Aweful experience!!!My experience begins with me visting the service center for a simple inspection when they crashed my VW Passat leaving it with over $2k in damages. I completely understand that accidents happen but how the process was handled was a complete fumble. The owner Mark stalled on going through his insurance and caused me to be without a car for 4 days. After arguing with him I was forced to rent my own car out of pocket when his worker caused the whole ordeal. Then his insurance took a 9 days before my car was even at a body shop. Thank god the body shop did a good job but my I was without my car for 16 days. After the whole thing was completed I even had to argue with Mark about being reimbursed for the money I laid out to rent the car, he wanted me to wait until the insurance paid him which is complete bull being that I was forced to laid out over $600 bucks. After all my inconvience Mark even charged be $37 bucks for my inspection which he should have just covered it due to everything that transpired. Be weary of this shady owner.- Jeff Edmonds
