The lady with white hair that works at this convenient store is one of the rudest clerks I have ever met. I normally will not leave a negative review. In fact, I usually make it a point to leave a positive review, but in this case I can’t not inform the public about this convenient store and the clerk. My husband went in to get coffee and several of the coffee cups were dirty, so he threw the dirty cups away. He happened to glance at her as she was rolling her eyes at which point she said, “so what, who cares, just get another cup.” He ignored that, got another cup. When he walked to throw the dirty cups away, she was mumbling under her breath. My husband then tells the clerk, that he is a vet and can’t hear what she said, He mentioned he has enough sense to know that you don’t treat customers that way and you can have your coffee.” My husband was taught to treat others with respect, and couldn’t believe how combative she was. He has cellulitis in both legs and severe back issues, so he’s basically in pain 24/7.She then follows my husband out of the store to confront him after he was in our truck talking with the other associate about the incidence. My husband asks if she knows the name of the manager at which the white haired clerk tells him to leave and she’s calling 911. There is no excuse for how she treated him and if she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t be there. If she does continue to work there, she needs some training about customer service. She needs to be taught about how to deal with the public.

On 28 July 2021 @ approximately 2:55 am, The Clerk walked out of the store as I was about to get out of my vehicle and said… “I’m closed” even though 24 hour operations… Lit up whatever she bought from the guy that she paid after the hand off.

You will get good service here but it all depends on who is working at this location. I have never had any problems here because I only go to certain staff when I enter the store. I was at this location and was sharing a conversation with a friend who was purchasing gas. He was filling up his car and filling up some containers for his mowers. The little lady I think her name is something like Laura? cut his pump off and told him he couldnt put gas in the containers. He said he will only fill up his car but she insisted that she was not going to cut back on his pump and he couldnt get gas from that location. We all know it takes a couple of days for money to be put back on your card. She is known for making certain customers upset. If you want to keep your cool, dont get in her line. She is an older lady with white/gray hair. You have been warned!

Some of the employees especially the old white lady with grey hair is very rude and doesnt respond well to customers! Will no longer go in there while she is working! No need to be a Karen

Its a decent place.has other places near by to eat, if you want more than a snack..they will drop there gas prices before the other stores.

Me and five other stop by last night. The time was 1:50. The note on the door said that they would be closed from 2 till a little later. But obviously they were closed before that this is a very big inconvenience to your customers. Had to go to a different gas station.

Workers are rude and the bathrooms are a mess.

Murphys employees are sociable, courteous & helpful each time I go. Its one of the best places to pump gas because of price & accessibility! The area also offers multiple locations for eating.

They have great customer service.

Got my Thermos (20 fl.oz.) refilled for 52¢! Decent coffee choices, average gas station offerings. Open 24/7.
