Great experience with all the guys I dealt with. They were honest on what exactly I did and did not need from the start. When I did bring my car for new tires, the service was efficient and fast and they provided me great quality tires. The staff is friendly, explained everything and answered any questions. I feel very comfortable taking my car there in the future. I highly recommend them.

I went to ETD today to have a slow leak fixed on my jeep Cherokee. Because I am fairly new to NJ I didn’t know what to expect. Love this place. I dealt with Frank but everyone in the shop was friendly. They did my brakes/rotors. Let me say, by far best customer service/ price around with great expertise. My ABS system needed service, but I wanted to wait a bit, also had a cracked windshield wiper reservoir that a dealer told me had to be replaced. I called Frank at ETD to get a price for the windshield wiper reservoir, Frank told me I would get a better price at the dealership, Who does that? Anyway, I set the appointment for the ABS service with ETD, Frank called in the am, told me the problem was a critter chewed a wire that triggered the abs light. That critter also chewed through the windshield reservoir tube which caused the reservoir problem. Crazy right? The great news, it was fixed timely, no dealership appointment necessary. Saved me from another expense that wasn’t necessary. Thank you Frank for your honesty, staff for being thorough, showing pride in what you do. You have earned my trust and business. Josh and Billy have been taking care of me for years. My latest positive experience garners a review which is overdue anyway! This particular experience is valuable and much appreciated as it was something beyond the great servicing of vehicles staying road bound and mobile. I planned and decided a few months ago to work my way back into club and semi-professional auto racing after a 22 year sabbatical. Entering with a vehicle that was not overpowered, balanced, had potential, and isnt a fortune to maintain and repair, I set up an appointment to have the car prepped for a weekend racing at Watkins Glen. The work included changing tires, pads, brake fluid, and camber plate installation and adjustment. Not only was the work completed well, as the car performed very well for over 4 hours of track time and was able to keep pace and overtake vehicles at the top of its class, but Billy also corrected an existing issue of missing backing plates from the old brake pads left over from the previous owner. Car was spot on at both tech inspections (before event and morning of). I will continue to service this car with not only tires, but brakes and suspension with confidence before every upcoming event and as I build up the car for changing classes. Thank you team! My work and other vehicles also continue to perform thanks to your great servicing. See you soon (but not too soon :) !!

I visited ETD Butler to have all 4 tires replaced on our van. We are a one-car family that car being a handicapped vehicle which enables my husband’s power chair to board and be transported. Jay and Josh could not have been more helpful and kind in getting the job done especially with only 1 handicapped lift and several cars ahead of us in line. They and theIr mechanics worked feverishly to be certain we did not have to wait an extra day without our vehicle. They were pleasant at all times. I will definitely be a forever customer and will happily refer them to my friends and family!!

I got a set of 4 BF Goodrich tires last weekend. Going into it I had an idea of what sort of tires I was looking for and a price range in mind. When I called to make the appointment Jay was super helpful in helping me to decide which tires would be best for my car. Additionally he was up front about the price (within my price range), and they honored the appointment (which isn’t common with tire places in my experience). I would absolutely recommend a friend to this business.

I originally went to Mavis tire down the street from ETD to get a tire quote. I didnt feel like i was getting the best deal for a tire i wanted. So i went to ETD and talked to Frank who spent as much time as i needed to answer all of my questions and gave me a few options for my needs. He treated me like family and gave me a better deal than Mavis. I ended up buying 2 sets of tires for both of my cars because of the amazing service. ETD Butler had the best fair and honest price for 4 great tires. The business name says discount but ETD sells first rate premium quality tires. Excellent friendly customer service. I made an appointment online but called to see if they could possibly move up my appointment and they managed to squeeze me in same day. Jason went the extra mile and was able to quick call in tires I wanted from offsite stock and succeded getting them so I could have them same day. The technicians are clearly well trained, qualified and professional and you can trust them to do the work professionally and right. ETD Butler has a big parking lot that is very easy to park, get into and out of, very convenient. I have on occasion in the past gone to other tire places* and always come back to ETD Butler, because they are simply the best!(*Note, once I got tires installed at a BJs Box Store, looking to save a few bucks. You might think its not possible to screw up a simple tire install, but believe me I learned from my negative BJs tire experience that it is. Never again.)

Stopped by for an oil change and to look at 2 tires I felt were showing signs of wearing. They came out and inspected my tires and confirmed what I thought. This is where some places will do a hard sell to buy 4 new tires. Shawn explained everything and gave me my options. We decided to replace the 2 tires. The tires were in stock and had me on my way.I appreciated their honesty and fast service. It is nice to have a place you can trust and will meet the needs of their customers. These guys have always been honest with me. My dealer told me I needed new tires, but b/c I didnt have a ton of money, I went to ETD to see if I could get tires there for less money. The guy at ETD came out and looked at my tires and said, You dont need new tires, and he showed me how to tell when I would need them. Ever since they, they have been honest brokers with me and I trust them completely. By the way, I never took my business elsewhere after that tire thing. And theyve been fair and honest ever since.

Ive been going here for 15 yrs.I went in store for tire quote.Quote was extremely reasonable.Tires came w/insurance.I was going to opt out.Manager advised me pay money.What great advice!!The tire is covered&I used that a few times.I had great experience w/tires that I continued to go back for everything else.I have long commute&am always in there for oil&service.My new car came w/free oil changes.I didnt use them because of my experiences.I trust these guys here exclusively.They keep an eye on everything on my cars&will not make extra work just to make you spend more money.I had 2001 Hyundai.It always needed something because it was old&had high mileage.They did great work on car,accommodated my schedule&gave me a reasonable price.They are so helpful in every aspect.I would never go ANYWHERE else.They are personable&friendly.I have recommended them to multiple people.Give them a try&you will not be disappointed!!!Josh&Shawn are great

I needed 4 new tires a couple months back but didnt know much if anything about buying them so I trusted ETD to choose for me. The tires came with Hazard Insurance which I thought I would never need. Ha. I hit a rock on the side of the road a few days back and needed to replace one of my NEW tires. I was cringing over the amount of money needing to be shelled out. The cost to me? $29.66!!!
