Came in looking for a unit for an upcoming move, they were EXTREMELY helpful showing the sizes of the units they had available. Discussed my needs, how much and what type of items I had. Settled on a 10x10 and was all set in less than 20 min!

Life Storage in Kingston New Hampshire on RT.125 is trulya, 5 - ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ and or a5 STAR storage facility complex.The manager Mathew Limaurois a true professional with the customer, as well when it comes to the customer, and what the customer may be in need of at his storage facility. Again a manager that actually knows HOW TO MANAGE both with,and on the customers behalf,in what may be needed. A problem solver, and or again, in what may be needed.This storage facility is well kept, and the units are clean and in good order.Thank you Mathew,and thanks be to you for your help, you truly do great job and good work, both for me the customer as well the facility complex, in the way in which it is kept, and or in the condition its kept in.

Rented a unit on Jan 19, 2021, and paid the required monthly fee. Received a late notice email today Feb 25th (I was thinking March 1st) headed straight to the Life Storage to make a payment. Met with Matthew (Lead Manager) who added a late fee or $30.00 to the bill. I mentioned that I was expecting to receive an invoice or bill notification for March 1st. He informed me that they dont do that - ok thats fine I get that now, and maybe I should have read that in the paperwork that he gave me that I jammed into my glovebox in the middle of moving but I didnt. After some persistence on my part he reluctantly agreed to reduce the fine in half but refused to have a conversation just kept quoting contractual legal language. Poor service in my view. You have plenty of other options in this area I highly recommend finding another storage unit company.

Storage unit was spotless. Great, quality service which got straight to the point.

We just recently moved back to NH from GA and needed a place close by to keep all of our stuff. They were extremely helpful in finding the right size storage unit for our things. The access to storage is great and love that it’s monitored closely. Definitely recommend. Wonderful service.

I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs. Shirley went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my husband with a unit that was going to fit what we needed to store. We want to express our Thanks to her and the office staff and wish we could experience more people like her. Very clean and maintained facility. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Shirley Is always at the office when I come to our storage unit. With a housing project underway and some of the contents of our home displaced things can be very scattered.Inevitably I misplace my code and always a cheerful smile and personality tells me one more time what it is. Everything my son and daughter in law stored there for the past 4 months, their entire household furniture and 4 kids belongs is moldy ! IF they make effort to compensate, I may update this but for now .... there’s a 6 person family that has lost everything ! After only 4 months while they moved their family to SC ! I am disgusted!!!
