Sign on door reads...Closed Tuesday and Wednesday for inventory so I go back Friday morning sign reads All merchandise has been Sold I dragged myself with store coupon on hand back to my car and I cried, overwhelmed with emotion! Wilcox closed several months ago and Bell furniture bought the building in Kingsville, Texas

Got a great price on a recliner. Tough figuring out the warehouse hours for pick-up though.

Wilcox Furniture has a great selection of quality furniture, televisions, washer and dryers. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The warehouse staff is very helpful. I definitely recommend Wilcox Furniture. They are the best furniture place in Kingsville.

I used to buy from Wilcox for years and I bought the Guardian protection for my sofas. The first time I bought them, for my sofas, I accidentally spilled something on the microfiber and I used the products they gave me which was the microfiber cleaner, the stain didn’t come off so I called guardian and they told me that because I used a product of theirs before calling them, it automatically voided the warranty and they were sorry. The second sofas I bought, I bought the warranty, and my nephew peed on the sofa. I called immediately and Guardian told me they had no information and couldn’t help me. After going back and forth with Guardian and Wilcox my sofa sat for more than a month, soiled. After two weeks of waiting when it first happened we couldn’t take the smell anymore. We placed the sofas on the porch. 3 weeks later Wilcox called and said they still had not heard from Guardian and they would send a carpet cleaner to remove the smell. I was going to call the carpet cleaner, then my husband said we were crazy to put those sofas back into the house. He said that urine should have been taken out right away, not waited over a month to send someone out. He said it would smell up the living room again. I listened to my husband and we decided to never buy from there again. I paid for the warranty for nothing. The girl who worked there told me she was sorry that it took so long and that guardian never answered. 2,300.00 down the drain.

Do not buy from this store. They do not know what items go with which item (table or chairs etc). They do not care, only take your money and then do not even try to make it right. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Fantastic service. Meet a staff who should be in her 70s and she knows all the products like a 17 year old knows video games. Really impressed!

No friendly people. We saw a few people and only one said hi. That was it! No one asked if we needed anything or any help. Never going back or recommending this place!
