We purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion on Friday, the same day we had to put it in the garage to replace a coil and plugs. My husband spoke with the owner and he gave us money back to cover the coil and the plugs. All of the guys there were very nice and we will definitely be back in the future to buy another car! Excellent used car dealership with an excellent team. From Detroit, I found a vehicle I had been looking for in their lot. They were very happy to answer any questions I had and take any additional pictures I requested. I ended up flying down the next day and purchasing the vehicle after they picked me up from the airport. They didnt attempt to oversell me and very accurately represented the vehicle when we were discussing over the phone. Would reccomend working with them.

Im from Pittsburgh and could not find an older Jeep Wrangler anywhere close that wasnt a rust bucket. I expanded my search. I found many that were 15k plus around tn and va but most had frame patches or some kind of issue. I finally found hd motors. Hd had one that was 2k cheaper than everyone else. I called and spoke with gordon. He sent more detailed pictures and answered all my questions. That weekend I drove over 5 hours. I was surprised that the jeep was in better condition than expected. The jeep was 16 years old and made the 600 mile trip with no leaks or issues. The buying process was easy and hassle free. The staff made us feel welcomed the whole time we were on the lot.If you are in the market for a daily driver or something unique you can buy with confidence at hd. Dont hesitate to drive a few hours to get your dream car from these guys.

I went to HD motors today 1-21-20. I had called ahead to look at a 2003 Mach1 Mustang. Well when I get there the car is stored in a warehouse and when I asked them to pull it outside so I could look at it they acted like it was such an inconvenience. I pretty much had to show them the wad of cash I had to buy the car with before they would even get the car out. I took the car for a ride and when I got back I told them I would pay 15,700 for a car they wanted 16000 for. The owner became very rude and belligerent saying he wished that he had never got the car out since I was wasting his time.. very rude ppl. I got in my car and left. Would not suggest buying a car there.Edit- There was nothing at all shady about the deal. I was going to go to an atm and withdraw the rest of the money. The card that wasnt mine was my girlfriends and she was sitting right there. So nothing shady about that. Yes we discussed the price of the car being 16000. But when I told you that all that was possible for me to get was 15700 you immediately developed an attitude. So in short it was still going to be a cash deal. I just only had 14k on me in cash and I had to go and get 1700 which was every dime I had to cover the rest. So there was nothing shady about the deal. I only had 15,700 and instead of politely discussing the situation u immediately got an attitude. Yes I shouldnt have told u I had all the money in cash but I didnt think it would be that much of a prob for me to go to the atm and get the other 1700 I had. Yes u have a right to deny me the sale for 15700, but u didnt have to act the way u did. The way ur acting I only showed up with 14k and nothing else.. But if 300 bucks is worth the way u act and losing a sale so be it.

These guys are fantastic, and they will do you right. I left feeling as if I got a reasonable amount for my trade in and a fair value on my vehicle, a 2001 Ford Explorer with 75K miles. After already purchasing the vehicle, I found that there was some serious issues that were a major safety concern. I took the vehicle back to them, and even though they did not have to because it was purchased as-is they gave me the option to trade in for another vehicle with money off or to fix the problems (over $2700 according to the Ford dealership). After driving a few vehicles, they were very patient, and I went with the decision to have my Ford Explorer fixed. They fixed my vehicle in a timely manor, said they didnt know about the issue and wanted to do the right thing, and they didnt charge me for the repairs. This is a very honest dealership, and the owner is a great guy. I highly recommend this dealership, and my overall car-buying experience from them was a good one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Jimmy Moore was an outstanding sales person We came to the lot and had a difficult time making a choice. Jimmy was extremely patient and showed us numerous vehicles. He was extremely helpful in helping us find the right vehicle.

I rarely review things but this was an experience worth noting.Was looking for a cheap vehicle for hauling materials and equipment short distances to my house. Contacted the lot and asked about the vehicle. Was told specific things that were wrong with it. The things listed wrong, when I called, were minor in my opinion like AC and such well worth the price being low. I felt confident and placed a deposit on the vehicle and drove a bit over 2 hours to get there (not to mention wasting my parents time who were going to help me pick it up). When I got there, it turned on, the engine sounded fine, and the physical description matched what was told but when I took it for a test drive, the vehicle only shifted out of second gear once (Checked Trans fluid and it was at a good level) and the check engine light was on (which means I cannot get tags for it where I come from and the person I spoke to knew where I was coming from).When I spoke to them about this I was told It is an $X,XYZ, what did you expect? and then was denied my deposit return. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership.

I bought a 2007 Chevrolet Equinox on February 5th 2015. The day we were there we looked at it, and I liked it and decided to purchase it. We were going to put 2,500 down on the vehicle. We left that day (February 4) and had to come back the next day to sign the papers from the bank. I thought the price had jumped up on the vehicle but was not for sure. I went ahead and signed the papers to purchase the vehicle and paid the 2,500 down. I came home and looked up the vehicle I had bought on their web site and it was selling for 7,999. Well, I looked at the papers I signed for the bank loan and they jumped the price up to 8,999. What a rip off and sneaky place. I will never deal with them again. If you decide to buy a car with them you better take a picture of the price if you have to go back the next day. It is hard telling how many people they have done that didnt catch it.

First of all I want to say after reading all the reviews Im really confused about why my experience today was defiantly not even close to any of those described. Ive never left a review before but felt inclined to publicly say what horrible customer service I received today. There was a car I was seriously interested in today, my intentions were to purchase the car. I arrived around 2pm. From the moment I walked in the office things went down hill quick. No one greeted or asked how they could help me but I just overlooked that as a slow day and said hello and then asked if I could see the inside of the particular car. The man gets me the keys and then I say, Ill run these keys back to you in just a second. I DID NOT MEAN I WAS TEST DRIVING THE CAR. The mans whole demeanor changed immediately and aggressively corrects me and tell me that I didnt ask to drive the car. I reassured him I only want to look at the inside. I proceed to look at the vehicle and return the keys. He doesnt ask me if I liked it or had any questions or if anyone could go for a test drive with it. He simply sat back down in front of his computer and went back to work. I sat down in the chairs in front of his desks to ask a few questions about the car and financing etc. He barely responds with full sentences and continues to look at the screen while Im trying to inquire about the car. After minutes of unsuccessful conversation, I stood up said thank you and walked out. No one asked if I had any questions or to have a good day or thanked me for stopping by. I am extremely disappointed and Im going to look elsewhere for the same vehicle. I wish my experience had been as good as the reviews described.

I recently bought a mustang there and my experience was wonderful; from the start it felt like I was in control of my purchase which is exactly what I desire when making expensive transactions. My trade was very reasonable in fact better than so. They even promised to fix a few problems I had with the car for completely free. I love not feeling forced to make a purchase when buying and hd motors does well to make their customers fell welcome and at home when looking for a car. I felt like a well known friend instead of a stranger there. In the end it was simply the easiest and most memorable shopping experience I have had with a dealership and I highly recommend looking for a car there.

Drove over 2 hours to see a vehicle advertised online and was told the vehicle had no major problems. Arrive at the dealership and the first thing I notice is the airbag light staying on. Asked the salesman and he said it must have just come on, and could be because of moving the seat. Either he is a complete idiot or thought that I was. Next thing I noticed was the gas gauge was well past the empty mark. Asked him if he could put some gas in it for a test drive and was handed a ten dollar bill, told to put five in the tank and bring him the change and receipt. This vehicle gets around 12mpg. Checked the rest of the vehicle and the oil was milky. Brought this to their attention and they said it was condensation even though it was milky on the dipstick as well. Very dishonest and unprofessional dealership. If they are selling a vehicle below market price it is because there is something wrong with it, only they wont tell you and youll have to find the problem yourself. Do not buy from this place.
