I always have an enjoyable time when I go to Toyota for service. The people there are knowledgeable helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend anyone whether they have a Toyota or not to have service done at Toyota of Kingston. The service was friendly, respectful, and no-nonsense, and the cost of the repairs seemed very reasonable. I was very apprehensive about going to a dealership, worried I was going to be treated poorly and fleeced for as much as they could get off of me. I was extremely glad that they did not live up to my fears. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had my check engine light tested, as it was on. Advised it might be a coil, but was adjusted and reset, and to return if it happens again, and NO charge. Thank you.

I dont always go here for servicing but its because of distance and dealership costs for servicing. When I do go, everyone knows their job and its very efficient without a loss to the customer service. Had a recall and they didnt have the part. They put me in a rental that wasnt family friendly and then went the extra mile to get me in a vehicle that meets my needs. Love the staff and their commitment to getting the job done right.

Pricey!!!! Every time I go for service they find something that needs attention at a costly amount. I think I am done with them!

Fantastic front end customer service and follow thru and for that I can truly recommend this place!! But the mechs actually doing the work might not own error(s) and complain bitterly if asked to provide the extra mile (and wont). In the end, its a safe bet in my opinion for a repair and the front end staff absolutely take care of the process.
