I went to Rent a Center not exactly sure if I was going to purchase anything or not. A young lady named Latia Young approached me and offered to help. She was very polite and courteous and helped me with my decisions. I was extremely satisfied with her. She had a very sweet personality and was very kind. We need more people like her in the world to provide good customer service.

Ive purchased furniture from a few places and Ive, by far, enjoyed the experience at Rent-A-Center (Kinston) the most. This place is a fukkn rip off, they pray for & prey on people with bad credit and no common sense. They harass you to patronize and harass you to pay. This is one of those damned if ya do and damned if you don’t situations. Facebook market place can offer a better deal, and save a lot of headache
