I had an issue with a product that I purchased from this store. Having been burned by other stores, I went right to writing a bad product review to warn other parents about it. Apparently there was a defect in the batch that I had purchased - I was promptly contacted by the store to make things right. They are sending a new product ASAP to replace the defective one. This type of incredible customer service is, unfortunately, not common anymore. I am so impressed and will definitely continue to do business with them going forward as I know they stand behind their products and do their best to make all customers happy!

Went way over and above helping us find the best fit for a carseat for our small vehicle, including sanitizing their own personal seat and letting us check the fit. Theyre my first stop every time theres something I need for my kid or myself. Always drove by but went in for the first time last week. amazing store! Im disappointed I havent gone in earlier. The staff worked with my budget and made a handful of suggestions for a Christmas gift for my niece. They also started a refill station for certain products which is super neat!

Cant recommend the peanut change pad enuf, so worth the money. We have twins and I cant even count the number of times a day that it soiled and its so easy to just wipe it clean

I LOVE this store! The customer service and knowledgable staff (usually one of the owners) is fantastic and its great having a place nearby that sells such well made eco friendly and some even locally made goods for baby and children. I also just ordered a carrier from them online and was very impressed. Shipping was free! I ordered it on a Sunday night, they mailed it out Monday and I got it Tuesday morning. I only live an hour away but that was fantastic to me! Highly recommend!
