I Found the F150 Lariat I wanted, Dane Mandich (salesman) had it delivered from their New Jersey location the very next day and I drove it home!!!! I was VERY pleased with the all around service from ALL the associates at this dealership. The detailing job was perfect and the truck was in the exact condition as described by their very thorough ad. Dane was a very professional, friendly, non-pushy, low pressure salesman and that made feel very at ease throughout my experience. Actually, the entire staff seemed to aim to please and were very courteous as well as professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. 5 stars all the way.

This is the worst company. It seem glamorous because they have a large quantity of vehicles, however its the quality of the vehicle you should be afraid of. A week after I bought my car from them there were problems, the manager Sherry could not get me in until a month later. I live almost 2 hours away, am a single mother, working and going to school. They refused to give me a rental. My last visit, they shuttled myself and my 3 year old to the mall, and forgot to pick us up. They have poor communication, poor customer service. I called the next morning and expected a simple apology, however, they played the blame game, the male manager didnt seem interested and transferred me back to Sherry who said she would call back but never did. BEWARE, if your a first time buyer, if you have kids who are buying cars, take a mechanic with you. A car is a big investment that you are trapped in, make sure its a good quality car. I would not reccomend anyone to this company. This has been a big disappointment.

I had my 2017 F 150 in for the 5000 mile service last Thursday. I set it up online and they were ready for me upon arrival. No BS all business. In and out in about an hour. It was just enough time to have a couple of delicious Boston Cream donuts from Deisings Bakery and a cup of coffee while watching a little Sports Center. Perfect. The best part is that this is nothing new, I had my 2015 F 150 serviced there as well every time it was the same. To Jason and all the crew at All American Kingston thanks.

Please dont give this dealership your business. I Went for a full service oil change and ended up with damage to the hood of my car. A day or so after receiving the oil change I noticed a loud banging noise coming from my car while driving in to work on the thruway. I wasnt able to figure out where it was coming from until I attempted to open my hood which I could now see was clearly damaged and not closing correctly. My hood was no longer aligned with my car. I hadnt been anywhere with my car except to the dealership so it was very obvious that the damage occurred there. Let me also note at this time I double checked that the oil change was in fact done and to my surprise there was zero wiper fluid!! Looking at my receipt I was charged for wiper fluid! Upon returning to the dealership I was told why didnt you check your car for damage when you picked it up by one of the managers. Long story short after many visits and the dealership having my car for many days they finally owned up to the damage and fixed my car, but they did not top off all the fluids that I paid for. This place is an absolute joke. Do your self a favor and dont give them your business. Its a shame too because I am a Ford fan and will now let everyone know not to give All American Ford business.

I drove up from NYC to buy a vehicle. My friend bought two brand new vehicles during the last 2 years from All American Ford. He told me they were very friendly and willing to negotiate. My salesman was George Dienos. He was so easy to talk to and did not walk around with you pressuring you. I negotiated a lower price than was posted on the vehicle and George made it happen. I didnt think I would be buying a car on this day. We were just looking. Low and behold, 1 hr. later, we had our plates, temp registration, insurance card and my wife was driving back to NYC. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a car at a good price. Make sure to see George.

I entered this dealership looking for a used truck and was slightly apprehensive going with someone new (I’m a GM person). As I entered the sales floor Dominic Amanti ran up to me to see what he could do. I explained which vehicle I saw online wanted to see it in person. He immediately took me outside and we went looking for it. The truck was more impressive than it looked online. Dominic was able to answer any question I had and even he knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Inside we started paperwork and everyone treated me like I was their friend.Just after leaving with my newer vehicle, I had a problem with a window not going up. I called the dealership and spoke to Dominic. He then put me in touch with Carter who took the time to handle my call and try and fix my issue. Arrangements were made to have my window repaired closer to my house in NJ. I stopped over yesterday to have the truck fixed and it was done within 3 hours (broken window regulator).I cannot express my gratitude to Danielle and Cathy their great customer service skills. They were both accessible and ready to handle all my calls and emails.Way too often I have purchased cars and as soon as I leave, the sales people forget who you are. With the professionalism I received at every All American Ford (NY and NJ) this past week, I can honestly say you have a new customer for life.

I purchased a brand new 2016 box truck and was sold an extended warranty. The way this warranty was explained to me was that it was bumper to bumper up to 150,000 miles; anything that goes wrong with it is covered. Fast forward 2 years later, my AC stops working in July of 2017. Now theyre telling me that the warranty I paid $3,000 extra for was just for the power train for up to 150,000 miles, and if I wanted the bumper to bumper, it would be an additional $2,500. Bottom line, they never explained that at the point of sale and then wanted to up-sell the other warranty for almost double the money. Be careful when you buy from them, especially when it comes to these extended warranties.a

New Service team who provided excellent accommodations for my vehicle repair. I had a set time, car was ready in three days as stated, and not one thing missed. Recalls were done, and the small details that werent taken care of before, great loaner to accommodate my family size. Was able to clearly understand the repair being done without crazy auto lingo, and never felt like I was being pushed into a repair. I have been coning here for almost 5 years and can say this is the best Ive seen the service department run. Who ever is in charge now is really cleaning the place up. You guys got a loyal customet ;)

I want to share a wonderful experience with All American Ford in Kingston NY. There sales department are very knowledge about all there cars & SUVs. They were able to answer all my questions about the 2017 Ford Explorer sport and the XL. They also informed me about all the amenities the dealership has. I immediately scheduled my first oil change appointment when the explorer reaches its first 5000 miles. I absolutely recommend this dealership if your looking for great reliable cars/SUVs or if your just looking for your car to be serviced.

I just went in to have a Carco inspection done for my insurance. I called in the morning and the woman I spoke to, Gina, said come in before 4:30. I went in on my lunch break, around 12:30 where the receptionist brought me to Ginas desk. I was greeted by a clearly frustrated Gina, slamming her phone and murmuring about her frustrations. When she finally acknowledged me she said, You know what? Im on my lunch break and I need to eat. Can you wait?. I said, Im on my lunch break too, I can come back. She told me to fill out the paperwork and she got up. I was so frustrated that her lunch break was now my problem that I got up to leave. I told the receptionist that Gina was incredibly rude and she offered to have another man do the inspection. I said no thats okay. Then she receptionist offered to do it, and she was really sweet so I said sure. She did it in about a minute and it was on my way. Then I get two back to back phone calls from Gina that the memory card wasnt in the camera and that I needed to come back. At that point my lunch break was almost over and I was so fed up Ill never go back. Horrible experience and rudely treated. Next time, Gina, mention to your clients the times youll be busy on your lunch break.

I called them mutilple times to see what they heard back from the banks left at least 6 messages never once did anyone call back not the sales man nor the floor manager bot even the finance manager. I was looking for a used truck to replace my old car, and started by looking online to various local dealerships. I Found some interesting choices and started by going to All American Ford. There I was met in the lot by sales rep Joshua Febles who showed us the vehicle we saw online, and then redirected us to 2008 Nissan Frontier that had just recently arrived. He had genuine interest in getting us into the truck we were looking for and we were able to work out a good deal without having to haggle from dealer to dealer. It was a great dealership experience. The salesman we dealt with, Jeff, was low pressure, willing to work with us and figure things out and made helpful suggestions. He offered us a great low mileage car at an excellent price, and when we did a KBB and asked for a better deal, he knocked off $600 on top of the $1500 they had just knocked off recently. They gave us a payment schedule to predict where things would fall assuming my credit approval went through, and it was a very honest number, it was only $7 off per month of where they told me it would likely fall. When we were talking about credit options, the owner met with us personally and explained why certain things would work best. Lou, their finance guy, tried to pull in the best interest rates available and even though he had an idea where things would fall, he still started with trying to get us 1.99% on a no money down vehicle purchase and was aggressive when searching finance options. I work in procurement with a large fleet operation, so I know when people are straight shooters, and these guys definitely were.I stopped by two other dealerships (the Nissan next door and Romeo), and the experience was like night and day. I would highly recommend this over other dealerships in the area.

Worst experience of my life. Salesman and gm continued to lis every time we spoke to them. Customer satisfaction is not there first priority, they would not give me the name of a person above gm to contact. They dont return phone calls, they were very deceptive in their sales process. I will never recommend them for a commercial vehicle, dont trust them.

I recently financed a vehicle from here and overall the vehicle is great. But about staff, they dont get back to you after numerous calls and voicemails. And the manager has a very cocky attitude. They fail to contact you if any changes were made in appointments. I would give this place 0 stars but it needs one for review. Dont waste your time there. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

I am very disappointed in Kingston Ford. The salesman was nice in the beginning but screwed me out of $11,000 over prices on a Mustang. On top of that Ford did not have my car ready to go as promises and I have been stick in a hotel room in Kingston til that car is ready.

Very shady dealership and worrisome business tactics. I purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 truck from the dealership, after negotiating and agreeing on a final price, I told my salesman that I would be providing my own financing from an outside bank when I came back to pick up the vehicle on a different day. However, upon coming back to the dealership, the sales team tried not ONCE but TWICE to change the agreed upon price of the vehicle, increasing it by nearly $500 each time. Luckily I had a picture of the original bill of sale stating the agreed upon price that we had reached on an earlier day. The dealership took nearly 4 hours to get me into the sales managers office on a Thursday night just to sign the paperwork and fill out my means of payment for the truck. A few weeks after the completed sale, I received, from the dealership, a photocopy of my registration card for my truck. The dealership was supposed to send me my registration cards for the vehicle once the paperwork was completed at the DMV, however, instead the dealership sent a photocopy of the registration, stating I owed an extra $47.00 to the dealership for the registration and I would not be getting my registration until I paid the extra fee. Needless to say, this is now the THIRD time that the dealership has tried to get more money from me after the agreed sales price and agreed taxes/DMV fees. I HIGHLY advise everyone and anyone that I know to not give this dealership any business. Likewise, I will not be sending this shady dealership the $47.00.

Ive been hung up on, told false information, my phone calls were never returned, and things always have to get fixed twice. This dealership needs to communicate with one another more. First review Ive given here. Why? Because the treatment was so poor I had to. Check out the BBB rating of F as well. Called on a GMC P/U, spoke to Nora who verified asking price. Price was published on their website and Want Ad Digest. Made an appt for Friday, and she gave me the OK to take it to my mechanic. Went down Friday, test drove, asked salesman (Joe) the price and it was 2,000 more(red flag). Mentioned about taking to my mechanic and he said no because there was an appt the next day to see it at 2pm. I said no prob, Id be back before 1 pm. Sales mgr (Billy?)came over and said they didnt have a service guy to go with me. Really?? I organized all of this with Nora who guaranteed me this could happen. Called Nora on Monday, she seemed surprised and would speak to manager and call me back. I called again, left message. Nora never called back, big surprise...Read the other reviews. Same issues These guys and Nora are nothing but liars and thieves.

Update!!!*****7/31/2014 This dealer is now under new management! They have cleaned house and are phenomenal. Eddie F, Matt, the service crew Rob and Ron were fantastic. Not only did they get us right in with the service department to fix all the wrongs within 24 hrs, they set us up for a rental and worked above and beyond to get us in another vehicle. I needed another vehicle as I was going back to work. Last minute and not having the best credit I was nervous it wouldnt happen. Every person we spoke to was not only nice and accommodating but they acted like real people who care. Not salesmen.They made it happen and the end result was great. We were not ripped off and left beyond satisfied. I would definitely recommend you give then another chance if you werent pleased with the prior crew because these guys are outstanding.Below is my original review -before- the new management came in.Not a good place to get a vehicle. I dont even want to give it one star. They are only interested in the sale and nothing more. Customer service is awful. We purchased a Certified Used 2008 Ford Escape in July 2013. At the time of purchase I was told that since the vehicle was certified used (making it more money than originally advertised) that it would include all original options included in the model. The vehicle was missing back passenger head rests, back cargo cover and our spare remote key. I was told as soon as it arrives due to they had to be ordered that I would be called. A week after purchase the vehicle started making clicking noises, I called and spoke to Jeff Mayer (our salesman) he said come on in we will take a look it is covered in the warranty, I explained to him this is our only vehicle and I would need a rental, he said it wouldnt be a problem. Well it was a problem, I drove over an hour to the dealership, Jeff was not there and I was told I would be responsible to pay for a rental. I was not prepared for this and very angry I had to leave work early to get up there before Jeff was to leave and he wasnt even there. Months went by I checked in monthly to see the status of the parts and was told it was on back order, the wrong parts were ordered and then our calls would be dodged. When Id get Jeff Mayer on the phone he would rush off the phone, say it was being handled and he would call back asap. This never happened. It is coming up on a year now and still no parts have come in and I am only able to get through to Jeff if I call from a different number other than my own. This is a disgrace. We have two children that are in car seats and headrests are important for added protection in safety straps. Nothing has been done correctly in the process of buying this vehicle. The financial information they are supposed to send to the finance company was not sent in, I had to do that and it really seems like I did all the work in buying this vehicle. I do not understand the problem why this is taking so long to be fixed.

ZERO STARS!!AWFUL!! If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.I called AHEAD OF TIME to set up an appointment to go in and test drive. My boyfriend and i drove 30min. to get there and ended up being about 5 minutes early for the appt., not a big deal. However, 30 minutes later the woman who I set the appt. up with was nowhere to be found!! SHE NEVER SHOWED UP!!So, we went to another sales associate. He was a bit more helpful, however he had no interest in selling us a car. We tried to talk numbers with him, see if he could go lower. All he did was shake his head and go nope, sorry as he started putting his papers away. Ive seen better bargaining skills from an old lady at a flea market.Id also like to add that we walked in very serious about purchasing a car. Cash in hand, I was ready to walk out the door with a brand new car.OVERALL, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING & I WAS VERY UNIMPRESSED BY THE WAY THINGS WERE RUN!! Let me tell you what a great experience I had with All American Ford of Kingston. I live in South Florida and wanted to buy a new Flex and while there are many available here no one was willing to make what I thought was a good deal. So I started shoping the internet and found just the exact Flex I was looking for at All American Ford. I contacted them and was put in touch With a lovely young women named Nora very professional. I worked with her, Carter And Lou for the best buying experience in all the cars I have ever bought. The dealerships down here in Florida could take some lessons from All American on customer service. Never any pressure or shenanigans. My next Ford will be purchased with them as well. By far one of the worst experiences I have had when trying to purchase a vehicle. I left work today an hour early to make a ONE HOUR DRIVE from Albany to Kingston- I found an Oldsmobile 88 with on 72k at this dealership and the numerous pictures of it made it look flawless. They told me it was a good car with no issues in nice shape- yeah, typical salesmen...I get all the way down there to look at a piece of junk. The exterior looks like someone (a 5 year old) took a white spray paint can and just sprayed paint all over the back of the car. One major part was missing a complete chunk of clearcoat.Long story short- the car needed atleast $1k worth of body work and was not in EXCELLENT CONDITION. I wasted two hours of my day and $30 in gas.Then to make it better... the salesmen in there acted like they didnt know what deal I was even talking about... they were asking for nearly $4k for a book value of $2900 in EXCELLENT CONDITION. The car (before I saw it) looked to be worth that... once I saw it I realized it was barely worth $2kThey tried to get me for $3400 including taxes and I just about laughed...They said oh its got new tires and brakes and I said yeah, and its got $1k of paint damage. Had to speak to four different people about that, and then spend another hour trying to find the keys.Buyers beware... dont believe everything you see and DONT buy a used car from this dealership. If they dont care about how a car should look then they certainly dont care about what you are buying!!

All American Ford is the best! I went to the auto body shop looking for an estimate on a small issue that I was having with my front bumper. I went there expecting to be ripped off, because I am a young female. I spoke with Keegan, Nate and the technician Mark, who told me everything I needed to know and even pointed out a few other things that they could fix if I wanted them to. They all told me the same issues which made me trust them, since they all agreed on the same problems and solutions on how to fix them. They gave me a lower estimate than I was expecting to pay. They also estimated that it would take about 1-1 and a half hours to complete my repair, but they had my car ready to go in under 20 minutes! I will always take my car to All American Ford for any future repairs I will need! Thanks again Nate, Keegan and Mark!

I was a victim to bait-and-switch by this dealership. I was told by Shannon Coohill that the sales manager agreed to sell it at a specific price and when I went to the dealership to finalize the sale, Bill Bohan said it would be impossible. I explained that I was told it wasnt impossible and that I drove 40 minutes because I was told my offer was okay, he just blew me off. When I explained that my offer was in-line with other dealers, he said they would just bait me into going to their dealerships, much like Shannon did to me. They were very unapologetic and I now get why I was the only customer on the salesfloor on a Sunday afternoon. Terrible service, gas wasnt even in the truck I wanted to test-drive, and they low-balled me on my trade. Why anyone would go to this dealership is beyond me.

Very disappointed with this service department. I made a 7:30 appointment for some warranty work. Arrived on time and 1 hr later my truck still hasnt been touched, even though Im at the top of the list to be worked on. When i arrived, the man that checked me in was surprised to hear I was going to wait and that i was told it would only take 1-2 hrs for my appointment. I had to ask if they had a waiting area and I got yeah, right over there. The proper professional response would have been, absolutely sir, its just down the hall to the left, and feel free to help your self to the coffee and donuts we have for you & the bathrooms are straight ahead. The attitude I get when I asked about when I would be seen is, Im doing the best i can (well thats just frightnng) and an overall feeling of, too bad, the mechanics dont get here till 8:00 anyway and customers always get here early to be first in line. Thats great, but i had a 7:30 appointment and was told it would take 1-2 hrs and there are customers that came is after me that are getting work done already. I asked who booked my appointment and was told i dont know. The correct response would have been Im not sure, but let me see if I can find out to make sure this misunderstanding never happens again. The service department could certainly use some customer service lessons from the sales department (which was fantastic when I purchased my truck). Adding insult to injury, i was just talking with another customer who waited a couple hours for a scheduled oil change and as they brought his truck out, we watched as his front tire almost fell off due to service not putting it back on properly. UPPDATE: Pulled in at 7:30, and still here at 11:00. They are just finishing up with replacement of 1 front seat cover (two guys working on it). Now told there is a defect in a seam and it will need to be replaced AGAIN. By the time I might get home, it will be a good 5 hours of my day gone for NOTHING. Ill need to come back again for replacement, then i will NEVER be back here for service work, even for free warranty work. UPDATE: After a month went by, I called to see if my seat cover came in (because I never heard from them), and was told that it was in. I asked when it came in and was told, I dont have that information. My guess is that it came in 1-2 weeks after they placed the order and they simply failed to call me. I scheduled an appointment to come in and have the work done, and get a loaner car this time. The day before the appointment I called to confirm, and was told that the work should only take a couple of hours. I arrived at 7:30 the morning of, was promptly attended to and got my loaner car. I let them know that they also needed to have them replace my tail light as condensation was accumulating. At 5:45 I was contacted via text, that my seat cover was installed but they had to order the tail light and it would come in the following morning. The next morning, I was told the tail light would arrive later that morning. Finally at 3:20, my truck was ready for pick up, almost a full TWO days later for a job that should have taken a few hours. I picked up my truck and received zero apologies for taking so long. The seat cover looks as it should but they removed a few items from under the seat and failed to put them back where they were. Not that big of a deal but it shows a lack of attention to detail and respect for my property. In June, I purchased a used Honda CRV from the dealership, with the promise that a blu-tooth hands free system would be installed. Also, I asked them to check the brakes as they were grinding (which i noticed when i drove it off the lot). I called for nearly two months to set up the installation of the included hands free device. I emailed and called my salesman George, who never once responded to any of my attempts at communication. I then spoke with his supervisor who said theyd see to this, and again, no response. After speaking with one or two more higher ups, I finally get a date to have it installed. They took my car over the weekend and I picked it up Monday. The hands free they installed, looked to be the cheapest model hands free they could get. It was installed in the only storage slot near the radio that would fit my phone so now I have no where to tuck it while driving when I wanted to plug it into the AUX jack for music. I had hoped the device theyd install would be incorporated into the radio and the hands free would work with the music, but apparently not. The microphone for the hands free, was mounted on the bottom base of my odometer area, behind the steering wheel. When I use it, people I am chatting with complain I am either very staticy, you hear the blinker very loudly or they can barely hear me at all. Also, the sound only comes out of one speaker in my vehicle and its the one on the passenger side door. I cant hear my conversations very well when driving at higher speeds such as on a highway. (I commute to a westchester hospital fairly often where my son is getting treatments) They have promised to have this fixed for several weeks now since Ive picked it up. This past Friday i waited all day for someone to come to my home to work on it. They never showed up or called to let me know they wouldnt be there. Now, twice, after this person was suppose to come work on it, Ive called the contact Sherry and have had no response back. I am still dealing with a lousy hands free system and no resolution in site. I paid $15K for this car and hoped Id get some better customer service than this. I have seen better hands free systems online that could have been installed to do hands free phone and blu tooth sync music with external microphone for less than what I was quoted they paid for this craptastic device. (Its smaller than a credit card)If i could, I would return the vehicle and shop somewhere else because of the bad customer service. Oh..the brakes still grind btw after they checked them and stated they were at half life and fine.I would highly suggest shopping somewhere else if you need a vehicle. As soon as you hand them the money and pull off the lot, their customer service stops there. They want the sale and nothing more. Shop elsewhere folks, I certainly wont go there again nor ever suggest them to someone else.

Watch out for these con artists!! Went Thursday to have two wheels balanced and they charged me for 4. When I questioned the service writer John Booth about it he got nasty and very rude. I went out to my truck to get an invoice from another ford dealership who did the same job for 1/3 the price. (32.95 vs 79.95) He took the paperwork, stormed off and cursed me off. He continued to curse me off when I was getting a credit when paying! Terrible customer service. Stay away from this place!

Purchased a 2007 Ford F-150 with 69k in July. Opted out the overpriced extended warranty and was left with the lemon law warranty In Early December I had to replace the transmission. All American Ford offered no help...Would not even return phone calls or answer letter sent to them.. Dealt with the dealership next door once with my son who had an engine issue after his Lemon Law warranty ran out they replaced the vehicle. Wish I would have done business there...

Place is a joke know one knows whats going on drove out there trailered another vehicle to trade was low balled on both trade and spent the hole morning there to find out that the truck I was buying already had a hold payment on it from the night before I ask if there was before driving out there an was told No but some one was intreseted so I put I hold payment on the truck I wouldnt send my enemies here never again will I step foot in this place the Bengal dodge dealership down the rd was way better in and out and better pricing
