This place has to be the slowest tire service in town. I had a nail in my tire and I only came here because BORDER TIRE(the best tire place in town) was closed. When I arrived, they said they would be able to get me in right away. 45 mins later they finally took my truck back. Then the tech took his sweet time fixing the tire. I dont think this guy knew what he was doing because I sat here and watched him try to plug my tire for about 20 minutes before another tech took over. After about 2 hours of waiting my tire is fixed. 🤞

It was ok BUT the previous Pueblo Employee put the lug nuts on front right side tire absolutely too tight. This latest employee had to use a breaker bar to remove the tire and that damaged the lug nuts. The wrench wouldnt remove from the nuts without force. I feel Pueblo should replace them... if they want to retain me as a customer. I bought this set of tires from Pueblo.

Roel is the man and can multitask like no other. As he was ckn on tires for me to give me a quote he helped another customer and answered the phone all while still doing my quote at same time and did so quickly.

I took my truck in at 8am for an alignment and front tires replacement. I was told it would be about 2 hours. The alignment was completed within an hour so I sat and waited for my tires. I finally left at 1pm because I was tired of waiting. I went back at 5:30 (they close at 5) and my truck was still outside. I was told I was next. The man apologized and explained they were short handed. Upset but I didn’t make a big deal about it. My breaking point was after the vehicle in front of mine was completed, another vehicle was pulled into the bay to be serviced. I went inside and was told that I was the last ticket for the day and I would be after that truck. Last ticket for the day? I left my truck at 8am and was just told that I would be next. I politely asked if the alignment was completed, paid for that service and left. My whole day was wasted, waiting for my truck to be worked on. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the gentleman was very nice and respectful. I’m just very disappointed with the service or lack of.

Great place for tire change.. Andres Salazar did an excellent job changing my tires. The poor man was working by himself yet was able to get my tires changed in about an hour and a half. Mean while he was answering phones and talking to in coming customers. Andres is a true multi-tasker and should be commended for his work ethic. Next time I look for someone to change tires I am going to Pueblos.

Couldnt fix my car tire(puncture repair). Went twice but still couldnt fix it. Removed lot of material from inside without my permission.Staff are good, texting and updates helped little bit.

I had bought tires from them. In the rewards that I have its free flat tire repair. However, they refused to come and help. Since I am working from home, a neighbor helped me out and he went at 4 times to get someone to my place. Every time he went it was excuse after excuse. Never again will I but tires or any of their services. Very disappointed they dont follow their promises.

Really great experience here. Lovely main office/waiting area. All staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, got the work done in good time and with fair prices. Would definitely do business here again. The old bikes and other pedaled vehicles in the waiting area were a lot of fun to look at. Clean bathroom.

It was quite a wait but they fixed my rotors. My car runs smooth again and doesnt shake when I brake. I love the lobby area. Nice table to sit at. Chairs are comfortable too. Temp is right. Just a great experience all the way around and Andres is quite nice and helpful.

I was forced to sit outside in the heat because my doctor doesnt allow me to where a face mask. I even showed the doctors note to the employee. Doing this to me is against state law, ADA act and the justice department civil rights act. I became sick because of the heat.

I was referred to them by the local Ford dealer after the dealers alignment system broke during my alignment of my F350. They took my truck in right away and had it ready in about 30 minutes. It was great! And the trucks tendency to pull to the right is much reduced. The only thing keeping it from being perfect is that my front tires have slightly different wear - which will be addressed when it is time to replace them. Definitely recommended.

Garage service dont have them do any mechanic work they will not communicate what they are doing and dont know what they are doing. tires i never had a problem other than they will mess up sensor and not replace it.

Have come back 3 times to Pueblo for different work on my truck. They are normally pretty busy, but worth the wait. Great service, reasonable prices, and solid work!

Great place to patch one tire if you like waiting for about 2 hours minimum. -__- Gave this place 3 chances because its a local business but thats unacceptable and it has happened every time (on weekdays and weekends). Gonna go back to using the chain shops around here that usually had me ready in less than 40 mins max for a simple patch.

Fast, honest and friendly service! I went in with a nail visible in a tire on my car. They removed the nail and determined that it had not penetrated through the tread. No leak and no charge! Outstanding service!

Went to get an inspection and had to wait an hour before they failed me. K thats fine. Then I ask why I failed so I can go fix the problem and come back. The fat guy at the desk tells me he doesnt know and that the inspector left already for break and wont be back for another hour. Refused to call the guy or get me answers. So now Ill have to wait till tomorrow because theyll be closed to start this process. At this point my wife muttered this is ridiculous and that fat dummy demonstrated good customer service by freaking out about her comment and pretty much wanting to fight her! His exact words were, what do u want to do about it, huh!?! And started weezing heavily cause he was so upset. I told him he needs to calm the hell down b4 theres a real problem and we left. What I should have down is socked his fat face!In other words STAY AWAY! or at the very least dont complain about anything...

I called and spoke to Johnny about buying 4 tires for my daughters Tahoe. Told him I was driving in and would be there in about an hour. His reply was be safe on the road its raining here in Kingsville. I had my 4 month old granddaughter with me and while we were waiting, Johnny kept checking on us in the show room to make sure we were warm enough and comfortable. When the vehicle was ready it was pulled up to a door so I could load the baby without getting wet. Talk about service! One reason I have purchased from Pueblo tires over the years! Great customer service.

At first impression, this establishment looked very nice for the area. Large, clean waiting room. Well, that all changed after a 3.5+ hr wait to change out 2 tires. They take your job and then don’t give you any updates along the way. If we knew they were “busy”, we would have left and came back or went elsewhere. Very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great quick service. I had to make an unexpected emergency stop to fix a belt and pully, the mechanic was great. He explained everything that was going to be done and what the problem was. If I lived in the area I would use these guys again for any car maintenance I need.

Very good place it seems to buy tires, brakes, rims, etc. Slow process to get a Tex state inspection sticker. The people are nice, but need to develop a better process in doing state inspections.

Walked in at 7:45am, told me they would take 35 minutes or so for an oil change. They ran about 40 minutes, but it was also a pretty busy morning. Good service.

Needed a simple vehicle inspection so I went to Pueblo in Kingsville on a Monday at 10:00 a.m. I was told no inspections on Mondays. I decided to go back Tuesday at 10:00a.m. and I was told they had new hours for inspection and now no inspections would be done on Tuesdays. I figured I would give them one more try and called from the parking lotta 11:55 on Wednesday, I was told that 1 car was in front of me and to come in now. I gave the guy my keys and insurance and he told me it would be an hour at the most so I left. I came back an hour and 45 minutes later at 1:45 and the guy was still at the counter helping customers. He told me he would be finished with my inspection shortly so I decided to stand there and wait. My vehicle was eventually finished at 2:00. I just feel like this will be my last visit here and going somewhere else in Kingsville would be a better choice or even driving to Corpus would have been faster.

Got quick answers to my questions

Using the website, the representative in the chat window said a 4 wheel alignment is $69.99 for our vehicle, minus a $10 coupon they were offering. My wife shows up at the counter and the technician said the alignment was $99.99...wow thats expensive. I then asked the person in the chat on the website why we would have gotten such a high quote in the store. He says if you have 20 wheels or 4x4 it is $99.99. My wife owns a front wheel drive equinox with 17 rims, so price should be $69.99. Then the man in the chat window on the web said the technician told him it is $29.99 for a steering angle adjustment. WTH, talk about the typical South Texas runaround. These people are bait and switch scam artists and very overpriced. I ended up taking a $49.99 coupon for a 4 wheel alignment from Midas over to Firestone and they matched the price (normal price at Firestone is $79.99, and they warranty it for a full year, not 3 months like Pueblo).

Extreme losers, I went to them to get alignment for my car, they made me wait for 3 full hours and charged me $25 just to tell me sorry, we cant fix it.please do yourself a favor and stay away of them.
