This store has nearly the slowest and poorest customer service possible. I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option. I waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time with the pharmacy and I finally gave up when they closed for lunch. Sadly, this seems to be what everyone else has experienced too because many people continued to endure the long wait, apparently not having any better options. Don’t waste your time here.

I have always had trouble out of CVS. Bessemer City and Kings Mountain both do not have very high standards when it comes to manners or customer satisfaction! The ladies in the pharmacy are rude and exhibit negative behavior. They never have the medicine we need! Kings Mountain refused to sell me needles for my 7 year old daughter, even though they have a prescription for her medication on file. I was just treated as if I was a junkie looking for a fix! I will be relocating all of our business somewhere else!

Not very helpful. I had a manufacturers coupon for a prescription and they said it was not good. I went to Walmart Neighborhood Market and they ran the coupon and, lo and behold, it was good. I will not be back to CVS. I did not feel like arguing with the woman behind the counter at CVS!

TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE phone etiquette. They did not provide their names when I called for assistance. The first 2 times I called, woman answered and hung up! The 3rd time I called, I told the other woman that answered about the issues I had and she completely ignored me!! If they had provided their names, I would definitely file a complaint with corporate.

Regular clerks are friendly, but staff in pharmacy need a prescription of their own.

I love our Kings Mountain CVS. Open til 9pm helps working family & prescriptions are filled in a timely manner

Very unorganized. One Pharmacist called to tell me they were working on a RX and when I called back to check a different Pharmacist tells me they never reached the RX . Need to get it together
