My car has been there 4 months this year and has more problems now than before! The last time I picked up my car it broke down again within 2 hours. Good luck with getting a message through to anyone that cares enough to call back! Today I called about my car and was asked who the f*** I thought I was... I replied, a customer!

Cliff and his crew at Herritage Automotive are outstanding. Sometimes they run into problems on a vehicle, just like any other shop. They will let you know, and work with you to find the best possible solution. We use them a lot, we have bought a vehicle, had another vehicle towed, and had them work on vehicles that we have not had the time or resources to work on. I recommend them to anyone that asks me for a mechanic or place to buy a reasonable vehicle in Kinston.

SLOW service and overpriced

He will sell you a vehicle half fixed and will not keep his word. He deletes the computer system so it doesnt throw any codes and he does not stand behind his work I bought a vehicle a few days ago and four engine codes are on now took to a dealership and they told me he had to of known the codes were showing. I didnt expect to get a new vehicle but I did expect something reliable and not to have to work on it two days after getting it.

Cliff and his staff are the only ones that we let take care of all 3 of our vintage cars. They always do a great job, are fair priced and stand behind their work!
