This is the reason to shop local. They were super nice and helpful in finding something that both worked for my budget and my car situation. I actually had a small problem with the order and (this is, again, why shop local....) they handled it perfectly, friendly and accommodating. I went back to the store, had an easy swap and now everything is great. So: good service, good products, local. Do it!

Andy and company are artisans and do outstanding work. In this day and age its rare to be really impressed and blown away by service and quality but these gents have delivered twice for me now with car audio installations so no fluke - highest recommendation!

Definitely a great job installing my new radio only disadvantage actually isnt fault of their own its because my car requires a special computer code for certain things... Hopefully with many newer cars requiring this hammer can get his own computer coder

The service staff is amazing. I went every month to have my smart start serviced and everyone was very professional.I went today to have it uninstalled and the MAGA hat on my dashboard was noticed. I was verbally berated, and told that I need to remove the hat and that if I had a conscious, I wouldnt have it there to begin with. I was floored. All I could do was blink and stare. Regardless of the opinion of the person working on my vehicle, I am allowed to have my opinion. I do not deserve to be yelled at and/or berated by anyone because my view is not the same as theirs. Seriously?

I’ve always upgraded my car’s sound systems and Andy and his guys have been taking care of my Prius and Wrangler for over ten years. I bought some products one of which had been opened and installed in another vehicle already (which i was okay with and he explained in full). The problem is that when I tried to return the items and he said no because they where open. I did not install any of the items I bought. I only opened and looked at it which he wouldve seen if he even looked at anything. Just think its a double stranded and isnt right. They seem like nice people in general but i will never shop there again because I believe that is bad customer service.

Not happy. Remote broke 3 months after installation. They replaced the battery and it worked for a couple days. I brought it back and they told me to send it back to the manufacturer or a new one. Still not happy. Would not recommend.

I waited for hours to have the interlock put on my car, what was supposed to be ready at 11am the next day (why it took so long,I dont know),took til 3pm the following day. I drove over an hour to get there and the salesman left the front and didnt tell us anything we kept having to go by the front door to have the bell go off because they were all in the back.Very unprofessional!! Wont be going back there after my 6 months are over!!!!

I had a sub, speakers, an amp, and a head unit installed. They didn’t use the hardware that came from crutchfield, scratched my oem dash piece, and decided they were going to drill into my brand new sub and used their own brackets and screws, and when I brought it back they did it again but drilled into my floor. Don’t recommend this place at all and their prices are ridiculous.

I stopped by unannounced and they were quickly able to reinstall my car alarm/remote starter and install a new horn, for what I thought was a fair price. Mark was a very nice guy and very knowledgable.

They installed speakers in my car and it sounded awful. Was told I had to much bass in my CD and that I have better hearing then most...returned next morning upset..found out they installed wrong speakers..they kept my car for 2 days..ya they gave me ride 2 miles home but after problems they were rude and disrespectful..had to ask for boxes and paperwork..they acted like it was my first stereo and didnt know the difference in the sound of bad speakers..then they said they would call me back because my receipt was 100 less then I paid they didnt..have to go back now soooo mad..would never do business with them again........

I brought my car to them to figure out why subwoofer was not working. The charged me 80 bucks to check it and told me amp was bad and would have to be replaced and the cost would be over $300.I had the amp checked by a reputable car audio amp repair shop, cost 50 round trip shipping. They said nothing was wrong with my sub woofer amp.You figure it out.
