Highly recommend. I was looking for a bike for my 13 year old son. After calling all the bike shops around, they had the best selection in our budget. The staff was really helpful, patient, and informative. We bought a Jamis bike (found it cool that its a female owned company). Thank you Revolution, I think hell be really happy with this bike for many years to come.

I ride an e=Bike quite often and after years of promoting them, my friend decided he needed one, so he called Revolution in the middle of a Pandemic bike shortage. Within a few days Sam found him the perfect bike. He is now very happy with the extended range this e-Bike affords. Thanks to Steve and Sam for everything you do.

Good place to get bike parts

After taking my Specialized Tarmac road bike to two other shops for a creaking and clicking sound while pedaling (that no one could fix or figure out), (the dreaded, it “could be bb, pedals, thru axel, anything…”) I took it to Revolution (where I should always go now) and within 24 hours they had gone above and beyond to figure out the issue and fixed it. I’ve had the problem for months and now it’s as good as the day I bought it. I appreciate how much they care. Thank you!

A real gem - super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I recently ordered a bike over the phone - Sam went over all the specs including accessories, ordered and delivered the finished product - a highly capable dual sport 4 Trek with a tubeless set-up. I’ve since ordered a bike for my girlfriend and again Sam was great. Really nice to find an accommodating shop like this with genuinely nice people - I highly recommend them!

I had a really good experience. I dug my bike out of storage and it was in rough shape. Less than a few dollars later they had me back on the trail. Good social distancing practices in place and honest people. Will be returning tomorrow for more modifications to make me more comfortable whilst riding 👍👍👍

From out of state, just stopped in to ask some questions about the Trek Checkpoint and Domane. Talked to the owner (I’m assuming), very knowledgeable and helpful. He had a good take on what kind of riding suited what bike would be good for me. We also talked of the local trails, restaurants and sight seeing we might like. Ive been in twice, once for a tube, and today for a gear adjustment. The prices are very reasonable, help was amazing (bike rides perfect and purrs like a kitten) and super friendly. I came in early and they had me out the door in 10 minutes!! I will definitely be visiting here more in the future!

What a great business and a great experience to buy a bike! I walked in not knowing exactly the type of bike I needed and pretty quickly, Steve had found something for me. After 2 test rides and some additional research, I ended up with a different bike than I originally looked at, but one that was better suited for my needs. Everyone is super nice, helpful, and wants to find the best bike for you and your needs. No one is pushy and if youre looking for someone to help you find the right bicycle, pick Revolution! I visited their new Kingston shop located on a side street behind Kingston hospital. As an older guy totally new to cycling except for a few years riding way back in college, I found Steve and Sam (Samantha) to be very friendly and knowledgeable as well as patient in answering my dumb questions and guiding me to the right bicycle for my intended riding plans. I visited a few good bicycle shops in the Hudson Valley but Revolution Bicycles really stood out and I was happy to have found them. They seem to have a loyal following. Working with the owners for everything from sales, to maintenance to accessories is a real plus. Great people, great knowledge, great products !

This is run by a friendly and knowledgeable local couple (and their adorable dog). They work hard to care for customers, and they go the extra mile in service. They have a good inventory, considering the limited amount of space. Good quality products.
