Rick Gage helped through the selection and purchase of our first travel trailer. Rick walked us through numerous RVs pointing out the features and benefits of each. It was snowing/raining and very cold that day and Rick did not mind all our questions and walking back to several RVs for a 2nd time. We selected the Rockwood 2104S on Ricks recommendation that it is a great couples trailer and is one of their best sellers. We took delivery in October. After delivery Rick always took our calls or returned them promptly. We highly recommend selecting Rick Gage as your salesman he is a true professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind!Camped for a total of 10 nights in it prior to winterizing it. Amazing RV! Everything functioned as it should and was extremely easy to setup. So excited to camp in 2022 and many years to come.
We purchased a new camper here and were very pleased with the customer service we received. We dealt with Rick Gage as our salesperson and he always returned our calls in a timely manner and followed through with things we had discussed when we ordered. We did have a slight mix up with Rockwood when they built out our trailer but were pleased with the resolution on the part of Campers Inn. We would certainly purchase from them again .Thanks again Rick for all of your help and advice. We have been out three times so far and find the camper to be perfect for us.The Gurneys
We were there yesterday and had a great experience. John Derkrikorian, our sales rep, was fantastic. He took great notes of what our interests were, provided feedback and then spent a good hour showing us the different campers in their inventory that addressed our various needs. Highly recommend to others. Now we just have to decide….
Came to Camper’s Inn to start our RV journey. We came in not knowing what kind of RV we wanted or was the best fit for us. John was phenomenal in that he showed us different types and sizes, as well as gave us guidance as to how to chose what would be best for us. It is so refreshing to go somewhere and have a pressure free, fun experience. Can not wait to get this adventure started!
Today we experienced our first service call from Campers Inn. Joe was the technician that was sent out to our seasonal site at the Lebanon KOA in Maine. We had a list of minor repairs that needed to be done, and Joe completed all of them, and along every step of the way was courteous, professional, and explained to us what and how he was fixing things. I highly recommend Joe and Campers Inn in Kingston for your service. A huge thank you to Joe for taking the time out of his day to fit us in and complete our repairs. I would give you 10 stars if I could!
Jamy Dalton has been a huge help in helping me find the right product for our travel trailer. She listened to my concerns and helped
Worked with John. Great salesperson. Not pushy. Listens well. I highly suggest anyone looking for an RV to meet up with him, discuss your needs and he will deliver. However, RV dealers do not have inventory. They have product on order. But time will not be on your side unless you buy from their inventory or from their on order listing. Good hunting!
I suggest buying elsewhere. This place was an awful place for me to get my first camper.First, the salesman lied about several things about the camper (ex. Said it came with a tv when it didnt, said that the solar was 100W when it was 50W)...and a few other lies/misinformation.Secondly, since this was my first RV, I needed to know how the towing setup was done, as well as brake controller. I had to get help from ANOTHER CUSTOMER for this.Since I didnt pick up my camper the same day of the demo, they didnt want to help me with my trailer hitch demo. I asked for assistance, and they said to wait in the lot. They forgot I was out there, while I was waiting in 95 degree heat. I had to go back in to remind them I was there. Then they took a half hour to come out and help me with the hitch & brake controller. But by that time, the other customer already showed me what I needed to know.I have so much more to say, but I dont want to make this too long. I think what I said here can paint enough of a picture. Dont buy here, because they arent going to help you at all the minute you decide to buy. I dont think I have ever had such a high number of little bad occurances with a company, this place is a complete disgrace.By the way campers inn, thanks for emailing me asking to leave a review. I almost forgot. So here you go.
Tony B was fantastic! He emailed back about an item that just came back into inventory and I was able to see it the same day. He made the entire process seamless! Thank you Tony! I cant wait to enjoy this new camper!
I would like to thank Nicole in Kingston for fantastic customer service. She emailed back and forth with me, answering many questions. Then showed me different Campers to ensure I chose exactly what I wanted. She was friendly and very knowledged. Due to my work schedule we had a late appointment which push Nicole past closing. She never rushed us or even made us feel like we were holding her up. A great experience all around. Thank you.
Great experience purchasing our first trailer from Campers Inn in Kingston. I came from MA because of their selection and was looking for something specific. Bob was my salesman, very nice and down to earth. Ken in financing made the deal super easy and today we had our demo with (Jonathan and Joe?) So nice and knowledgeable, literally answered all questions patiently and really tried to help us learn. Demo was about 2hrs.
We had originally ordered a unit online from Campers Inn and went to the Kingston, NH location to look at a similar unit before finalizing the deal. Were glad we did, because my wife didnt like the layout at all. RV matchmaker Bob Blair took the time to show us all the other models that were available to order and would be trailerable by our current SUV. Bob was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we ordered a different trailer and couldnt be happier. Bob is a very patient and extremely knowledgeable salesperson to deal with. We struck a great deal thanks to sales manager Chris DeMerrits assistance. I highly recommend this dealership. What a great buying experience!
I needed a propane regulator and after calling several places the parts department said that they had a complete setup from another job and gave a great deal. They had the part when I got there and it only took a few minutes and I was on my way. Thanks Campers Inn
We just bought a brand new travel trailer from Campers Inn Kingston. On the day after it was delivered I used the sink on the outdoor kitchen and the water poured out from the pipe under the camper. When we asked them to send someone out to fix it we were told it would be at least 2 weeks before someone could do it. This is unacceptable. This is a brand new $45,000 camper, they should have checked that everything was working properly before it left their lot.
Darren Wilder is the sales person do you want to work with. He was so patient and available to answer all questions as we made this tough decision on what upgrade was going to be. We couldn’t be more happier and the service that we received and are very grateful for Darren taken the six month journey with us. Thank you
Ive never been to this store but have done business before with this company. But their is some incredible smart young ladies in their parts department! I cant remember their names, but I will be back again for parts on the next job we have. I was so thrilled I gave them a couple of our company tee shirts. Thanks again for your help.If you find yourself in need of repairs, MatthewsRoadServices.com. We provide emergency roadside assistance and mobile mechanics 100% on site services.
I was visiting family in New Hampshire, and Ive been considering moving there, so my son in law took me to Campers Inn to look at Destination RVs and 5th Wheels, and I was so surprised at how far they had come. This place had a good assortment of vehicles, and the RV Matchmaker we were paired with, John Derkrikorian, was essential in helping me understand the different features. His no-pressure approach worked great for me, and I was able to really appreciate and see how each unit would work or not work for my situation. If I do make the move, I would not hesitate to go back, and ask for John!
I deliver Roadtrek motor homes to this location...there is lots of room to unload them and the staff is very efficient and friendly. Great place for all your RV needs.
Awesome people.Especially John in sales!Definitely buying from him and this establishment.
Bought our first camping trailer here. Great staff and friendly service. Big store for all your camping gear. I give it a 10.
Id like to give recognition to my sales associate his name is Dennis Walsh of the campers inn in Kingston New Hampshire. He was friendly knowledgeable very easy-going no pressure sales absolutely helpful and patient and hes been with the company for a long time and deserve some recognition!
John Derkrikorian was a wealth of information helping us to decide which rv to choose. He tirelessly showed us several rvs of interest to us and explained in detail the benefits and features of each. We will be back to see John and purchase our vehicle when ready.
Great professional tour with low pressure rep. Will consider serious buy on travel trailer.
They have a nice show room. John the salesman was very good and full of good information. I would go back again.
We liked it so much we purchased a 19 camper. Cant wait to get it!!
**EDIT** Bought a brand new Forest River travel trailer from them in April, used it twice and the slide out broke! Making the camper useless. As you can imagine this made me extremely frustrated. The malfunction could put my camper out of commission for most of the summer forcing me to cancel trips. All of that aside, Camper Inn has pooled all their resources together, including upper management, to get the issues resolved with Forest River. My previous review was hastily written out of frustration and anger and I apologize to Campers Inn for this. I would and will buy my next camper from them. Thank you for your help.
Chris R truly is a good service person and real caring person. He reassured me that Campers Inn is ok. Now if the Jacksonville store can do their part and take care of the issues they have been working on for 3 months.
Bait and switch. Stay away
John the salesman was great. Pretty sure well be back buying
My wife and I are newbies looking to buy our first RV. We met with Rick Gage in sales. Rick was awesome! Very knowledgeable and very patient. He spent lots of time with us and showed us 4-5 units. We had lots of questions and Rick took the time to answer each one in detail and at times shared his recommendations when asked. It was a very informative and pleasant experience and cant say enough about Rick, well be back. Thank you Rick!
Had a great experience at campers Inn. No pressure sales. Found what we were looking for. Very happy
Joe~ a mechanic who works there is awesome ! He deserves a raise !
Great experience! Tony walked us through the process, was very informative, no pressure and answered all our questions. Ken was quick and thorough with the financing. I would recommend Campers Inn of Kingston.
This all started with a call to Campers Inn on 5/4 when I spoke with Shelly in Service and explained the two things we needed replaced (awning and toilet), and our furnace that we wanted to be looked at. I explained our concern for 4th of July and that we desperately needed our camper back prior because we had a trip planned to Maine for an extended 4th of July weekend. She suggested a drop off on 5/26 and “we’d definitely have it back before our trip” so we dropped our camper off on 5/26 for service. We were told they would have it for at least 2 weeks. We called on 6/9 (15 days after drop off) and they said no one had looked at it yet. I called the we care hotline on 6/14 and someone called right back and said they would order the fabric for the awning immediately and it should be in within 3-5 days but they had an awning motor and toilet in stock. I called for an update on 6/23 and again no one had looked at our camper. It is now 6/24 and I was told the fabric was “probably on back order” when they ordered it on 6/14 but he never offered to call the fabric company to ask where it was or when it would be in. Meanwhile my camper is sitting there and we can’t use it during prime camping season. What a waste. We have reservations from 6/30-7/6 in Maine (we also have a high school grad party for my daughter scheduled there) and our spot is paid for and the hall is reserved for the party and now I’m worried that we won’t make that trip because our camper is still at Campers Inn just as it was when we dropped it off 29 days ago. I tried calling the “we care line” all day today and no one answered. I left a message and as usual no one returned my call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! VERY DISSATISFIED and EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!
My wife and I had an amazing experience with Campers Inn RV. Our sales rep. Tony was awesome and very knowledgeable. Tony was able to assist us with our tow capacity of our truck by paying attention to every question we asked. We also, want to give a big THANK YOU to Ken out finance rep. who walked us through our financial needs. My wife Grace and I recommend this dealer because of their 5 star attention of their customers.
Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and friendly. He answered all our questions. Didnt try to pressure us or shame us.
We were researching on the inter-webs we are watching YouTube we’re watching the RV camping channel and we just got really overwhelmed with all of the features and products and accessories. We finally called Campers Inn and met with John told him what we wanted and he explained why we would want something or why we wouldn’t want some thing he’s alleviated all of our anxiety and stress and now we know which trailer we want. Nothing worse than buying some thing and then a month later figure out that is not what you wanted JOHN was very professional courteous knowledgeable and personable
We had a very positive experience with this dealership. Our salesman Tony went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and make sure everything was right. Service person Ray was very patient explaining all the various systems on our new Class B camper van and he was very knowledgeable. Finally, Ken, the business manager, was thorough and not at all pushy in explaining protection options and handling the paperwork. Thanks, we are excited to hit the road!
Sales staff very helpful and friendly.
I was looking for a specific style camper online and found the one i wanted here. I called to make sure it was available and left a deposit over the phone to hold it till we could make the 2.5 hour drive to see it. Our salesman was Bob Blair. He was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and easy going. Once we made the deal i had a small list of concerns i wanted fixed and they had to prep the camper for delivery. We returned a week later for our demo. Bob came in on his day off to make sure we were happy with the purchase and introduced us to another Bob. He was great as well, very patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire operation of ever aspect of the camper as well as shared some great stories and laughs during the 2+ hour demo. Both of them are an asset to your organization for sure. It is not easy to please everyone in sales but these two knocked it out of the park. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend anyone looking for a camper to ask for the Bobs. You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you for the great service!!! Happy camping!!!
My husband and I purchased a new toy hauler with the help of Tony. Ken was great in finance as well. We drove almost 2 hours and it was worth it! Thank you for a great experience.
Came up to Kingston NH from CT to look at a travel trailer we were interested in. Looked at that camper and then another and found exactly what we wanted. The salesman Tony was super informative and found just what we wanted. After filling out the paperwork Ken in finances went out of his way to make sure we had an answer on our loan before we left so we would not have to travel back.Because of their dedication to their customers, we are now travel trailer owners.
We went there without an appointment and the receptionist was Great. She matched us up with Chris who was an excellent ambassador for Campers Inn in Kingston. He was patience and kind and let us look at every one that we wanted to look at. He made sure we felt comfortable. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry. He may have been but he never showed that to us. I want to thank campers in for having Chris as a sales for us. Hes made the difference we were looking for and will be ordering a new camper there with Chris of course. 🙂
Very happy with my purchase and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
Bought my camper here. Great helpful staff
We had a great experiance today with Andre Papalian. He was not pushy at all. He was flat out honest and sincere. He listened to what we needed and was able to point out some other campers that certainly met our needs. We are about to buy a used camper that needs work done to it. He was upfront about the work that needed to be done before we even looked at it.
I want to thank the crew at Camper’s Inn for their great customer service and hospitality during our purchase of our new camper. Thanks especially to Andre, Chris and Ken for making everything go smoothly. Can’t wait to have our new camper delivered and set up on site.
Our experience at Campers Inn was satisfying, friendly, efficient and informative. From the moment we called with our inquiry to buy our new travel trailer, through the purchase, and then to the post-purchase followup, we couldnt be more satisfied. Our salesman, John was helpful and easy to work with. One of the much sought after models that we wanted just happen to become available and John helped to make our purchase quick and seamless. The gentleman who did our walk-through when we picked up our trailer was thorough, friendly, and full of helpful tips/information. Then John followed up after the sale to check in to see if we had any questions or concerns. This was our second purchase from Campers Inn and, like the first time, it was a positive experience!
First experience looking for an RV. Met with Chris DeMeritt who made us feel at ease as he explained the features in the model we were interested in and showed us the differences in various other campers. Felt under no pressure at any time to commit to making a purchase. After an hour or so, we knew what we wanted and moved ahead. Ken Unger made the buying process very easy taking time to explain the available additional options, again under no pressure, just giving sound advice. A good all round experience.
What a great bunch of people work at Campers Inn of Kingston! The service department was swamped with work, but they went over and above to help me out in a pinch. Special kudos to Ray for taking the time to explain so many details about my travel trailer to me, and to Shelley for being sure I got the best care possible. Thank you to the whole team!
Met Andre on January 7th when I went in just wanting to have a look at the all new Alliance Paradigm 5th wheels. I live in Massachusetts and as of yet there are no local dealers that carry them. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy and wasnt upset when I told him right off the bat that I am in the just researching phase right now. No matter where you are in your shopping process I can tell you that Andre is a great person to work with.
We recently bought a camper here and it was a great experience! We did a lot of our research online and more or less knew what we wanted. Our salesperson, Chris, answered all our questions and pointed out pitfalls, and helped us navigate inventory and ordering weirdness in COVID-19 times. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. He wanted to make sure we had what we needed and wanted. Bob did our demo/tour after purchasing and did a fantastic job, too. We highly recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to purchase here again.
We were first time Camper-Trailer shoppers; real greenhorns. We could not have selected a better RV dealer. They had a very large variety from which to evaluate. From the young lady behind the desk, our first impression was positive; she set the tone for a friendly and helpful environment. In fact, everyone with whom we dealt was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Not one sour apple!Out salesperson, John, was phenomenal! Talk about the opposite of the stereotype vehicle salesperson: low key, no pressure, very patient, and willing to answer any question. He was extremely knowledgeable, but, If he did not know the answer, he would find out and get back to us. His follow through was excellent. He let us take all the time we needed and guided us through. His genuine interest was to make sure we got the right camper-trailer for us and our towing vehicle, so we would have a safe and enjoyable experience. He made our whole experience, that extended over several visits, painless and actually enjoyable. We finally met with Ken in finance. He went through the paperwork, there was a lot, quickly but thoroughly, making sure we had no questions as we went along. He presented all options to us and offered the best way to deal with each one. We received a copy of everything and again, was really very relaxed and made the financial end very palatable. He took us back to John who let us take another look at the trailer and made suggestions on things we might want to consider purchasing. We set up our date for delivery.I would recommend Camper’s Inn to anyone seeking an RV or camper-trailer, with zero reservation. You will be well taken care of.
We are in the market for a travel trailer as a seasonal trailer. John was extremely pleasant and helpful and showed us multiple trailers that fit our budget. No pressure or urgency to sign on the dotted line today. He was very understanding of not doing anything today but gave us multiple prices for different ones. Customer service is outstanding!
So far its been good. Andre was great, no hard sales push.
We just purchased our first RV at Campers Inn Kingston! Our experience was pleasant, easy and stress free. From our awesome salesman Tony to Ken our “money man” to Ray in service who explained everything. A1 service, we highly recommend!Joe & Angela, Westford, MA
Had a great experience. Saleman, Tony, explained all the features of the two models we were interested in. Provided a great price and deal. The most non- stressful buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend this dealership.
We had a great experience buying our new (used) travel trailer. Rick and Ken (sales and finance) made it a completely seamless process. Rick answered all of our questions and then gave us time to talk things over privately with no pressure.
We’ve been searching for a travel trailer for the last few weeks or so. We went to Camping World of Berkley but received such horrible service that we vowed to never ever go there again. We found a trailer online at Campers Inn in Kingston and scheduled an appt on Saturday at 9 AM. The experience there was much more pleasant! Our sales rep Chris DeMerritt was amazing!!! He was very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and overall nice guy! He asked us what our budget was and made sure we were able to get what we wanted and stayed within our budget. We ended up with a nicer trailer than we originally hoped for! It was everything we wanted and so much more! The finance process super easy as well! Kenneth made everything quite easy as well! He didn’t try to stronghold us into anything we weren’t comfortable with.Overall, I definitely recommend this dealership!!!
My wife and I are from West Palm Beach, FL. We were in ST. Augustine for the weekend as we passed Campers Inn and R/V we stopped and met Michael Graham an R/V matchmaker. Lets start with the Big hello and introduction,Michael asked and answered questions with 5 star Service. We spent more time in and out of potential campers and Michael was just enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. We are first time buyers and he truly gave us a level of comfort beyond expectetations. We just want to share and leave with Michael is a true professional and extremely patient,You are in the market or just need a little more knowledge please dont hesitate to go to Campers Inn R/V and be sure to see Michael graham.
Stopped in to see what this camping business was all about. Everyone was awesome and knowledgeable. We had a great time with Tony looking and learning about the trailer that would be right for us. It was Tony’s fault that we left there with a new camping trailer!
John D. was incredibly polite, helpful, and made our visit enjoyable. We have not yet purchased but visited to check out quality and narrow down our options. He was informative without being pushy, which made for a great experience!
We just purchased a Geo-Pro travel trailer. We had our walk thru demo with Ray on Saturday morning. It was the best explanation and understanding of any other demo we’ve had in the past. He made sure we got it and didn’t mind the many questions or repeat questions we had to make sure we got it!Tony was great as our sales rep. He also answered many questions and gave us his honest opinions about things. This is the third camper we’ve gotten from Kingston campers inn. Our first was a tiny pop up in 1983, then graduated to a bigger pop up in 1992. We still have that one!
Havent taken delivery yet, but enjoyed the purchasing experience. Weve never camped so this is going to be all new to us. Tony in sales and Ken in finance were very nice and professional.
My wife and I recently purchased a Puma XLE Lite RV at Campers Inn in Kingston, N.H. We had an overall excellent experience. Our salesman was Rick Gage He was very knowledgeable and seemed to sincerely want to be helpful to us. Our financier, Ken Unger was very efficient and he helped us to get the best rate available. We came back the following week and had the pleasure of learning how to use the RV on our walk-thru by Super Joe. Thanks again Campers Inn. Were very excited to use our RV !
We just purchased a motor home at Campers Inn RV, Kingston, NH. This is our 1st motor home and 1st RV in 30 years. Our salesman, Andre, was very knowledgeable about the RV and was very patient with our long list of questions. Very easy to complete the transaction with Ken in Finance who got us everything we needed to get the RV registered and on the road.
Chris Demeritt was great! Very patient and knowledgeable! Answered all our questions and more! We will go back there because of the great job he did!
Rick in Sales & Ken in Finance were great to work with.
Had a great experience looking at travel trailers. John Derkrikorian was extremely helpful and informative. Anyone looking for an RV or travel trailer I highly recommend here and if he is available ask for John.
Interesting but understaffed and not very helpful
Great Service excellent place quick and easy process!
Meet with John Derkrikorian. Very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. Professional and provided positive experience. Highly recommend.
My husband and I had a very positive experience at the Kingston, NH store. Our RV matchmaker was John Derkrikorian. He was very knowledgeable and supplied us with all the information we needed to make our decision.
Jonathon was our salesman. He did an excellent job listening to what we looking for and helped us through the process of picking our floor plan and customizing the camper. If he didn’t know the answer to our questions he quickly found out the answer. We were very comfortable working with him and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a camper. Overall my wife and I were very happy with our experience at the Kingston Campers Inn.
My fiance and I went to Campers Inn looking at a certain type of 5th wheel. Once Bob Blair, our salesman, learned what we were looking to do and what we needed, he educated us on the 5th wheel we were looking at and we learned that had we gotten that one, we would not have been happy. In showing us models that would fit our full time RV needs, we ended up purchasing a brand that we had never even considered because we thought we couldnt afford it. Again, education by Bob and Ken in Finance and we purchased the most gorgeous 5th wheel that we will be calling our home. We highly recommend Bob Blair and if you are new too this lifestyle then definitely call for Bob. Thanks guys - we will love our new home!
Stopped in today to learn more about RVs. Met with Chris DeMeritt who showed me around and answered all my questions. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining differences, features, and other aspects of small travel trailers. I highly recommend talking with Chris if you are in the area and looking for an RV.
I just recently purchased a new travel trailer through Johnathan H at Campers Inn-Kingston. The process was very easy, Johnathan was very friendly and was laid-back. He was knowledgeable and very professional throughout the whole sale. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted so he was extremely patient with us and didn’t overwhelm us with tons of different options and layouts, etc. We were very happy with our overall experience and would recommend Johnathan (and the others on the team) and Campers Inn-Kingston to anyone! Thanks, Jenna and Wendy!
We just bought a used camper there and we are so happy we did. Jonathan H was super friendly and made sure that everything met our checklist as to what we wanted and needed. He kept in touch with us until the day we picked it up and he made sure we were were all set. All staff there are all super friendly and ready to help and get you into a camper that you want. We are so happy with our service and the staff our friends even decided to go there for their camper. #CampersInn # BINGO
Excellent service.
Great Service!!! Ask for JOE if you have a Demo and ask for Tony for Sales!!! A very professional dealership with a TON of knowledge.
My husband and I went today to get some preliminary information on 5th wheels. Even though we had no intention of making a purchase today, John Derkrakorian took so much time, patiently explaining all the options available to us. He was very pleasant and informative and did not even attempt to pressure us into something we were not ready to do. We really appreciate all the helpful information and courteous service. When we are ready to buy, we will definitely come back to see John.
I went to a great seminar regarding an introduction directed to new owners and setting up camp. The technician Jordan did a great job and was prepared to answer any questions we had. The class was a very casual atmosphere and we reviewed products that we had discussed afterwards. I even won a beautiful chair for attending. Jordan the technician, Peter the sales manager and the salesman Tony were very courteous and informative, what a great team !Thank you.Scott Batch
Parts and supplies store is closed Mondays. The sales floor is open but they wont sell any supplies on Sundays or Mondays. The store has a good selection and reasonable prices. Nice staff.

Amazing customer service by John Derkrikorian! You can’t go wrong by buying an RV by John. He is pleasant and honest!
My wife and I had an excellent experience at Campers Inn of Kingston, NH. Tony, our sales representative and Ken, our financial resource, were both knowledgeable, informative, and extremely easy to work with. They both represented the dealership with the utmost level of professionalism and customer courtesy.
Friendly people very helpful
Campers Inn is fantastic, after a electrical issue caused some serious damage they worked with my insurance company to provide them pictures and documentation to recover a lot of the money need to repair the damage, damage I thought would have to be paid for by me. Chris, Paul and Jim were all excellent to work with and went above and beyond to help me.Thanks again Guys!!
Immediately turned off by this dealership because of the rude salesman. Drove an hour with 2 kids to check this place out just to get a feel for what would fit our families needs. Salesman just seemed annoyed with our presence. Definitely will not be returning.
George was very accommodating in showing us campers we were interested in. He steered us in the right direction. Very knowledgeable. He said buy a camper that suits you. He was spot on. Renata is a lovely lady. Very personable. Knows her job inside & out. If you need information & experienced people in trailers this is The Place!!!
This is a very pleasant dealership from walk-in to drive off! The staff was all so pleasant and helpful. They are patient and very personable. RV Matchmaker Rick Gage was very helpful and fun to work with. I would recommend him if you are ever interested in getting an RV! Technician Ray was very patient and did a great job with our demo/walk through. Kenny in Finance was excellent and professional as well! It was overall a fun experience and I look forward to the adventures that await us!
My Wife and I were looking to upgrade from a travel trailer to a 5th wheel camper. We had done research and visited several dealerships with specific items we wanted to have in the new camper. We did not have much luck with the previous sales representatives at those dealerships. They were either uninterested in what we were looking for, or did not have a good working knowledge of the RVs on their lot.We went to the Campers Inn RV in Kingston, NH and met with sales rep Nate Martin. We told him what we wanted in a 5th wheel and the price range we were looking to stay within. He brought us to a Chaparall 5th wheel. It had everything we wanted. He showed us a couple other RVs to compare, but we went with the first one he showed us. It was perfect for our family. If you are looking for an RV and want to deal with someone that will listen to what you want and can deliver, we Strongly recommend Nate Martin and Campers Inn, Kingston NH!John and BarbaraFranklin, Massachusetts
I was Going to the Kingston location to make a decision and a purchase without a doubt today. Reviewed a few different campers online had very little questions. My fiancé is on board for a brand new camper. More than 20% down good credit ready to go. Would have even loved to have surprised her with a new one today. Take the half an hour ride from Salem on a Friday arrive to an empty parking lot meaning no customers. Lets say I can care less about masks but I will respect people’s/ businesses decisions whether they want you to have them on or not. Parked in the parking lot two customers walking out at 2:30pm Friday July 17, 2020 one with a mask one without it on. I could then see the secretary with it around her chin through the window which is on my dash cam. I dont really care about it but you have signs up requiring it including on your website Went in to a completely empty showroom with no customers to be helped. Walking in I can already tell the secretary does not want to help me or anyone. While looking down at her desk and not at me asks can I help you. You can feel it in her voice that you are bothering her. I would like to purchase a camper and also have a couple questions. She says I dont think theres anybody available to help you I will have to see. I said OK are you doing appointments thinking I missed something on your website because it doesnt say that. She answers Rudely condescendingly yes we prefer appointments. Well it doesnt say it on your website doesnt say it anywhere and I have the screenshots to show it actually says were here to help you at all times. Thats in my head not send to her. She left to get a sales person he was not as rude but didnt want to help either being dismissive hoping that I would go away because he had an appointment in apparently 15 minutes. Said I have 15 I can give. There is no doubts questions and purchases take more than 15 minutes dismissive and lazy. I said bye and left and they could care less I was leaving. Do not go to this dealership or Company and I will not use the Merrimack one either they are ignorant and careless they are taking the ride on the increase they are seeing because of Covid on average there industry has had a 30% increase in sales that ride will be over soon and you should not dismiss customers because your future Will be nonexistent that ride is almost over people are running out of money people are losing jobs. But still your people obviously dont want to work. I understand being an essential worker myself managing 200+ people and helping 60-80% more on average since march from 2500 to about 4000 customers a day can be taxing on you and the system. But your behavior does not deserve customers. Here is some leadership advice 1. You have a policy in place that masks are required. follow it wear your mask because pulling it down when no ones around defeats the purpose and undermined your policy. 2. Teach respect, manners, ethics and when someone approaches you have eye contact with them especially when youre the first person they come in contact with a secretary in the center of a show room at a desk. The first impression of your business. If you hate your life dont be there. “Say can I help you” “I’m sorry we are only accepting appointments right now”. “Can I set you up with an appointment” 3. Hi my name is (sales person) because you didnt introduce yourself the first time sales person so I dont know your name. “ I only have 15 minutes I apologize heres my business card can I set something up for you at another time” maybe something like that. Thank you campers INN of Kingston New Hampshire for wasting 30 minutes to drive to you 30 minutes to my drive home empty-handed and about 30 minutes to type this. good luck
Most disappointing place to so evEr shop at ....covering up dates of materials of ones we seen is kind of concerning to me. I want to buy a new one not new frame with old inners. We decided on one but then seem all the flaws and heard all the excuses about how it would not be like that if we bought it....then remebered the reviews ...Im glad were shopping around to other companies as we didnt take the so called new one which looked very nice at eye site but take closer look made us made the right decision of shopping elsewhere. Our son bought one and it wasnt all cut out to what they made it give be... What a shame. Shop around is my advice.😂
Would like to thank the service team from the Kingston location for their quick response to an issue I had with my new palomino puma, especially during these trying times. Thank You Jordan especially who had to make the 2 hour treck to NH’s #1 rated Campground, he was prompt, courteous and professional with great knowledge of my unit.
Chris DeMeritt was extremely helpful. He was a great balance of answering our questions and giving us time to explore the 5th wheelers we were interested in.
