Dropped truck off for the very first service at 7500 miles.The service attendant ask me what I wanted done so I said the first service which is a long list even tire rotation, I also told them that the truck had a shake in the steering wheel so it need to be either balanced or aligned.I dropped the truck off around 12:30 p.m and they called me around 3:30 pm and said my truck was done..They did not rotate my tires or fix the balance or alignment because the steering wheel still shakes, and I know the tires werent rotated because I marked them just to see if they would tell me they did but didnt do it..Whatever happened to good people doing good work, Ive been here before and everytime Ive been here theyve made up some kind of excuse, I am a 3 time brand new chevy truck owner and will never go to this place again they are all liars and f-ing lazy....
Had a break job calipers rotors pads and had 2 connectors repaired for the coolant. The total bill was $1822.00. They eve charged a diagnostic fee of $98.00. I was really taken advantage of, overcharged, and I will not go there again and recommend them to anyone.
I went in to get my SUV checked for a transmission type problem with an extended warranty, which I purchased with the vehicle. It took a week just to get it checked and they wanted over twice the amount that the warranty would pay for! What a rip-off! I left and I wont be going back!
Service department staff were very friendly. Vehicle service was done in a timely manner. Overall excellent experience.

Dont get me wrong. The staff is awesome. But it seems like anytime you walk in there there are people who can and will help you, but they act too good. For first impressions, they seem like they are talking down us. Sure, they get the work done, but it doesnt help that they also cost an arm and 2 legs for it when I can go to AutoZone and get the part and put it in for 1/3 cheaper than it does if I bring my car to the dealer. The staff in the workshop are amazing. They have respect for you when you come in and respect when you leave. Its mainly when you are going to buy a car or are looking at a car that the people out front act like that. Yes i know this is a long review but it is my opinion on the place.

I went to Courtesy for minor repairs because I thought I had to go to a dealership for my warranty. They charged me $107 for a diagnostic yet found nothing wrong electrically even though I had been getting warning low voltage and a couple of weeks later my battery was totally dead. They did, however, find that I needed new spark plugs at a cost of $550 because mine were the wrong size. The shop I normally use said this was nonsense. Furthermore., I spent a total of 5 hours there and and even though I asked for a ride home in their shuttle, none was ever available.
Went by Friday to see if they would do a gear change in my truck. After explaining that it would fit they agreed and we scheduled for Monday. Dropped the truck off Monday morning, bought a rental car for the day. I called at 3pm and they said the work hasnt started because the technician wasnt comfortable doing the work. I didnt complain to anyone at the dealer. I picked up my truck and left. Not an apology or anything from anyone there. 2 stars only because they were friendly about it.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Went in on a Saturday found a truck. The dealership called Monday and said come get your truck. We did. Had the truck 2 weeks and then suddenly oops bring the truck back. We had bill of sale and all. We were even threatened with the police and said we stole it. They had the nerve to involve the owner of where we work.We eventually went to some other loan company and paid it off. Nice truck, poor work ethics.The owner should listen to how their employees speak to customers.Good luck they will be nice at first but,dont let them mess up paperwork.

If you have a lift on your truck, don’t bring it here. They say it voids parts that are unrelated to the lift/modification. Will be taking my vehicles to Bristol or Johnson City from now on.

I took my Chevy Silverado to Courtesy for what I assumed was a simple adjustment. The emergency brake would not hold the truck on a steep hill. They came back and told me it would cost over $1,600 to fix it. I had them go ahead with the job. They replaced rotors, pads, cables and other parts, but it did not fix the problem. They had the truck for 2 weeks so I was not anxious to take it back. I later had another local truck service company replace the water pump. They did an excellent job so I decided to have them take a look at the emergency brake. They said that one of the parts on the emergency brake was installed backwards so they could not adjust the emergency brake without significant work. I took the truck back to Courtesy and told them what I was told. They took the truck, supposedly corrected the problem but didnt have a tool they needed to adjust the brake. The emergency brake is no better now than when I originally took the truck in to adjust it. So I waited for them to get the tool. Several times I called them to ask them if they had the tools necessary to adjust the brake. The service manager assured me that he would call me when they had the tool. It is over 5 months later and I have not heard from them since.Update: I just had the problem fixed by the other local truck service company. They said that Courtesy had NOT repaired the problem, so they disassembled the brake and corrected the problem. The brake is perfect now. So Courtesy misrepresented 2 things. 1. They did not correct the mis-installed brake, and 2. There is no special tool needed to adjust the brake. I never intend to go back and will take the truck to Bristol or JC for dealer type repairs. Look closely for other reviews and you will discover the truck repair shop that finally fixed the problem.
Dont leave a bad review or the owner John king will refuse to fix the garbage he sells you that is certified and under warranty. Buyer beware these guys are crooks.
Had hard time finding parts door but did and the part needed
I bought a 2008 Subaru Forester from courtesy and a few days later the check engine light came on. Apparently the dealership had reset the light and sold the car without disclosing the issue.
Stay away from this business everyone it very unprofessional and customer service is not in place here. The parts department scammed us out of $80 and I can only imagine how the sales department is. BEWARE!!!
