The joke of a store has been “temporarily closed” for 2 years!

My absolute favorite place to knife shop!They have a great selection of knives to fit any budget and wonderful customer service.Getting to look at some of the high end customs they have are worth the visit alone!If you REALLY like knives as I do, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!

Very happy with my purchase . I had couple questions about the knives .Bill is a good guy, and everything nice and smooth . He not only answer my questions but even sent me some pictures which I request from him . Professional customer service . Highly recommend him . Regrettably, this was my first visit since they moved locations a few years ago. I say regrettably because after spending some time in the store today (John you were awesome, thanks for your time!) I now understand what Ive been missing out on as a knife and gun enthusiast! If either of those things interest you, make sure you stop by! I was very impressed with the production line of folders they are making in house and will definitely be adding one to my collection!

Great knife store, wonderful selection, helpful staff, and decent prices. Its an awesome knife store when its open but since theyre not open on Saturdays theyve lost my business because I cannot get to them when they are open. If they changed the hours so out of town business could visit their store my review would be 5 stars.

Nice variety of custom blades and well known brand names. I bought a Case and Kershaw while visiting and am very pleased with the knives. I was also pleased with the service. On top of knives, they also have a nice selection of firearms. A+

The store has a great selection of Case xx knives and several other great brands. They have a huge selection of knives from tactical knives to pocket knives. They also carry older knives for colectors. The staff is helpful and willing to help you in any way they can. I love this store and it is one of my favorite places to buy knives. I would recommend stopping here if you are ever in Kingsport, Tn. and are into knives. I think it is an awesome store and will continue to do buisness with them.

Great knife & gun store! Closer than going to Sevierville

I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and they were still very willing to help me. I will definitely be going back when i need another knife for work

I was impressed when first I enter this store, they have a big I mean huge selection of Knives, and I even was comparing their prices on my cell phone, they have a very good prices, their staff is very knowledgeable, they helped me to choose the knife for my husband.Since then, I go and visit that store every time I am in Kingsport.

Been in this store before, old location....always very friendly staff, good knowledge about most questions knife related. Lots of good selection, unfortunately no more Rough Riders....they are cheap but very well made.I love knives and this is a great place to shop.....you dont have to travel to Sevierville anymore to get some good knife deals.Ohhhh, and now they are selling guns and ammo too...way to go!!Bill, you are killing me!!!The absolute BEST store in Kingsport closed??? It breaks my heart 💔I wish u and ur friendly crew the very BEST for the future!!!

Service was great and they were nice and polite.

Very disappointed in this store. The selection of production, mid tech and custom knives is impressive, however the guy and lady working were unable to sale knives saying they needed to contact someone who was uncontactable at present to get prices??? Yes true story. Also they claim to buy/trade knives however they were unable to do this while I was there as well. I offered a Medford Praetorian G for trade and was prepared to take a loss on the knife however the kid working acted like he had no idea about the knife and couldnt do any trading...you guessed it...without calling the mystery guy who was un-contactable. I did buy a ZT while I was there and the price was fair however I will not be returning unless I am just looking for production knives due to lack of knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. Having a store full of high end knives but not knowing their prices and needing call someone else in order to anything at all is amateurish and a complete waste of my time. I will just stick to BladeHQ and other online knife retailers as I have never had such an experience online. When I heard about this place I was really excited at the prospect but they are no ready for prime-time yet, hopefully they will be sometime though.
