I have just moved here so Im new to Kirby. This is my local corner store and I feel so lucky. I come here every morning to gas up my landscaping rig and get ice. Ian welcomes me every morning with a smile and I look forward to seeing him everyday. All of the staff is very well trained and friendly. Ian already knows what I usually buy and will be ringing me up before Ive asked for it! Thank you Ian youre great 👍

My husband and I love this location very much. The staff is always on point. Most QTs have excellent staff! We look forward to seeing Ian everyday. He is the best and makes us feel at home.Thank you Ian for all you do ♡

Great QT looks fairly new. Very clean. Great variety of hot and cold drinks. Great donuts. Not crowded. Friendly staff. $3 for a tasty medium drink and a donut! Thats unbeatable ❤

This the worst one in town. I went there on a Friday no coke products except Vanilla Orange . Then Saturday the soda fountain had no drinks except Dr. Pepper half the time they are out of tea the excuse is they don’t have the syrup ( sugar) to make. They hardly have chips that aren’t hot. Not everyone likes spicy chips. And the staff doesn’t care they are just there to make a paycheck that is it. And the bathrooms well I can’t tell you how dirty they are. And out side the water and I mean water because there is nothing else in it to clean your windows smells so sour you don’t want to wash your windows. I have traveled all over the country and I have been in many QT’s this one is definitely not up to QT standards.

Im really blown away and impressed by this place! First of all, there were like ten employees working when I went! Plenty of people to ask for help if you needed. They were cleaning, straightening up, manning the grill, the register, the outside part. Amazing. Also they have these self service machines you can order a sub, taco, pizza whatever. Really convenient if like me you need to customize things to make #vegan like no cheese no ranch, veggies only, etc. Tons of drink and snack selections. Tons of food. Just... too many things to try in one trip. Gotta come back soon and try it all!

Always had a good experience until about 5min ago. I was checked out by a very rude young lady at the left register. First off I simply told her that the crushed ice machine was out, she said its just the machine she then rang me up for 3 drinks when I only had 2, because my step father was standing beside me with his. The drinks were clearly seperated. When we told her it was seperate she said oh well no one told me I wont lie, she said it with an attitude so I popped off back, and asked her again about the ice machine. So you dont know if it works? She said nope I then said well dont you work here? She said yes but thats got nothing to do with me I then said ok you have a great day lady Now Ive worked plenty of customer service jobs, so I can tell when someone has an attitude for no reason. She had it. Not only that she didnt have a clue about the ice machine nor did she tell anybody about it or even asked someone what was wrong with it. This is the first time I have experienced this at this location, so i was very surprised. She was a young hispanic lady, thin with medium to short hair pulled back. Id recommend that any future customers avoid this particular cashier. Very dissapointed as every other cashier happily greets me and says see you next time when I leave. :(

Try to use that ATM three different times and it gave us three different answers one the door was ajar, then the money wasnt being noticed in the machine, and then the card couldnt read the magnet or chip, but thats just the ATM the QuikTrip place is a phenomenal place they always have the most drinks and the bathroom is always very clean even though Ive only been in there one time the place is very very busy and still very clean and I never have an excuse when it comes to hot food and you get done teenagers doing donuts in the parking lot because theres plenty of space but its worth it better than any other store 🏪 now days..

Went to get drinks at the fountain area. There were gnats flying around the fountain nozzles. The floor were dirty. Soda on the floor and on the counter. Was terrible. We just left didn’t want anything after that. 🤮

Kitchen staff more intrested in talking than working. Horrible at making the grill cheeses. Not even cut. And butter spread horribly.

I have to say there is only 1 guy that deserves 5stars. Ill be sure to update with his name. Other than that how do you raise prices on a cup of coffee. I have grabbed a coffee from Valero for years & never seen a price change. QT on the other hand has gone from a large cup being $1.04 to $1.50, ARE YOU SERIOUS!! At least Valero does 0.75cent refills vs full price. Sorry I every left going to my usually AM stop. SUPORT TEXAS BASED BUSINESSES! Bye QT

Its always Quick in easy @ QuickTrip! Its always clean and neat Inside. And they always have the prettiest and friendliest checkout clerks!!

Two out of four frozen cappuccino machines are always broken or empty.

The gas prices are always fair for the area, its not the cheapest but its certainly a high-quality station. Plenty of lighting and security cameras, fast pumps, a quick kitchen with good food, free air compressor for tires, and friendly service all around! This is the only place I go to in the area, and I go out of my way to find a QT when I need gas.

The workers there are so friendly and helpful.Ive tried their barbecue brisket sandwich, bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich plus their soft serve ice cream 😋 Not all at 1 time- lol ( ice cream cone is only 49cents - so cheap but so good)...All were amazing!!

Everyone is so friendly, nice and helpful. This is the only corner store I go to now. Everything is so clean which is a plus. Than free stuff with the app. Who could ask for more.

Great drink and food options for a gas station. Fresh food made to order from their kitchen (pizzas whole or by the slice; pork, chicken, or brisket sandwiches; soft tacos, sliced meat sandwiches, salads). Variety of iced tea, frozen drink, and fountain soda options. Soft serve ice cream also available. One improvement would be to offer sitting options to enjoy your food there without eating in your vehicle.

There is a stupid racist clerk well he said hes a manager when I try to complain about him is name is Chris W. a black guy when Im standing there in line didnt help me and a black lady just went right to him as I was waiting for him to call me he just went on and help him and he just shuts me up by tell as he did a clap says oh I guess I just didnt see u have a good day I usually treat people the way they treat me but I was more professional than he was and I just walk off but that really did bother me that was so rude. If Im gonna be treated as a color and not a customer I just not rather go. Even though Im a regular there but if I get treated like that again oh I will be ugly right back because obviously is just there for a check

Its Christmas Eve. 1020PM. I walked in to get gas. Only customer inside. Stepped to the register, 2 managers behind registers....Noone acknowledged me as i stood there, i began to walk out lookin at everyone. Not one word said to me.

I normally love this place so much so that I drive out of my way to come here. Tonight though made me regret it. I come for the same thing a pretzel and rootbeer. The rootbeer wasnt working so one of the 6 or 7 employees went to fix it. He came back rather quickly and said he changed it. Tried it and it worked for a second then straight back to clear. A 2nd employee came and said let me go check it. Waited for 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes while my pretzel was getting cold and he never returned. A girl walked by and said oh hes looking at it now. I finally gave up and got a slushy and went to pay. The cashiers are robots they always have that fake nice which drives me insane. Then the store has been open such a short time and things are already breaking. Ice machine down for the teas and the soda ice machine is already leaking. This place is becoming a disappointment. The only positive is their food is delicious.

Omg I can not say enough good things about this store and the QT chain of gas stations. I’m originally from Fort Worth and that’s all we have up there. Down here in San Antonio we have Circle K gas stations and they are awful. I’m sooooo beyond thrilled to be able to go in a gas station and get an amazing hot dog with chili and cheese (have you tired circle k’s? Ew!!) and then check out super fast with great customer service always. Their condiment station is always so clean and stocked. They have a great variety of drinks. The staff interact with the customers. You can tell QT is doing a great job in orientation teaching their staff the correct way to provide good customer service. I love QT and I hope to continue to see them popping up more and more around San Antonio. I will drive the extra 5 miles down the road to avoid a Circle K and get to a QT any day.

Rude cashier didnt put my adult average in a bag like he is to do by law so I will never stop there again ever I would rather travel an xtra 2 mile and go to Murphys or some where else hope having rude cashier is worth losing a customer who spends at least 600$ in fuel and other stuff a week

Omg what can I say Im in awww with the place its clean so much to chose from friendly outgoing employees!!! Also they have a app with good deals! Im a tea drinking and love the verify of tea! Keep up the good work so I can keep coming its a 6mile drive from house but as long as it stays better than circle k i will keep driving!!
