When I met Tim, the owner of TW Enterprise Autobody, I was concerned. He seemed to young to have a responsible visit (showing my age...) and the guys in his shop all looked too young! Im used to having middle or older aged men who treat me, a woman, as if I know nothing. Tim exceeded my expectations. He was always very polite, professional and cordial. He answered my questions thoughtfully, He explained things clearly. He was well organized. He worked with the local Honda service department to coordinate final fixes and had my car read on time. Whenever I was in the shop, the guys there looked very engaged in the work and reminded me of my nephew who loves cars and the body work. I ended up loving the idea that this is a young business, owned and operated and staffed with young men who seem to really care about cars--and care about customer service. Kudos to Tim and his crew. A body shop is one of those places we hope never to need ... but if you do, definitely come here. I could not have had a better experience. From the word go, the whole process was efficient and downright pleasurable. I really felt like I was in good hands the whole time. From the front desk to the specialist who examined the car and walked me through the process and the estimate to when the same person was there when i picked up my car at the end. Professional and on time repairs All I had to do was deliver my car and pick up .

I would never go back there if someone paid me. They are one of the shops geico works with. They had my car for 10 days before I called to see what was going on. I found out that they haven’t even looked at my car yet, they didn’t know who’s car it was and why it was there. Then they started to finally work on it. They sent it to a different shop to get the suspension fixed on it (they don’t do that at there shop) no one called me to tell me. When my friend was driving she saw and told me. Once that was done they lifted my car up finally and noticed there was more damage. Now I’m a month into having a rental that was going to have to be returned. They say my car might be considered totaled. When I first called them I asked them if I could just pay my deductible so I knew it was taken care of. On Nov 11th I talked to a manager who put a ticket into corporate who will cut me a check. I’m still waiting on answer from them when that will be. It’s been 3 weeks. I needed them to take my plates off my car and I was waiting for about 25 minutes before going back in and asking again. Then it took 10 more minutes of waiting for someone. It is ridiculous how horrible the whole experience was. They should have picked my car up weeks before they did and we would have known all of this before.

I was hit in the side back panel of my vehical months ago and was finally able to get it fixed before the winter weather came. Although the process took crazy long and I wasnt happy at first, their great customer service and the final repair job turned me around. I would give this place a second chance based on how accommodating they were to me and the overall quality of the job.

A man ran into my parked car when I was not in it in March 6th. My pampered car got its first dent! 😣😭 I went to Caliper collision in Kingston for an estimate and chose them to fix my car. Over $3000 in damages. From the first visit I was impressed. They sent me texts to keep me informed about the process, and that put my mind at ease. I did not have to call them even once. I drove a rental car from a company in the same building. My car was finished in a very timely manner. I picked it up today and it looked like a New Car! Inside and out! BEAUTIFUL!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! They made a lousy time turn into a positive experience... Thanks for a JOB WELL DONE!!

Wonderul sevice and staff. My car was completed in a quick and timely manner and came out looking nicer than the day I bought it off the lot.

I dropped off our vehicle at this location to get the front bumper fixed among other damage that was caused by an animal running into the side of the car. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed that the bumper was not properly align. I had them correct that before I drove the vehicle home. After having the vehicle home for a few days I noticed that the paint job developed imperfection as if it was dirty or the area was not properly cleaned before painting. I took the car back. Bumper was painted again. When I returned to pick it up I noticed the same imperfections. Basically little dots in different areas of the bumper. I mentioned it to the manager Trevor who agreed and took the vehicle back for another retouch. Once again I returned to pick up the vehicle. Paint job looked great and the alignment of the bumper looked good. I picked the car up drove it a couple days then noticed missing clips and bolts sticking out on the inside of the fender well. I notified our insurance adjuster who was able to get the vehicle to a different shop to address the issue. The day before I brought the vehicle to the new shop the left side of the bumper popped out.How do you call yourself a reputable body shop if you perform work in the manner that you do. Dont get me wrong the facility manager Trevor was very polite and apologize for the issues and inconvenience that this was causing. How do you call a customer and say their vehicle is ready when it is not. Perhaps a quality inspection needs to be improved at this facilty. This was our second time at this facility. Last time the vehicle was there for repairs to the rear because of someone that rear ended the vehicle. At that time the vehicle came out great and we had no problems. I honestly dont understand why its this difficult to paint and properly attach a bumper.If you need body work done to your vehicle I suggest you look somewhere else. Not worth the headache.

I had a very stressful accident and my insurance company was making it worse. The staff at the Bodyshop was so great and even spoke to the insurance company for me and helped me with understanding the insurance claim. The repairs looked great and were done before the expected delivery date.

About 2 weeks ago I backed into a post with my husbands car, he as so mand and said that it would never be the same again. I spoke to the audi dealer and they suggested these guys. When we got the car back it was perfect an my husband is extremely happy.

I actually work at a car dealership and get to see repairs from many different shops. I always reefer my customers to H and V because their repairs are second to none.

Repairs took a few days longer then anticipated because my insurance company was not very communicative and drag their feet on approvals. The staffing agency went out of their way to help smooth over the rental extension.

They really did a nice job on our car and kept us informed of the progress from beginning to end. Professional and courteous.
