What happened???? I used to like this Pharmacy and would have given it a 5 stars. However, now I give it 2 stars and feel that this is being generous. I used to be able to go through drive through with out much of a wait. Now Everytime I am waiting no less than 30 minutes. One day I had one car in front of me. I waited 25 minutes. Then when it was my turn they saw me but did not accnowladge me. 15 minutes later I had people behind me honking there horn. So I used the call button and the pharmacist snapped at me and said we will be there in a minute. Another 15-20 minutes went by before I got help. Yet again I sit here with one car in front of me and its been 15 minutes so far. I will be very disappointed if I have to switch to another pharmacy.

Get real busy, long lines at times. They mess up often and the app doesnt always match whats going on with your scripts.

Pharmacy staff are very helpful and very nice. The store is always Clean and the rest of the staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Have had numerous difficulties getting prescriptions filled here. Worst pharmacy in Kingman. The other Walgreens is good.

The pharmacy people here were great. They got my prescriptions ready in a record amount of time. The woman behind the counter was so helpful I wanted to make sure that I said thank you for everything.

Worst customer service ever in pharmacy. I called like 4 times today and every time I was on hold for over 25 minutes. The last time I called they even hung up on me. I had to call regular store employees get transferred to pharmacy and end up talking to rude and completely useless employee. Don’t waste you’re time here just go elsewhere.

Theyve always treated me well here & have gone the extra mile a couple of times. Very friendly & helpful staff. Ive witnessed them being helpful & patient with customers No one would want to deal with.

Expensive is putting it mildly! The store is very clean, staff is very friendly, but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Want a loaf of bread? All theyve got are Hostess products, which have wonderfully long expiration dates because by eating Hostess products one can MUMMIFY themselves. Deals? Not really. I went there in desperation, walking in terrible weather because they had items I couldnt buy elsewhere. Stocked up on some other items while I was at it. BAAAAD move. Wont be doing THAT again!

Nice clean place full of friendly people. From the pharmicist to the cashiers everyone is friendly and always willing to help. You know its a good place with good people when your daughter wants to stop just to say hi to everyone.

Its sketchy buying Hersheys kisses from here there is something weird about them. They need to stock their candy more efficiently.

We were an hour away so called to see if they had what we were looking for. Very nice people on phone and they not only had what we wanted, but when we got there they had it saved for us.Thank-you.

Very friendly staff, clean organized. Very convenient central location for anyone in town. Easily enter and exit parking lot more than one direction, unlike most places in kingman which are a nightmare (walmart)

I took my prescription in to have it filled . It was supposed to be a 10 milliliter bottle . I had called ahead of time to find out if they Had Prescription In 10 mil bottle. A representative said yes we do. With that, I went into Walgreens on Andy Devine & present in my prescription . I was told to pick it up Tomorrow . When I came in to Pick up they had 10, 1 ML bottles Instead of a 10 ML bottle . And they wanted to charge me twice as much . I argued the point . And a female representative Was smug & suggested I take it or dont get anything . She did say we can try to order. I already lost faith in them do to BS so I took my script and left . They wasted my time Driving back and forth . They are not to be trusted . I called the corporate office . Ill see what happens .

Mike that is a pharmacist here thinks he is god. And thinks he is a physician. Let me tell you he is neither, heck he went to school in Henderson Nevada. Oh and Rebecca she isnt any better. She is rude crude, they are really nice until you need something then is when you will see their true colors. They way Rebecca talks to others is notorious. Just wait her bi-polar will emerge.

Nikki is rude--- tried to get help but they do not want to answer questions acted like they did not care and did not have time for me.. I guess this is why I transferred my prescriptions from walgreens to Walmart. kept telling me call my insurance co.. WTH??? thanks for refreshing my memory of why I switched in the first place

Always very slow service at the pharmacy counter and the drive-up window.! They should hire more people to serve customers faster!

One of the slowest walgreens ever used refills very slow takes days,than when doctors fax new ones in, walgreens dont check there faxes until you go pick them up.SLOW

Received prescriptions for my husband friday evening. Needed the pharmacists consultation the next afternoon due to adverse reactions to the medication. Could NOT understand the technician hardly at all. I explained the difficulty my husband was having with the medication (vomiting severely and no appetite) and she said she would patch me through to the pharmacist. 20 minutes later I hung up as we were sitting on a road side 45 minutes north of Las Vegas. 5 or 6 minutes I can understand for holding on the phone, but 20 minutes is ridiculous. This is not normal customer service from a walgreens pharmacy. Not only that, but when we were there filling the prescriptions friday evening, I overhead the pharmacist on duty complaining to my husband about how ridiculous other customers were. Completely unprofessional for any industry let alone a pharmacist that were supposed to trust and respect.
