Clean store easy in and out I use there curbside all the time.

It was good. Things easy to find. Prices a lot cheaper than ingles.

Use to be me and my family to shop we spend about $1200 a month is this store ...but there is a employee that calls us names and talks about us to other employees and its very rude im sure if someone ask other employees if there honest they will tell you ..my doughter came to the xar the other day crying because the things the employee was saying about us to another employee and it needs to stop ..were fix start going to another walmart ...and spend our $1200 + there ..and the lady needs to be wrote up or suspended for two days that shut her mouth up..im ferious about it this sopose to be a family place to shop not to have people talk about. You and how much animal food you buy like they the ones paying for it ..like its hurting there pocket..anyways yah.. Rude emloyees she not the only one. Talking

They usually have everything you need. Bigger make up aisle would be better.

Typical one register open. Employees just standing around talking or hanging out. Self checkout line with 30+ people in it. All Wal-Marts these days. Takes twice as long to check out than it does shopping

Good news: Found exactly what I was looking for.Bad news: Not enough handicapped (battery powered) buggies. Saw only 2 in use with one broken. That is NOT being customer center.Please remember - you are not the only place I can do my shopping.

Nice small clean Walmart

The store is nasty, it is never cleaned. The shelves are always empty and they stock during the day. In everyones way. The staff are not friendly. I would not recommend anyone to go to this Walmart. They have homeless people outside at the front door.

I like this stores pick up. I rarely have a substitution and the people are nice. Never have to wait for a parking spot.

Theres a bad odor on the cheese and soda isle... smells like rotten milk

Overall it is clean, well stocked and the employees are great. The kiosk for propane out front has no convenient parking at it, so be prepared to carry your full tanks back to your vehicle. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I thought the Walmart back home was a joke. I dont think there was anything in this store other than crackheads. Some of the most homely looking people I ever seen in my life .

My husband and I live in Shelby but drive to the KM Walmart because staff are friendly and they are rarely out of stock on items. Produce is fresh and selection for all other things are great. Clean restrooms too. Wish they opened more check outs but if my buggy is full they usually have someone help. And it is very clean.

Decent prices; well stocked: pretty clean: staff ok: a little crowded.

Grocery pick up is on point! Very fast service and rarely any substitutions. The people bringing the groceries to the vehicles are friendly and efficient.

Everything was stocked. Need to hire more help and open registers. If I have to scan and bag my stuff I should get 7% off my bill. Walmart saving a lot more than that with the self checkout. Google it and see!!!

Has pretty much choices of products. Seems like a friendly atmosphere. I have always had friendly cashiers.

Its never anyone there to help you and all of their employees sit around talking to each other and wont help.

Store never well stocked, they need more live cashiers. They have enough scan and go and too many associates walking around doing nothing

Stores friendly well-stocked helpful, in and out, Pharmacy excellent.

Store was busy and they only had 1 register open and it was backed up but the self scans were open and only one person at each.

They always have everything I need and is close to my house.

Not crowded, good selection in lotions, facial products,good prices

I feel like Wal-Mart is trying to go cheap and look like a warehouse. Its stale and unwelcoming. The employees there seemed nice but you could tell they were drained.

Self checkout is a drag when only one staff member has the ability to help (or so I was told). Store is clean and staff friendly. Beverly in the deli is a lovely person.

The service was excellent no wait time for checkout and the staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond when asking them where something is. The issue I had is a couple of the items that the app said was in stock for the KM store was not on the shelf. In my case the GV Frozen lime aid concentrate (for Christmas punch) and BD alcohol swabs (my diabetic Mother’s preferred brand).

Nice store stays pretty much stocked except for tolinet paper.. never enough cashiers working always backed up waiting to get checked out..

Its so hard to judge which store is the best,some ladles get coupons thru the paper well I dont buy the paper and maybe I should,(lol) I got behind a lady that had alot of grocery plus coupons I wasnt in a big hurry like most people, but now Ill think twice about that notice, by the time the poor cashier got done keying the coupons it was 25muns, she had a bill of 345,and got them for three times less then what she would of paid, so if you see a lady WITH A BASKET OVER LOAD dont get behind her (LOL) but its your choice,enjoy shopping .

Associated was RUDE DISRESPECTFUL. Trying to help out elderly picking up supplies for severl and this association come over and call herself doing inventory and telling me I couldnt get but one of each item they had a limit. I informed her that there wasnt any signs stating that.. (Note if im shopping for more the one I inform management of what and who Im shopping for before I start picking up items.) Want go there again..

Not good! After doing the aisles the way theyre set up for covid protection I was exhausted. I am disabled and going to the grocery store is painful. There was only one regular register open and just as I stepped up she closed down. So I had no choice but to do the self scan. By the time I had one bag filled someone opened another register. I messed up and the cashier over self scan had to come help me I explained to her that I needed help but she just walked off. It wouldnt have been so bad if she had acknowledged that I said something. So I do not plan to go back I guess the Walmart employees arent aware of the disabled person laws!

Love this place just for groceries

Easy to shop and not crowded. The staff very pleasant. The store needs modernizing. Rather drab and not an attractive environment. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

Had a greeter make a snide comment about another customer not wearing a mask but wiping down the handle of his cart. I dont know his circumstances and Im not privy to his medical records. I know mine and I know I can not wear one myself. It didnt bother me having to wait until he was done and this employee was definitely out of line.

The Walmart grocery store is a much more pleasant experience than the supercenter. This location is fairly busy but quick to get in an out of.

Its a great place to go in town and get all the house essentials and food that you need from Walmart without going to the big superstore. Its great at the time of this epidemic.

SIMPLY HANDED ME MY RECEIPT AT THE END WITH NO THANK YOU OR ANYTHING. NO SMILE PERIOD. NO HELLO OR GOODBYE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Walmart employees have no problem follow you around as if youre stealing. Dillards used to do the same thing I dont see Dillards around anymore.

I do not of my shopping here... Though they dont always have everything I need the prices are always the lowest around. Also their generic brand is very good! I would definitely recommend and cant wait for them to free call ahead ordering.

They dont enforce face coverings for their employees or customers its common to see employees in the store with just their mouth covered customers as well. I try to avoid this store for that reason or I go early in the morning.

I go to Walmart only because I have to buy things for my job. The prices are to high for such a large company. With that said I find the overall freshness of their produce to be a 9 out of 10 and the overall cleanliness also a 9 out of 10. The employees have always been very helpful and friendly but not outgoing. You can tell that they are only there for the job to pay the bills. I have met only one or two employees that truly seem happy to be working for Walmart. Check out is bad, most of the time that they actually have a person checking you out it is a long line because all but one lane is self check out. I am paying a profit on my items so that employees can get paid not so they can put in another self checkout line.... Next the parking. The spaces are to small and lanes to narrow. With the lanes as narrow as they are a full size pickup or suv stick out of the parking spot into the lane and cause traffic problems.
