VERY POOR MANAGMENT!!!!!!There were 8 People in line only one register open. I asked the manager if they could open a register she asked if there were 6 people in line she got up counted went into her office a few minuets later she came out and went to restocking. At this point more people joined the line. So My daughter and I left, on my way out I mentioned to her she was losing customers. She watched us leave and did not care.

I enjoy going there. Just wish they had more craft items.

Went here and the store was a mess and hard to even get around because they had three different ppl restocking other stores stock at night during close hours and only one casher open with a line almost half way to the back of the store i wont be back this store has been ran this way for ever there has to be a better store and i am going to find it even if i have to drive to bullhead or havasu

The store is absolutely disgusting! Bare shelves. Lack of management or no employees to work. You have unopened boxes of stock all over the store to the point it is a safety hazard! GET IT TOGETHER and CLEAN your store. Will not be going back rather go to 99c store down the road then this place.

Been to tons of dollar trees. 1 of the worst. Always a long line. Bad attitudes. Managers always in the offices eating or just walking around talking. Never see them working. The store is absolutely filthy. Floors are disgusting. Unopened Boxes of freight left on sales floor. All day and night. Never seen a store in such bad shape and condition. Be prepared to wait a long time cuz they will never open up another register unless enough customers complain about it. Then manager or store manager comes with an attitude and trys to blame other employees. After they called for back up several times. This store needs major help!

They have great bargains, but stay away from electronics as they are not quality material for $1 for electronics. Of course, excellent deals all the time, as you really cannot beat $1 for everything. Some candies and snacks are actually less than $1

Very messy, disorganized. Employees standing around complaining about having to get covid shots. But everything is a dollar.

Dollar store in Kingman Arizona is always busy somewhat clean the items on the Shelf sometime are not in order and some things are left on the floor with people who work there walking by them. The cashiers are courteous

Never know what you might find. But its always fun to see what they have. Friendly and fast check out. Beware and take your self control or you may spend more than you planned to like I always do.

30 people in line one register open and the manager is in the office. Did not come out. Just yelled out there is another person coming in. Manager needs to come out and get on a register. Other things can wait!!!! And yes I have been in this line of work.

I can usually find a need at DollarTree to spruce up my cupboard.and the prices,stay at $1.unlike .99 store.where prices vary off of .99. Thank you Dollar Tree.

I usually like shopping for greeting cards and other small items at Dollar Tree. The store is usually well stocked and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Today I had a terrible experience there. At checkout I got a very harried and rushed cashier who told me she had two trucks to unload. I entered my debit card to pay but the debit card machine wasnt working right. The cashier said she may have used too much anti-bacterial on it that morning. SHE pulled my card out and told me to start over. I dont think she should have touched my card but thats not the big problem, the big problem is she handed me a twenty dollar bill along with my receipt. I never asked for cash back, in fact I said I no to the cash back question. Okay maybe not a big deal but I was afraid her drawer would be short. When I got home I checked my online banking only to find the entire transaction had been run twice, something I certainly cant afford.Talking to the store manager was a complete waste of time. At the very least I expected an apology from her but she tried to throw it all back on me. She kept saying over and over she was 100% an eight year customer service professional, she 100% understood my frustration, etc., etc. ad nauseam. She repeatedly interrupted me, never apologized, and was generally incapable of handling the situation in a sensitive or accommodating manner.

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite places to get homeschool items. They have a great teacher section, the toy section is good for small rewards, and they have lots of crafting items! Also my first stop for fun little reward toys for any holiday. Most of the time this location is well maintained and things are kept as tidy as can be on the shelves. :)

I always love going to this store the employees are just wonderful! The only problem is they get upset when we dont bring in our Service Dogs but they understand that some days its just too hot for them to be out and about.

Well-stocked, conveniently located next to the Safeway, and a lotta good values. But its a shame that the clerks arent the most professional, and can often be kinda cranky, if not outright bossy and hostile if theyre bored, or if you happen to seem like youre not a local (aka, you aint from around here). Theres one gal, I think her name is Marina, been there awhile, who just seems like a real unhappy character, and always looking for someone to take it out on. And apparently the manager is useless, which is probably why the clerks get away with it and basically seem to run the store their way instead. But fortunately theres also a great 99 cent store just up the street, very friendly and helpful staff, without any of the drama.

The store here in kingman, does not clean wagons or baskets, counters, credit card machine and asked for sanitizer its hidden or they say they dont have any. So its not the first time. So I will and others stop shopping there.

The store was great. Merch manager Bonnie was my cashier. She couldnt bother to speak to me EXCEPT to tell me my total. I having been a previous employee of this store think that was quite rude. However a customer has no choice because there is only 1 register open.

Everything you need for a dollar! This is one of the better Dollar Trees in the state. All the shelves are well-stocked and they have a huge refrigerated and freezer section. This Dollar Tree has more than most and you will thoroughly enjoy shopping here.

Normally Dollar Tree is a goto for all the small stuff we need. This location is fairly decent. Usually fully stocked with the standard items. Staff is friendly and always verbally greets you at the door.

Employee name Joey needs to take a class on handling customer and not be so loud, you can here her at the end of the store. She needs to tone it down.

This is my favorite store. Always good savings and you almost always have everything I want our need. You could use more carts though. I try to go online but I donthave java script. Also I am an American through and through. Our family since the ships landed in the shores. Please default to English if 1 is not pushed. This is an English speaking country....we should not have to push one for English. I refuse to do so.Other than that this is still my favorite store. Thank you. Sharon

I was 86d for opening a bottle of water as I was going to go and pay for it. Horrible. I will have corporate to discipline the manager. Unless they want a lawsuit for not allowing me to drink water in nearly 100 degree weather.

I stocked up on cards for about 2 months. And I picked up a few other things. The cashier was very nice.

Well I went in with a couple coupons for 75cents off a item, when the cashier scanned it it beeped, the mgr bonnie came over and started being very rude, I said it is the right product right size I dont understand than she got even more loud and rude and said she dont no why and cant help me, it was very embarrassing because they had a very long line due to her and a different working being in the back of the store talking about cloths and a mother worker, as one person was stocking. I asked for her mgr contact information she rudely said I dont give that out I said when she works and your store number ? She said call in the Morning the numbers online I than asked for corporate number and her name to be written down she said look it up online than I ask for the coupon policy she did she didnt have to let me see it, I would love to know your coupon policy as I shop there every month spending at least 60 to 100 $ and i figure thats information a customer can have, she than continued to tell me and her coworker that it doesnt matter and everytime someone calls corporate she gets a promotion and laughed than as Im working out shes talking about me and how everythings a dollar its cheap to use a coupon pretty much saying I was being cheap and hold up her line I shop her every holiday for 5 kids I do most off all my back to school here and thats how Im going to be treated! Im so embarrassed and upset

Disappointed this trip. An elderly customer needed help out to her car she was in a walking chair, told an the assistant that she needed help out to her car, no one came to help her. My husband and another customer helped her take her grocery to her car.
