite a bit cheaper than our Ace and True Value stores. We are blessed to have all three to be honest. Also to be honest, the folks at Ace are so friendly and they know their store well, but it is small. They are best known for their lumber yard and rural living needs like water storage and septic products. If you dont know what you are doing, go to True Value. You wont walk 10 feet before being helped, and every 10 further in that you go. They know their stuff and will spend all the time you need to get you going and answer your questions with knowledge whether they know the answer or they know who does. Great service at ballooned prices (service of this caliber isnt free!)

Typically Home Depot store and layout. Clean and organized. But trying to find someone to help is pointless. I was in the kitchen area and there were 6 people there and not one asked if I needed help or had questions. Id understand if they were using their computer, on the phone or with another customer that they would be to busy but none of that was the case from what I experienced. It seems like Home Depot has this going on in ALL of their stores no matter what state you are in. The only bright spot was on my way out, I had one quick question and the woman who stopped to answer my question was very nice and took me right to where I needed to go and her name was Sassy.

I shop here a lot. Employees need to get on the same page and the management team really needs to bring back employee moral. Spend more time with the employees on the front line and let them know that you are on their side, not just hiding in your office. Dont just walk the floor or do your rounds at scheduled times during the week. Get out there and work with your customers and employees and stop forgetting how you got to the management position you are in now! I enjoy building relationships with the employees, purchasing the products that are available and the hours of operation.

He not only found all the items on our long list for our tiling project, he helped us load everything on our cart, verified the count and helped on color selection for our grout.. Curbside Pickup works great!Ive ordered everything from several Kayaks and fire pits delivered on pallets, to small sets of bolts. Home Depot has never kept me waiting. It has been surprisingly quick for me, and consistent. If it took 15 minutes, or 20-30 minutes every time you ordered to get it processed and delivered, I would not use it and stuff would get sent back. Today I was in line buying concrete (I couldnt order the curbside pickup any quicker than at the register- it would get there too quick), literally as soon as I quietly pushed the button, the cashier chatted to a coworker curbside order here can you grab it- I was blown away. Great work. Pickup times less than 5 minutes deliver 5 star reviews. Thanks for saving me time home depot!

Home Depot, as with any I have ever been to... and as a delivery driver with several Home Depots on my route, always friendly, prompt and professional help. Unlike alot of other chain stores Home Depot has exactly what I need and exactly where its supposed to be. Coupled with expert knowledge and online help its your DIY place to be. Keep up the good work Home Depot, i will be a customer for life.

The Home Depot in Kingman is generally a pretty good hardware store. Ive spent thousands of dollars there over the past year building a large storeroom that with further work and additions, may become the first room of our new home. In fact, I was purchasing large amounts of lumber from them even during the lockdown when the store was practically empty. What I disliked was their mask policy, which I consider insulting and ignorant, as Covid 19 is so tiny that it is one third the size of the smallest particle the best face mask can filter out. Despite the fact that the masks dont work, this store made a huge deal out of it. Although I often carried a mask in my pocket into the store, I never put it on because it wasnt necessary. Many of the employees and other customers, in masks, would ignore the social distancing recommendations and come right up to you as if they were protected, which they werent, and so were you from them, which isnt the case either.The lumber at Home Depot is of an inferior grade and has always been expensive. Now, it is so expensive as to be virtually not affordable. The store is quite obviously rather greedy.I purchased an expensive generator that I picked up through the store with a big tag on it stating that the store manager, a Kenny Rediger, wanted me to contact him if there was any problem with it at all. Ive tried to contact him on a number of occasions and he has ignored my calls each and every time. The guy is a poor manager. Sorry, but that is how he seems to me. His underlings protect him from any sort of interaction with the public that he doesnt want. He doesnt know that customer service is the most important aspect of his job. Someone needs to remind him to get off his high horse and improve his performance.My wife and I met a cashier there who was quite friendly to us at first and I liked her, although my wife could take or leave her. Unfortunately, she began acting very strangely once they made her wear a mask. She disappeared for weeks at a time, once acting so mean and unprofessional a short time after I asked her about it that it was appalling and embarrassing. Ive read reviews from ex-employees of that corporation and they used to complain that something awfully fishy was going on between management and the pretty young employees. Is it true? I still shop there but Ive never felt more used when I consider how much of my money they got and still get and how little they appreciate it. When I mentioned this to someone in Customer Service who was being especially nasty about a bum part I got with my generator, I was told lots of people spend lots of money there and they were not required to back up their products or treat me civilly. I suggest people stop spending so much money at the Kingman Home Depot. They dont deserve the business and only get so much because other hardware stores in the area are even less friendly, rather uptight and weird, and just as expensive. It would be nicer if we all werent so dependent on these major corporations who take us utterly for granted. Home Depot is near the top of the list. From their off-putting signs on their door telling people not to bother applying for a job if they use drugs or demanding that everyone wear masks, these people have gotten way too big for their britches. I suggest they be taken down a notch or two by their customers and be scrutinized by those who must regulate such businesses.

SO Im a DIY dabbler, I love working with wood and graphics. Unfortunately my lil Nissan only takes up to 6 foot planks, by 2 feet. Chris S. at the Kingman, AZ Home Depot- Deserves a standing award for cutting a zillion pieces of wood for me, to enable me to take home my wood for todays projects. I was able to unload and prep for my current projects, without waiting on my husband to go pickup in Kingman. We live in Golden Valley, AZ. Chris was not only accommodating, but did it with an amazing attitude. EXCELLENT customer service is so hard to find these days. OBAR his helper in training (mr Blue eyes) was also a star in my eyes. These guys were just the nicest hard working, gitter done employees! This store inventory is poor. They either don’t carry things or the shelf is empty. We end up having to go to Bullhead for most our needs. It is so frustrating.

I was at Kingsman Home Depot yesterday and with my drivers license which states veterans and was able to get my 10% veterans discount. I went back today to make additional purchases and they told me that my DMV veterans license would not be accepted. It was Home Depot who told me to get my license so that I would no longer have to carry my DD-214. And now they say that they wont honor it. And that they would not match Lowes who takes it all the time. Very disgusted with Kingsman h Home Depot no longer will shop here.

People that work there was very very helpful. They even ask you if you need any help or if you are finding everything okay when they are just walking by. Very nice and considerate. That you people at Home Depot

Have shopped HD for years and always received Military Discount. Kingman refused the discount because I wasnt service connected disability or retired.. The cashier called the manager over and he was very condescending. I told him i always was cheerfully given the Mil discount and wondered why policy had changed. He just blew me off and said thats the way it was only certain military cards get a discount. I asked is it really worth him losing a customer over a discount ( I spend around $20K a year in HD) and he just shrugged his shoulders and grunted! The cashier then actually apologized to him for wasting his time on something like this...well ITs back to Lowes .. . FYI I did have my current VA card, and did serve six years as a combat photographer Viet Nam era... Guess home depot things thats not enough service.

I really would like to say it was good but I cant. For whatever reason home depot will not honor a veterans discount. I have veteran on my drivers license, I have a VA medical card/ID but they wont honor a 10% discount because it doesnt say service connected. I really wish there were a Lowes here in Kingman. If it wasnt so far to drive I would be spending my money at Lowes.

A gentleman by the name of Mark helped me in the Electrical Department. Very helpful. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. They definitely need more associates like him!

Well organized.mostly stocked on basic neccessary tools and materials. Not so friendly staff a little I got 8 hoursish type of demeanor but i give five stars due to the return policies and the acceptance of people making mistakes while delving in their own d.i.y. projects. As well as whatever they dont have can be ordered and either delivered at your house (for a set min amount purchase ) or you can pick up in a fairly timely matter at the location itself fairly simple process, overall great location for building, gardening, electrical, all the way to interior designing and with the services from local contractors program they have offers a nice lil addition to the tip the scale on the 4 star rating I originally was going to bestow on my own personal experience here at the local kingman, arizona home depot company. Thanks for the chance to put in my 2 Penneys and to anyone reading have a great day ! Happy building !

Home Depot is our only big store for sipplys and they do their best.

They did 4 gallons of paint, from their paint swatches which were coordinated with a paint they mixed. $44 a gallon. 3 look pink - 1 looks gray. Colors were all warm beige and brown. They said tough luck. I’ve spent over $3000 at this store in 2 months. I will be using Lowe’s from now on. Worst Customer Service.
