I ordered 3 parts from Numrich, they were shipped the next day and arrived very quickly. The parts I ordered fit perfectly. These were rare parts I havent been able to find elsewhere. I was quite satisfied with their service, prices, and the quality of the parts. All part descriptions were absolutely correct. My experience with them was outstanding. I will definitely be back. I see bad reviews from people here personally i had never had any problem with this company or my orders, they have a lot of parts for just about any firearm out there at great prices delivered faster then ETA, they are my go too for parts especially older firearms PS Im not a bot or paid to give reviews and do not post many, i just dont like people trashing a good company

I ordered parts on Nov 3, it is now Dec 10th, the account I made does not work, I never received an order number or email, both numbers listed for the company do not offer a way to transfer the call. The phone number after a short message just say thank you, good bye and disconnect.They took the money out of my account for the parts weeks ago.I can not find anyway to get ahold of them.

Very anti California. Wont ship items to California because of company policy. 100% legal and every other company ships them here. Long story short just go with a different company that doesnt have bias company policys just because you live in a state they dont like

Awesome company if you are needing an obscure part. I was needing an out of production part for an old muzzle loader (black powder) that I acquired in an serviceable condition. They took the time to find my part in their system, then put me in touch with their parts inventory location (and gave me their direct number) so those folks could confirm the specs of the part. They pulled it off the shelf and measured it for me so wed know i was getting the exact part i needed. Amazing customer service for a part that costs less than $10! I needed to replace a broken stock on my Browning A-5 light 12 gauge. Normally Im reluctant to order wood parts online due to variations in appearance and quality control. However, the original factory stock I received was just that. It was in perfect condition and has a beautiful grain. The price was also considerably better than I found on other websites. The order was shipped within 2 days and received within 5 days. Thank you, Numrich!

Very good selection of parts. All high quality. Very please with selection. That deserves 5 stars. However, speed of processing orders stinks. That deserves 1 star. They will take your money as soon as you order, but not ship until 5 days later. Very disappointing.

Im not sure about the bad ratings, but I ordered several very obscure parts for an old rifle. They payment was quick and easy, the parts shipped quick, and fit great when I got them. This company allowed me to get a 60 year old rifle back in action to continue to pass down through my family, and for that I thank them.

Ive been buying parts from Numrich Gun Parts for quite some time. I find the company a great resource, good prices, great selection, and great customer service. As a matter of fact I spoke with Richard just today checking on an order I had provided a P.O. Box # for an item that ships Fed Ex. The company caught the mistake and sent my order to my home address via Fed Ex. Shouldnt the young women thats worried about her info, shouldnt you have thought about that prior to giving them your info? Cant blame everything in everyone else. Naw, thats crazy to think.

Ive ordered parts from Numrich several times over many years. Ive never had a issuewith the parts, but you have to know a little more about your gun than they know about your gun. Dont expect them to guide you if you dont know.Alert: the last order I had were several screw size parts sent in a small padded envelope. They charged $8 shipping and the postage on the label was marked $2.xxEven if the envelope costs $1 (and Im sure they buy cheaper in quantity) shippingmight be a little more than $3. So they are using the shipping as a profit center.Still when you need an old part, you need to pay.

I have been gunsmithing for 35 years. I have found parts here that were termed obsolete. And sometimes, if you call they will find it. Or find one later. I usually fix everything. Weld, make one. But sometimes its cheaper to buy it. Whatever is best for the customers pocket book.

It was exactly the parts that I needed for my pistol. Exact fit. Arrived 1 week after I ordered it (arrived today). I was starting to worry seeing some negative comments, but I am very pleased.

I placed rwo orders in two weeks, my mistake on the first order, and both orders arrived in three buisness days or less. Great selection of parts, I needed a butt plate and two screws, not one, for a Stevens Visible loader. The butt plate fit perfect and looks great. I will not hesitate to order my parts from Numrich from now on.

Was a little concerned reading the reviews. But i ordered and received hand guard with no problems at all. Ordered on a fri. had part following thurs.. Part was in new condition at a fair price. From my experience I would have to recommend. YMMV.

Good selection, but horrible customer service.They silently cancelled part of my order without any phone or email notifications. They have no email address or web form for customer support. Trying to call their customer support phone number gets you a busy signal at all times of the day. Calling their sales line gets you nowhere.Will not be ordering from this company again.

Bought 234 dollars worth of parts for my Benelli M1 had a technical question that the first lady who answered called the guy who has 20-30 years of experience and got the answer and put it in my order that I already placed, amazing A++ I then called again for a technical question about the magazine tube thread pattern the new representative (Richard) refused to call back to that guy saying they don’t like being disturbed while they are packing up the materials. The first thing is wow you have a guy that has that much knowledge in the back packing boxes that a college kid does at a Amazon warehouse, and with that much technical knowledge he can’t be disturbed, then why the hell do you even have him. Go to the street and find any moron who can count and have him do that job at less pay. It’s absolutely ridiculous to me, it’s like going to a restaurant and asking about which wine pairs the best with white fish then they say we have the best wine pairing guy in the world but unfortunately he’s in the Jon mopping it up, why would you even have him. Long story short because the guy refused to call and ask a simple question (is the threads on the magtube corse or fine) I had no choice but to go off the diagram which showed the magtube as one piece (even though it’s two pieces, they have every other part bolt pin marked as parts, but for some reason they didn’t think to show that as a separate piece) so I took off the piece thinking the magtube just threaded directly into the receiver, man was I wrong and the part I removed (and damaged removing it) would have been the proper thread pattern, so glad the guy who would have been able to answer that question was to busy doing a job a 10 year old could do. I’ll never use Numrich again as they have as much sense as our “common sense gun laws”, I work at a gun shop and recommend this company all the time, that will now stop and I’ll never mention this website to anyone as I fear they will wind up with a 600-900 dollar paperweight, and they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry, which there’s nothing they can really do about it. Even Benelli techs didn’t have the answer to my question so how in the world would anyone else know, it could have been as simple as having a guy go back and look but because they refused to do that I have a paperweight. Absolutely disgusted.

Some of the worst service I have seen to date. My credit card information was stolen in the past and numrich was one of the companies charged back from the bank. Numrichs service did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and hinted that I was to blame and froze my account. Bad service seems to be their norm, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Good luck getting anything resolved through them

Left on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a sales person.. I then hung up and called again to find they cut their phones off early at 4:20(10 minutes early). I then call their customer service number(yep two separate numbers) which is also cut off.. So these folks had me on hold for 15 minutes which likely meant they just were never going to answer. I finally placed an order online which no surprise still has not shipped.. See other reviews before you purchase, theyre slow to ship and do just about anything. Im sadly a past customer.
