Only went there for my Covid vaccine so hard to rate based on the pharmacy itself. However, it was 100% amazing and quick getting the Vax. Everyone was polite and informative. Great experience.

Well organized, not too busy; in and out in no time!

I’ve never had a problem with the morning crew, but the night crew was sooooo rude I left in rage at the disappointing customer service. I walked up to the side window and the lady stood there in the phone not even picking up her head to acknowledge me. I coughed and she continued on the phone, couldn’t even tell me “give me a moment”. I went to the counter to see if they could help me after five minutes of waiting and being ignored for 5 mins. Went to the counter and asked for my refill and she said that the online order I did the day before won’t be available till tomorrow. Sooooo what is the point of a refill? I guess I have to do my refills a week in advance. So I asked her if she could cancel my online refill and put it for right now and that I would wait, she did that and said it wouldn’t be ready in time anyways. She was short with answers and not helpful at all.

WORST PHARMACY STAFF EVER!!!! I CALLED TO SPEAK TO PHARMACIST, THEY HUNG UP ON ME SO QUICKLY I COULDNT ASK A SECOND QUESTION. wHEN I CALLED BACK I ASKED MY QUESTION TO STAFF BECAUSE PHARMACIST DIDNT WANT TO TALK TO ME. EVENTUALLY SHE GOT ON PHONE AND WAS RUDE !!!! ALL STAFF WAS RUDE

Worse pharmacy in town. No matter the line they always have only one register going. Also if your early morning shopper they don’t open until 9:00am, whereas heb pharmacy opens at 8:00am. But biggest complaint is only having one person up front even when there’s a long line
