Lydia was kind and was able to work with me to find something that fit what I was looking for with the right cost. I had first called the store and asked about the price on a king size mattress because my mom had gotten a new bedroom set and we needed to get her a mattress right away. I talked to a salesman on the phone for a couple min and told him I would be by later that day. When my sister and I showed up I asked for him and he remembered my name and he showed us what we were looking for and what the prices of the sales were. We were able to test it out and we decided on one and we paid for it within minutes. Tim the salesman was very nice answered all questions and I will most definitely be returning if I need another mattress. Thank you

Sean is amazing!! His customer service skills are awesome. He knows how to take care of his customers. He treats you like family to ensure you get what you need. We had a bit of trouble with getting our order filled through the LA warehouse. Our delivery was scheduled for Monday. Monday came and they were forgetting parts, I had to call Sean to let him know what was going on. He instructed me on what to do and ensure me that he will get it fixed and I will be on the next soonest delivery as soon as the parts are found. The following they were found and we were scheduled for a Wednesday. Wednesday came only for them to come and they had the parts that were missing but now they were missing the parts to put the bed back together. At this point I was about to lose my mind. We have been sleeping on the floor because we had just moved in the night before Monday and we were looking forward to sleeping on a base and not the floor. I once again and to call Sean and explain what happened. He instructed me on what to do and was bale to fix the problem and replace the base. He was amazing handling everything he even through in a free gift for the trouble we were having with delivery. We appreciate it!! Finally Friday came we get the base and its amazing and its great to not be sleeping on the floor, but once again for the 3rd time the LA warehouse made a mistake on the pillows we had gotten. I couldnt believe that it happened for a 3rd time. I let Sean know and he helped me solve it. Let me tell you for having all these problems with delivery, Sean was there with me every step of the way and ensured me he will get things fixed handled and delivered. I felt so bad for as many times as I had to call him but he didnt mind as long as he could help nad make at the very end I was taking care. Thank You Sean! You made the experience a good one. LA warehouse needs to fix whatever it is that is going on in their Warehouse. Will definitely be referring my friends and family!

Great customer service! Sean was very informative and knowledgeable of the matress and base. Went in thinking I had the matress I wanted in my head but after discussing our physical and medical issues and financial situation he directed us to a much better bed. Not only was it less than what i thought i wanted he help give even better discounts where he could. He didnt pressure us at all, tried other adjustable bases than what I originally choose and for myself I decided to upgrade to base that messages as well as raises head and feet. All which will better help our circulation. I wanted to take a nap right there. Sean was also very patient while going through all our questions. Highly recommend, we will be returning when we upgrade our sons bed!!!!!

I recently stopped in to the mattress firm.The store itself was very clean and organized..I was greeted by Meagan.. very professional and kind... I had talked to her previously on the phone about my concerns and how I sleep and how my current matress wasnt working for me and how much pain Im in everyday when I wake up and through the night actually.By the time I came into the mattress firm Meagan had already had a particular mattress picked out for me..It was the most comfortable bed..but I also decided to go try several others and ended up coming back to the initial bed and made the purchase...I am still waiting for the bed to be delivered but love their 120 day trial period.it sweetened the deal..Go see Megan at the mattress firm in Kingman she will hook you up...Update to my last review...8-25-20After 5 weeks of sleeping on the mattress I purchased, I found that it was not comfortable for me.. I was on the 120 trial option...although I did a return and did not find a different mattress to purchase, the return process was very quick and painless... It took about one week to get my refund so that wasnt a very long wait

I just purchased my second bed from this store. Megan Anderson was phenomenal. She bent over backwards to make sure that I got the best deal possible. She was also very concerned with making sure that I bought the best bed possible for my back and body type. She could have easily tried to sell me a more expensive bed, but she didnt because she believed it would have been bad for my back. Overall, she made buying a bed a great experience and I will go back if the need to purchase a new bed should arise.
