Five star service and selection. Excellent knowledge and help from the sales staff and Management. Me and my wife completed three bathrooms and a Entrance Foyer. There tile selection is unmatched by any dealer in the area.

What a huge help and great service for my four bathrooms i needed tile for and cant be anymore happier with what i selected and was advised to do so by the wonderful sales staff. And the Savings were unbelievable compared to other quotes on tile i received from other local big tile companies. Highly Recommend if you need tile for a bathroom remodel.

Five stars for my Kitchen Counter top Renovation. Fuda in Butler was great and did a wonderful job and was much less then Aqua Kitchen and bath Center where i got the same exact quartz stone material. I live in Wayne and was much worth the drive up 23 North.

So happy I found Fuda Tile on Route 23, I went to other tile stores and no one had the selection, help, quality and low prices that Fuda did. I did my kitchen cabinets, flooring, quartz counters and two full bathrooms and I saved thousands of dollars. At first I thought it might be too good to be true but I couldnt be more satisfied with Fuda Tile and their staff.

Must Say Great service and excellent Selection and prices. Unlike other tile stores they went far out of there way to help me and find the right tiles for my home Renovation. Doing my Kitchen counters tops over next with them once the dust settles. Thank you Fuda

Fuda guided me to a fabulous ceramic tile for our new kitchen that we love!! It matched our cabinets perfectly and tied the whole room together. Sussana has a great eye for design and offers valuable and useful ideas.

The worst. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for quartz/granite fabrication. The job needed to be re-cut three times, it took over 8 weeks to complete the 2 week job, and the customer service was horrific. They will sweet talk you on the sale and then hang you out to dry. I wasnt going to leave this review, but then I saw Anthonys response to the low ratings and could not take the B/S so here it is.Regarding the response from the owner - thank you for responding just as I expected. Your immaturity and twisted recollection of facts shows exactly the business owner you are and the type of business you are running. You offered a refund cause i said the only way we would consider accepting the job was if you gave it. And as you may recall - the $75/sq ft price you gave us was the best price we had received but after the headache of dealing with your inadequate company, I said I would have rather paid over a $100/sq ft to have had the job done right the first time. As I said in my original post, I would have let bygones be bygones but when I saw your personal 5 star review for your own company, accompanied by lies, i had to warn others of your shady business dealings.

After searching and searching I finally found professional,creative and warm retail sales people at Fuda Tile Butler. I didnt know quite frankly what I wanted, but with Susanna to guide the way, it was painless, and I am so happy.Thank you, my bathroom is beautiful.

Fuda tile on Route 23 in Butler was recommended by both our tile installer and a good friend. The staff was great and very helpful they made it very easy for both me and my wife, the prices were reasonable and the selection was outstanding!

Fuda tile in butler was such a great relief on there help and expertise and great prices they offered for my Laza quartz countertops and tiles for my kitchen backsplash. Worst tile business in the universe. Absolutely shady business practices. If you have any issue with your order, be prepared for lies and denial on behalf of the staff here. They will tell you to your face one thing, such as I checked your tile order and if there is any problem you can bring it back. Then, when you get it home, and realize some tiles in your order are white instead of colored, and you go back for new ones, they tell you, you should have checked your order, we are sorry but there are no returns on special order tiles. Then you say, but you told me you checked them and youd take back any tiles if there was a problem. They deny this, and you get screwed into buying more tiles or not completing your project. I am out a small amount of money, however I learned a valuable lesson about the business practices. Fuda tile lost me and every reference I could possibly give over a small mishap. Unfortunate, and ultimately they lost all the money of my future sales by being dishonest to me. Shop here at your own risk, you will regret it most likely.

Great selection for good quality tiles and materials. They provided great one on one service for helping me put it all together and having it delivered direct to my house.

My initial experience shopping here was fine, until I had realized that I had been shorted 5 sq ft of an extremely expensive tile after I had picked up my order. When I had mentioned it to Fran who works at the front desk she just said that I had ordered the wrong amount and she has no control over my order since she wasn’t my sales associate. She made no effort to try to fix my problem and I had to end up ordering more tile and paying for it again. And on top of that I have been waiting on another order to come in that my whole renovation is waiting on. I had placed the order with Fran and she originally told me it would take a week and a half to come in. After that time had passed and still no word on my order, she told me that it may take two weeks or longer because they have no way of knowing when it will be in. I should have been told initially that it could take this long to come in instead of being mislead when placing the order. At Fuda Tile they don’t care about their customer they just care about making their next sale. And while they do have a good selection of tile I will not be returning or recommended this store to anyone.Update:I ordered two five foot saddles that took three weeks to come in after I was ensured multiple times they would only take two. Then they were shipped to their Elmwood Park location for some reasonwhich was completely out of the way for me to pick up. They were not wrapped up when they were put in my car and I specifically asked for them to be wrapped. The man that gave them to me ensured me that they would be okay and not break, and of course they broke on the way home. I called the store as soon as it happened which was within a half hour of picking them up and I was told from Fran that there is nothing they will do about it. Fran had an extremely rude attitude and refused to let me speak to a manager. She said one would call me back and I’ve now been waiting four days and have not heard from one. I have called multiple times since and every time I was told there is no one in charge that I can speak to which I find very hard to believe. This has been my worst experience with any store. I am appalled at how horrible their customer service is. All they care about is making their money and that’s it.

Have used fuda before, great work the first time! This time started off smooth, down payment, template, once template guy (Andrew left) got a call i measured 17 sq, short!!! Asked how thats possible was advised they are pros this is what they do!!! Still thought to myself no way. NO COUNTERS and a family eating out was taking a toll on me plus, during all this getting married! So I obliged and paid the remaining $1105 plus TAX (my mistake), but i had a gut feeling something wasnt right. So I had the counters installed, and I wait, my brother comes over we measure low and behold I was closer in my measurements, started second guessing the time frame, and so on!! But now here comes the finger pointing, sales said fabrication error, fabrication blamed template guy, apparently situation with a seam, on paper they state I was over charged do to no seam, but i have a seam..... well they offered to refund 10 sq, total of $650.... and no refund of my tax, any refund is done, it should include tax..... cross your ts and dot your is look for the technical mumbo, jumbo...... stone did come out fabulous, installation was perfect!!!

This review is for Fuda Tile & Marble in Butler. We went there in January to get tiles to do the backsplash in our kitchen. The salesperson suggested subway tile, which is not exactly exotic, but we agreed it would look good. However, he then strongly urged us to buy twice what we needed, just in case, telling us that we could always bring back what you dont use. On that premise, we agreed to take the extra.We finally finished the project, and then tried to bring the extra two boxes of tiles back this past weekend. Admittedly, we didnt have the receipt, but I did show them credit card evidence that we purchased it there, and after we insisted, they confirmed it in their records. I was willing to take it back at the price they now charge. However, now they tell us that the tile was a special order and that they cant take it back (despite the fact that they are now showing the tile as being on sale). I explained that we went to Fuda because we expected some personal service, and this was not it. We could easily have bought the tile at Lowes or Home Depot and returned the overage without a receipt. No dice. I spoke with the store manager, who then told me the tiles were off color and couldnt be returned! Then why did they sell them to us at a premium price?Much to my chagrin, I have been taken in by their nice guy shtick. I will never step foot in their stores again, AND I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME, AT YOUR OWN PERIL!Anyone need 2 boxes of white subway tiles?-Tom
