I love these candles. They are the most sophisticated amazing scents, that dont smell fake or cloying. They last a long time and they pack a punch filling the room they are put in but not so much you choke on it. The cotton wick is amazing and you know its safe with no popping metal. Peace of mind knowing Im not burning metal and having that toxic smoke filling my space. And the customer service? Amazing! Any question answered with a smile. They really love their customers. When my poor candle arrived melted all over the box due to the summer heat, they sent me a replacement (even though they didnt have to). And the price is so low for such quality (I have other natural candles that are not nearly as good for the price). This is my favorite candle hands down.

I just received my first order and I am very impressed and happy with my purchase. The fragrances are incredible. They smell so pure, nothing fake or overpowering. The Northlands and Wood Cabin are amazing.I will burn them all winter long however, I could see myself burning them the rest of the year as well as there is a freshness to all the scents. I ordered the sample set and then went ahead and ordered the subscription without even receiving the samples because the descriptions were so amazing. I was not let down. Omg I love these candles so much! The scents are so pure and genuine — they don’t smell fake or “fragranced” at all. They easily permeate my place. The scents are also very unique! Many steps above the regular candle scents that we so often see. You can tell so much thought was put into the making of these scents. Just… divine! Oh my gosh! These are the best candles I have ever purchased. The scent stays consistent through the entire burn (don’t you hate the candles that smell great but once they burn for a little bit the scent just goes away!?). And the scents! Every single one smells wonderful. I especially love ALL of them. I have a monthly subscription, but always add an extra one each month. The customer service has been great too. I had a little issue caused by USPS but contacted Keap. Stephen responded immediately to my email and could not have been more kind and helpful.

Im loving my first candle from the subscription. The presentation was so incredible that I kept taking pictures as I unwrapped. I was excited by the personalized card and the attention to detail in the packaging. But beyond all that, the candle itself is a pure delight. I find myself pausing whenever I pass it just to hold it to my face and breathe it in. With it being summer still, I couldnt wait for that first cooler night when I could throw open the windows and light the candle for the first time. I subscribed to Keap on an indulgent whim, and Im so glad I did. The first candle I received is the gorgeous Lavender + Petals, and it smells fresh and beautiful. I really liked Keap compared to most candles Ive bought and I have and will continue to recommend to friends. This is the first candle I have ever bought. Ive never been impressed with any scent that Ive ever smelled from a candle. But I had to have hot springs as soon as I smelled it. Its so good, that when I finished the candle I couldnt help but rub some of the wax on my hand so I could smell it as I went to sleep. I opened my box of 4 candles at work, and all my colleagues were crowded round making ooooh and aaaah noises - they all wanted some!! I was expecting something beautiful, but not the beauty in every detail I received - the thank you note, the KEAP designed box, the four stunning candles individually packaged, each with matches, the lovely coasters - the list goes on.

As a die-hard Diptyque and Cire Trudon fan my expectations are set pretty high when it comes to candle fragrance and aesthetics. I was very pleasantly surprised by Keap. Given the price and newness of the brand and proposition I wasnt expecting to be wowed but I was. The unboxing experience was as youd expect it to be - well thought through packaging and nice, contemporary glass design. Ive learnt through bitter experience not to fall for the smell of an unlit candle but Keap candles continued to deliver deep, complex fragrances once they were lit (just like Diptyque and Cire Trudon).
