I’m glad my experience wasn’t like the ppl below !! Got gas and a snack no problem at all !!

Well if the cashier would quit flirting and want to talk for 20 minutes and bring up the customers and get them moving through the line wouldnt be so bad.

Will not be going back. The past few times trying to get gas I would always get a pump that would not work. Today was horrible after two pumps I called in for help. NO Answer!!! First pump took my card and was ready to pump. But the handle kept cutting off and would not pump gas. After the third try I moved to another pump. That pump acted weird as well trying to run my card. And after second attempt the screen said to see cashier. Normally not a problem but having two dogs and a 14 month asleep I wasn’t able to come in. After getting no answer with hitting the assistant button. I looked up the number and called the store. They were rude and hung up on me twice when asking about if my card was cleared out or not on both pumps. They kept telling me she was busy and I had to come in. I explained the one pump took my card and she kept saying it did not. I know it did cause it ask if I wanted a receipt every time I hung the handle back up. We will not be back. We used this stations all the time. But lucky Weigels is right on our way home as well. And now has 💯 % of our business. With working pumps. You need to train better employees to not be rude and be helpful to their customers. I would not of cared to wait due to it being busy but their way of getting me gone was hanging up.

Cant get receipt at the pumps.And if you go in to get one alwaysa long line.

Terrible place. A few of the employees are rude. The manager is inexperienced and hostile. There is always something broke. The gas pump dont work the ATM is down Credit card machine, Lotto, Drink machine, Bathroom, etc. The two older women never wear name tags and usually have there face coverings pulled down. I dont recommend going here if you can avoid it.

Huge line everytime Im in there and the clerks have horrible attitudes. You can clearly tell they hate their job and their life. Horrible store. Your better off stopping a few minutes down the road at another store.

This store has gone to h*** since the old manager Trevor got transferred to another store. The new manger is rude and makes me not want to come here anymore because of her attitude and disrespect to her customers and some of my friends has already stop coming to this store because of the new manger. Get the new manger out of this store and get another one that is just as good as Trevor was.

Tried to use my shell card at this station for some reason you can only use them once every 24 hours so I told the MALE attendant 69 dollars he gave me a stupid look and I spelled out 69 and dollars went out side to pump my gas and the pump stopped at 16? I went back inside and asked why and he acted like a complete imbecile and 5 year old child. DO NOT LET THE MALE SERVE YOU EVER AT THAT STATION HE APPEARS TO BE INCAPABLE OF PERFORMING OR UNDERSTANDING BASIC MATH

Telephoned to confirm the Shell 120 E. Stone across from HMG had 5 W 30 motor oil in stock. Apparently, there is a store policy against giving out information on products available in stock. The price of regular gasoline is shown right here on this Shell web site, so whats sense does this make? Ill vote with my wallet and spend money elsewhere for the `. Previous visits found some staff is great and some just frown at the customers. #fail

Always friendly, helpful, and remember us since we are in there EVERYDAY...and MULTIPLE times, some days! Its always neat and clean and items are stocked regularly!

Love the option to get coffee and the variety of creamer and syrup they have to flavor your coffee. Some of the employees here are awesome and smile when they ring you up but there are also a few hateful ones that never smile or greatful they have a job

Im giving you a 1 just because I called to make sure I had enough money and you all wouldnt give me the total amount over the phone and sure enough i came down there 20 cents short and you wouldnt even help me out with that, I was totally embarssed. I work at overbrook market who defiantly beats your prices but I live in Tennessee so I cant help the taxes. I just asked for the total to help me being embarssed... But you couldnt tell me a damn total... Im so sick with you. I will continue to give totals when people call me at my discount tobacco store because I know there is poor people like me i also have faith that no one can beat our tobacco prices! And before people get on me about if you didnt have enough money for smokes then maybe you shouldnt buy them well unlike other mothers I make sure my kid has everything before I pay for my habits !
