Great group of guys here. Sal and Tyler were great to work with and I highly recommend them if looking to buy. Theyre very low (to no) pressure and had great follow up. I just wish I could have come back up for the bike!
Id, like to give a huge thank you to the dedicated service and parts crew, especially Phil, Kevin. glen, and Vinnie in parts for fitting my 2015 roadglide with new handlebars that would satisfy my shoulder injury. After mounting and remounting 3 sets of bars they made sure i was going to be comfortable when they could have just said enough is enough. Nice place. Beautiful bikes, very nice employees. I was just looking with no intention to buy and all of this sales Associates were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And, I ride a Honda. Just wish Harley would lower their prices by $3,000 to $5,000.

I recently used Woodstock Harley to do some motor work on my 2019 ultra limited. Excellent customer service very friendly and knowledgeable. Was having issues with a tick I was hearing in the bike. They heard the ticking noise and corrected the problem under full warranty. I highly recommend the service department as well as the parts counter. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience. This is the first review I have ever written. I would just like to say thank you so much to the service department and mechanics at Woodstock Harley-davidson who worked on my 2015 road glide . They fixed my flat tire quickly and addressed some other issues I was having with my bike . I took my bike there originally because they were the closest dealer to me at the time . I will continue to go there to get my service and other work done because of the great job they did..The bike feels awesome thank you.

Second Harley I bought from Woodstock Harley. I got a deal on a new 2016 Low Rider that they didnt even have in stock. They have done right by me regarding repairs and upgrades. You have to understand that they get busy during riding season, so dont expect a same day turnaround on certain work. The quality of the work they have done on my bikes has been spot on. Ron Malpeli
My son and I were Heading up to the Harley Rendevous from Long Island, my son 84 ironhead broke down on the thruway, way past Woodstock about 1 hour. Called Woodstock service, Aaron came and picked us up in the time he said he would. Bike back at service, Aaron and few others stopped what they were doing trying figure it thought it was easy fix, didnt turn out that way at that time, electrical. Long story short, Aaron called me next morning, fixed!! All I have to say is that was some old school service and what they charged, Wow in a good way!!! Aaron is the man!! Everyone was very nice, helpful and cannot say enough. Thank you Aaron and Woodstock Harley. Youll be seeing us again, for sure!!!
Great selection of bikes, clothing, specialty parts, with very friendly customer reps. Sales staff seemed happy to interact with those wanting to test ride or dig deeper with a specific bike. Easy access and plenty of parking.
Horrible service department experience. Damaged a cvo bike with 350 miles and refuse to take responsibility for it. Strongly suggest considering other dealers for any maintenance, zero integrity. **Frank the service manager is completely aware of this discrepancy and is no help.
I was on a trip from VA to ME last week and had a shift linkage failure. I called Shep at Woodstock HD and he told me to come by. Within 1 hour they had diagnosed and fixed the issue and also replaced a front tire that was overdue. In addition to the entire service team, all other staff from sales to parts were very professional and great to deal/ kill time chatting with. Highly recommend this dealership. My husband and I have been members of Woodstock Harley HOG Chapter for 2.5 years now. Today, by word of the owner, we were kicked out of the Chapter because we did not purchase our new motorcycles from him. How is that good business? We belonged, participated in events, purchased merchandise on numerous occasions, not to mention servicing our bikes at his dealership. The really shocking part is that there was no discussion, no questions as to why we didn’t buy from him-just kicked us out. Terrible disappointed because we really enjoyed being a part of the Chapter.
Harleys are pretty nice, o have never talked to any other department then parts so I dont know how they operate but parts are awesome ! I own a buell so Im there constantly
My how things have changed in only a year!Just an update, last year this dealer really went out of their way for me,since then a lot has changed. The salesman who sold me my bike is gone, the sales manager is gone and so are great service and good deals. Last year worked hard to earn my business, this year I couldnt even receive a call back on a bike I was interested in. I literally sent 3 people to the dealership that all bought a bike and I bought a bike as well last year.
When I entered, I was browsing the motorcycles for about 15 minutes waiting for a sales person to talk to me but found out the were all gathered around one office having a pow wow and they were looking at me the whole time. Mind you I was there at 930 am.my father was there Trying to buy a battery but no one was at the counter. After 20 minutes a sales person came to me and his personality was Mr know everything, but the best part is he knew nothing. A bunch of you know nothing. Prices are outrageous battery was $140. I think its because of the name Woodstock . Well I have to say you want to be treated the best go to Moroneys cycles!!!

Thieves! I received an email in my inbox saying I had updated my email and account information to a warranty I hold. I had NOT, done so. In the process, I called talking to a young girl she asked if I owned the Woodstock Harley, which was also the new email address provided and where the new claim was being shipped to. I live in Florida, but did visit that store four years ago. Wow! Your personal information is NOT safe here no matter how they spin this. It was obviously stored and used, no matter who used it and seeing that the shipping is going to the store... and being asked if I’m the owner.. Beware.
The lack of sales people, the lack of prices on the bikes. When I asked a question, I was brushed off like he couldnt take a few moments to answer.
This dealership is by far the worse Place I visited In 30 plus years of riding ..thought me and my crew Would stop in and buy a few T shirts and other Only to find out a woman was stalking us the whole time like we were going to rob the place or something the shirts were gaudy and overpriced and didnt even have half of our sizes available I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will never visit this place Again..ps.we ended up visiting spitzies HD while in the area and were very happy we did.

These guys are life savors. I was on a ride up to Montreal from New York City and realized I had lost the only copy of my bike keys somewhere outside of Kingston. I stopped by that Sunday morning and the staff literally spent all day trying to help me. Ross Sposato in particular was calling and helping me find a replacement well into the evening and they were able to resolve my problem. The whole staff was kind, beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new bike!

My wife and I are both veterans (I’m still active duty) and H.O.G members and we have to say their service department is TERRIBLE!Upon contacting the Woodstock Harley Davidson service representative to request a 10K mile inspection and tune up for both my 2017 Softtail, and my wife’s 2017 1200T, as well as installation of heated hand grips on my 2017 Softtail, I was told by the Woodstock service representative that my two motorcycles would be picked up from my residence Tuesday, 27 August 2019, that they would be serviced, and then returned to me the same day. My two motorcycles were pick up on time.Change 1:Though the maintenance on my 2017 Softtail would be completed, the tires to my wife’s bike, the 2017 1200T needed to be replaced.The replacement tires were NOT in stock at their location.They were in stock at one of the Harley warehouses and would arrive the following morning, Wednesday, 28 August 2019. The work would be completed, and both bikes returned to my residence Wednesday, 28 August 2019 (this was understandable, and I was okay with this).NOTE: I called Wednesday, 28 August 2019 to request a progress report, and estimated time of delivery of the bikes. That call was not returned, and the bikes were not delivered (I was very disappointed).Change 2:Now Thursday, 29 August 2019, I called and spoke to a Woodstock Service rep who stated the tires had not arrived yet, but were expected to be in the following day, Friday 30 August 2019. I explained to the gentleman that my wife and I had made riding plans for the Labor Day weekend. The service rep stated that IF the tires came in on Friday, the bikes would be ready for pick up, and delivery that day (I was worried).Change 3:Now Friday, 30 August 2019, and still no tires, but I was told that the Softtail had been completed, and was ready for delivery/pick up. The 1200T would not be completed or delivered until Tuesday, 03 Sep 2019.I had to cancel my Labor Day weekend plans (I was upset).Change 4:Now Tuesday, 03 Sep 2019 and both bikes were finally delivered. The 1200T had the new tires, and all required services had been performed on both bikes. However, I noticed that the heated hand grips were NOT installed. This was despite the fact that I had called to remind the service rep about them, and had originally informed him of the fact that they were in the bike’s right saddle bag on Tuesday, 27 August 2019 (the same day my bikes were picked up). I called the Woodstock service rep, who apologized and stated that we can schedule an appointment for me to bring the bike in that Friday, 06 Sep 2019 at 0900. I reluctantly accepted the appointment.Change 5:I canceled my appointment and decided NOT to give Woodstock Harley Davidson any more of my money.

Awesome group of people at this dealer. When I walked in to look at the bike I ended up buying, it was very relaxing. Ive been around enough dealers to know the pushy sales departments, Woodstocks is outstanding. I ended up taking a few days to think over the purchase of my streetglide, I wanted to make sure everything was going to work for me and they were very respectful of that. If you are in the market for a Harley Davidson motorcycle, you should take the time and see the folks out at woodstock, they are really great people!!

Found a older bike that I wanted at a very fair price..
One of my worst experiences ever in purchasing a new motorcycle. Dealer states they represent honesty, ambition, reliability, loyalty as well as excellence, but that clearly wasnt the case in my purchase. Dealer sold me a new bike with cosmetic damage to the rear fender that I did not discover until removing the stock seat to replace with a solo. I immediately contacted the dealership and informed them of the said damage. Dealer then stated that I must of done the damage! For the dealer to even suggest this is absolutely ludicrous, as I discovered the damage almost immediately after arriving home. I also brought the bike to several high end paint shops that specialize in cars and bikes in my home town to have inspected, and to my surprise I was told by each one that the bike has previously been worked on, and I was then shown where someone had tried to buff out the scratches. I have since reported this dealership to Harley, and have made my dissatisfaction known! In closing, if you decide to purchase your next ride from this dealership, be sure to thoroughly inspect every inch of your new ride, as Im now stuck with a $1,000 repair bill that Im going to have to eat. Thanks again Woodstock Harley Davidson!

My husband and I do alot of business with Harley Davidson, specifically Woodstock Harley Davidson and we brought my husbands 2005 Harley Davidson Fatboy there to have new rims put on and it inspected. About an hour later we get a call from Shep from service telling us that my husbands rear tire has a defect, this said tire was brand new as it was just put on motorcycle in November of 2017... they destroyed my husbands tire causing a bead tare and then tried blaming it on a defect in tire and refused to replace the tire AND put damaged tire back on rear of the motorcycle and proceeded to inspect the bike as if it was safe to do so. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told his name was Kevin and he would be out in a few moments to speak to us and he never came out. Very very bad customer service. We are two very displeased customers who unfortunately wont be returning back to Woodstock Harley Davidson.

Worst customer service of any motorcycle dealership I have ever been involved with! When you call 3 times and ask for service to find out why your motor isnt ready as promised and the warm and friendly human who answers the call misroutes you to sales everytime and no one answers there either, you get frustrated. When you get frustrated, you drop what you are doing and ride your other Harley there only to find out that your motor is still on the lift but the parts needed to finish it have not even been ordered yet. Then you get angry. When you get angry you start looking for another dealer, who is even farther away, because why go to the conveniently located location?

Very disappointed in there service department. After traveling around 2500 miles my check engine light came on and trying to quit running we was seven miles from them we went back to them and they didn’t even want to mess with me. Finally the guy said it would be at least four hrs before they could even check the code out. We were on our way to Maine so I thought that they would at least look at it It is is New York so we went to another Harley shop in MA and WOW what a difference in people fifteen minutes and I was back on the road

I made an appointment for news tires. When I showed up for the appointment I was told sorry the tires didnt come in. I took the day off from work and drove 30 minutes to be told sorry no tires. The appointment was made a month ago. All I got was Im sorry. Not good business.
