We went in clueless looking for a particuluar current teen fad and were politeley assisted when was we clear needed assustance without being smothered. The staff made us feel welcome. It was a pisitive shopping experience.

Everything was orderly and clean. The staff was active and answered a couple questions I had as an aging anime fan trying to get my LO into it. The D&D swag was really well made and the selection wide.Great selection of popular manga and comic books. Definitely would suggest a stop in here when in the Mall, its a shining light in a dying mall.

I liked how they have arrows on the floor to control the flow of traffic during the pandemic. I actually followed them .

I am a Mall Walker I walk by your store every morning between 6:30 and 7:00 in the morning Monday through Saturday sometimes later sometimes earlier but Newberry comiics is a great store been several of the Newbury comics and the one in the Kingston mall or Kingston collection as they call it now is the best store Ive been to keep up the great work and I will return and I most definitely will recommend this store 100% price of the fair at the staff is really really nice people

Not enough product. Little displays set up around the store with just a few items on the display. Looked more like a place for people that work there to show off their outfits & talk with friends.

This place is awesome!!! I got a Kurt Cobain POP! Figure, a Nirvana CD and a birthday present for my friend when we didnt even expect to buy anything, just look around! Definitely coming back sometime

I enjoy going to this Newbury Comics. They offer all the great novelty nerdy items and merchandise as all of the New comics do but the staff here is quick to help and are friendly. The store itself is one level and organized well.

I swear the same employees have worked here for years, which makes a very well informed staff. I only wish they had more COMIC BOOKS. My daughter was looking for Spider Gwen but they always seem out.

Great store with a lot to offer! If you need a unique gift for someone then this is the perfect place to check out. They are always refreshing their inventory and keeping up with the latest trends. I like looking around in newbury comics because its a big open store and they offer assistance but are not annoying about trying to sell me something. Check it out!

Very large and well organized. Overall a pricey store but there were a couple of good sales going on and a clearance rack of t-shirts. The staff member I spoke with was fairly unfriendly but nothing particularly negative.

Always organized and clean. A fun shop to poke around in, though most things are always overpriced its hard to impulse buy, otherwise Id buy hoards of items. I know its not the locations fault though.

Great stores and they have a wonderful selection of pop cultures sure to please anyone. The Kingston store puts a great emphasis on comics and graphic novels.

Boy have times changed...when I was younger this was the go to place to buy CDs used and new. Even back then I thought it was odd that in Newbury COMICS there was a tiny section of comics. Now a days the CD section is practically non-existent. What fills the store now is overpriced useless space-takers called Funko Pops, vinyl records, and various chachkis nobody particularly wants.

Always enjoy going into newbury comics.

Pop culture store that once was the place to get your music and movies. Once is no longer. Store spread to thin trying to cover too much ending up having very little.
