I had a blowout tire on the Thruway that almost took off my bumper and drove in on a donut. They quickly mounted a new tire and even secured the bumper. Had my car back in an hour. Grateful for their service. Wasn’t too expensive.

The mechanics here will turn your nuts and drive you crazy. Love these guys for the best service and most accurate diagnosis in the surrounding counties. German car friendly. They can fix anything im convinced.

I am a used car dealer in the kingston area ive bought them at least 30 cars or so for relatively minor repairs over the past few yrs for service however a few cars they claimed they repair it almost cost me my license we are heading to hearings now with dmv bc of there dishonest and trust

Great, respectable auto shop! I came in for a second opinion after a routine trip to the dealership left me with a mile-long list of issues. They were awesome and told me truthfully what needed to be replaced for safety and what could wait. I was able to set up a day to drop my car off & they made sure they had the parts there waiting. They towed my car at 2am from an accident, they were only place that would respond. Knowing I was out of work from Covid-19 I was not charged 3 days storage which they legitimately could have. They furthered this kindnews assault by fixing the car enough to make it driveable so I could it home myself avoiding a huge 2nd tow bill. AND when it seemed like I might not get a ride there to pick it up, I was told he might be able to just drop it off because he was headed my way. At no charge!Suffice it to say I encourage any and all within range to patronize this tow/repair shop. As a weekend mechanic myself I know honest mechanics when I hear them and see them. A rare quality I encourage all to experience!

Just moved to the area from PA and stopped in here for an inspection and oil change for our two cars. These guys are great. Extremely friendly, honest, and thorough. My wifes car didnt pass right away because we just changed her battery. They did all of the work and just had us come back for the final emission test- and didnt charge us until the end. Stand up guys and great family owned business. Well be returning for all of our car needs.

I dont understand the bad reviews.. I am new to the area and didnt know where to go and they were closest to my house.. Twice I had nothing but a great experience with them.. I had to have a repair, and it would of cost at least 25% more elsewhere.. Everyone is pleasant, greet you with a smile and superior service.. Both Steve (mechanic) and Chris (manager) are extremely nice and very helpful... This will be my repair shop from now on..

I went here because they had some very good reviews on Yelp. I had a leak in my power steering system (wasnt sure where exactly) and I left my car with them on 9/2. When they called, they said they found that the leak was coming from the reservoir and that they replaced it, it would be about $200. That seemed like a lot to me, but theyd already done the work. When I got the car home, my husband noticed that they had ADDED a power steering cooler that DID NOT EXIST before and is completely unnecessary for my vehicle. Not only did they not inform me of the work that they did, this had absolutely nothing to do with the leak! They did replace the PS reservoir and fixed the leak. But now I paid over $200 for something I didnt and dont need. VERY unhappy with that kind of treatment and I will not be returning.

Went there early to get my O2 sensor replaced. Dropped off my car, it was finished within 3 hours. Pretty quick! and did not cost an arm and a leg :DThe manager was very nice.
