Life happens. On my way home from work in my new 2019 Ram 1500 I was hit from a near dead stop by a motorcyclist doing 72 mph in a 30 mph zone. ZERO BODILY INJURIES!!! Roger from Bump and Grind was on-site as soon as I can guess was permitted. Roger was professional and informative upon arrival. Bump and Grind worked directly with the person who hit me insurance company. Simply put they made the 2 month repair process simple,informative. From handling rentals to timelines and informative on delays to personalized service. Bump and Grind offers a lifetime warranty on all service and issues... Without question their level of service so far leave zero question they will be their if needed in the future.

Unfortunately this body shop gets a bad overall rating due to poor circumstance tows. Most people dont understand there are fixed administrative fees/prices due to police-authorized tows (thats why you should have insurance!!!). In regards to finish work, Bump and Grind over-delivered my expectations after I crashed my van. Joey Greenwood worked far too many late nights away from his family to get my van back on the road AND looking better than the factory could have ever produced! Blown away guys - THANK YOU. I will recommend this shop to ANYONE. On a short turnaround I got these results:

I had totaled my car and my car was towed here absolutely hands down best experience. The owner especially is extremely helpful explaining my options and how to deal with the insurance company. I have had two of my vehicles and a motor home repaired at Bump & Grind. They set up everything for me so all I had to do was drop off my vehicle(s) and hop in an enterprise car and go. The first repaired vehicle was a couple years ago and still looks great.

I wish there was a negative star button! This place is into some back alley BS! And the local police should be ashamed! I dont understand how 100 dollar tow out of an embankment turns into 290 in less than 8 hours! And cash only! Who carries that kind of money around on a Wednesday?!?! And I must mention that my friend was left deserted on a dark road, in the middle of a snow storm. While they tried to extort him to drop his car for cash only. He then WALKED himself to the hospital where he spent the night. I wish someone would seriously look into this place and why it holds the monopoly. Why hasnt the town looked into this matter? So many questions. SHAME!

Car broke down and local PD had it towed by Bump & Grind as they are the contracted towing company for the town of Kingston NH. They are using this to price gouge and the customer is powerless to do anything. The normal price for the same tow in this quiet rural area is $85. They initially said the charge would be $220, cash. After correcting the charge for an extra day storage and a discount they only charged us $150. This is just wrong at every level. This is price gouging. Shame on the town of Kingston for allowing this continue given the predatory practices of this business. If they are so unethical as to gouge folks like me one can only assume that they will do the same with their other customers. Who knows what corners they are cutting when doing body repair work. Honest businesses are honest even when they could get away with dishonesty. Exploitative businesses that gouge when they can get away with it one has to assume will do so in most every way that they can

I had insurance work done and they did a crappy job. Car has been back there more then five times in less then a year. Still having issues. I’m not the only person that has had issues either. Other people have too. Then I go to them and the owner calls me a rotten name. Not only that, one other time I went there, the owner was being racial about other people and that is not right. Plus they swear constantly. A lot of them including the owner they are very unprofessional and all they do is lie to you. A lot of them are also rude especially the owner. Also all he does is take the money and be cheap on the job and pocket the rest. I will never go there again. They have been the worse body shop I have ever been too!!

My mom was in Danville, Nh and was taken away in ambulance and the police automatically towed her car there. When she got home about 3hrs later she called her insurance company and they recommended a place to have her car fixed and when she called bump and grind and said aaa was coming to get the car they said she owed $750 for tow and cleanup and would not release her car, it was only towed from Danville nh and there for 3 hrs..Highway robbery them and police should be ashamed taking advantage of people, they dont even give u a choice when u have an accident to call aaa or were to tow it

My 16 year old daughter slid off Ball road in icy conditions. Kingston PD called Bump n Grind and did not wait for me to get there. I was not far from there and I could have had the car towed for free, but Bump n Grind charged me $150 cash to tow the car only 3 miles to their shop. I was nervous enough about my daughter and they have to add to it expecting me to have this money to pay. 3 miles seriously, $150! So we had to leave to get money because they only take cash and my daughter asked if she could get her purse and stuff out of the car and the woman there did not want to let her get it, as if we weren’t going to go back. Then she let her get her stuff but made sure to tell her that it would cost another $40 if we did not go back that day. I just think that the price is ridiculous to go 3 miles down the road and the office customer service was poor. Sad that they do this to people already dealing with a stressful situation.

Great place to get body work done on your vehicle

From start to finish, they had some of the best customer service Ive ever seen. I had a very minor fender bender and just needed to get my bumper fixed so I dropped my car off at 8 and was supposed to be picked up by enterprise at 815. I sat there until 9 and no one had showed up so the receptionist personally called for me and even got me an upgrade! Every time I called to check in they were always extremely pleasant and friendly and they had my car done right on time. I picked up my car and was extremely happy. I did notice that there were swirl marks and scratches on my car that werent there before (I have a brand new car so Im over the top picky) and they told me to bring it in so they could fix it with no questions asked. They even changed around their schedule so I could get it done at my convenience! Amazing business, Ill be sure to not only take my car there for any body work needed but suggest everybody to use you!

It seems that Kingston Bump and Grind are in collusion with the Kingston PD by forcing someone to use their towing service when AAA had already been called.Even if that were not the case $338 towing charge for a car that slid off the road to be towed on a flat bed is outrageous. Oh to top it off they will charge you $40 a day for storage even if they are not open on Sunday so you can retrieve your car. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE IN MY OPINION

My daughter was in an accident and her car was taken there. I thought the charges for towing were crazy! Speaking for myself only!I thought the staff that I had talked to when I went in was very friendly.

Runs a Monopoly in the town of Kingston for towing overcharges overbilling and gouges prices ! Ive sent the letter into the town board to open hopefully a case against this company so that other tow companies have the chance to apply to have Town Police toes so that this company does not run on Monopoly . Last I checked it was it legal to have a monopoly in the United States of America the town may or may not open to other tow companies for submission but I will do my best to get it done because this company is abusing and being unfair and deceptive with customers they towed our car Point 3 miles and charged $150 thats not compliant with the state of New Hampshire of what they want for a consumers I was told to file a Consumer complaint with the Attorney Generals office and the Department of Justice . So I am . Im really tired of people in the town of Kingston getting stepped on by this guy .
