The place was clean and the experience was easy and pleasant, my only complaint was the wait to be assisted because the staff had something going on? Im not sure what it was, but thats okay, the wait wasnt too bad, and I know businesses get busy sometimes. :) Still a good experience.

I give this a star only because when an associate finally talked to me after I approached him, he was helpful...However, I walked in to three associates with no customers in the store, no one greeted me, no one approached me to ask if I needed any assistance. Yet...a man walked in about 5min after me and immediately I heard the female associate shout out good morning sir. Another approached him. I looked around the store for what i needed and no one asked if I needed help. One associate walked by me and barely looked at me. The experience made me feel as if i was profiled because I wasnt a white male. It was poor service. I went into the store thinking I should support my local businesses! But, there will be the last time I bother using AutoZone. Its 2021! You guys need to work on your customer awareness!
I ordered a battery online at 1, it was ready for pickup at 2, and when I got there they even installed it for me and got me a rebate on the exchanged battery. Service was absolutely top notch.

My experience was horrible. I went to buy an item and it was priced wrong as well as the entire inventory of the same item. I discovered about the price being incorrect when they rang me up for $13.00 more. At that point I asked if I could buy it for the lower price that showed on the shelf and the Manager said “no”. He left me unattended for a long time he said that all the items had been placed in the wrong spot and he said there was nothing he could for me, no apology, nothing on his part. I let him know I would complain and he said that he did not care what I do if I want to buy I buy for the price it rang up. He would not tell me his name neither his Managers name. He walked away, went in some back room and never came back. Horrible managed place, horrible customer service they treat their customer like an inconvenience, horrible prices.

The first time I went there for a light check on my engine and I was so pleased that I always stop here to get my car stuff. So yea great place, great/helpful associates...

They helped me get a right headlight minutes before the closing. Even though they didnt seem very happy that I got in a couple minutes just before the closing, the guy was professional and helped out with a good service.
I ordered windshield wipers that according to the AutoZone website fit my car. Turns out my wiper arm was a J hook and I got the other kind, so after decimating the carboard, I now know its a sleeve that slides right off lol. I couldnt find one of the cardboard coverings and was concerned I would be stuck with $62 worth of windshield wipers that dont work on my car.The guy at the front couldnt have been friendlier or nicer, I explained that I bought these because the web site said they fit my car and that I have a J Hook attachment, so I cant use them. Didnt even lecture me about being more careful about the packaging, just immediately refunded the money back to my card.Afterwards he got me the set I needed, explained which went on which side, never hurts to make the customer is aware lol. Once I got home I was able to slide them right on in about 2 minutes!To make things even better there was a special offer for a gift card, filled it out online and got a $10 gift card as well!Im definitely going in from now on when I need parts, those guys are awesome and I dont have to pay for delivery!

This is the best AutoZone in this area. I was there to replace the battery for an old car. It was quite late when I got there. But Michael was so nice he immediately offered help. He acts fast and is honest and professional the whole time. Nobody likes car issues. But this place is definitely my first choice if I run into any car problems in the future!
I was looking for the correct pair of windshield wipers for my car and one if the staff showed me in the computer. I picked them up and paid for them and he asked me if I would like them installed. I said hes and he did. He then had me test them for proper installation and working order. His is the best customer service I have ever received from an auto parts store. Awesome job guys. Keep it up.

I am so impressed with the service I received at this store. I showed up on Thanksgiving eve about 2 hours before closing. My cars alternator had just gone out, so I limped it the last five miles to the closest parts store I could find, which was here. Julian was the guy who helped me, and he truly was fantastic. He brought the tester out to test my battery, starter, and alternator. My alternator tested bad, which was backed up by the red battery light on my dash. After buying a new alternator, I asked Julian if they had tools I could borrow to do the repair in the parking lot. Fortunately, they did, so I went to work. While I changed out the alternator, Julian installed the wiper blades Id bought. When we were all finished, he helped me collect tools and clean everything up. Its getting rarer and rarer to find employees who go above and beyond, but this employee really saved our night. Thanks, Julian!
Nice clean store that is in a standalone building at The Village at Totem Lake. When I came in to get a headlamp and motor oil, the staffer was helpful and friendly. Got what I needed and checked out fast. No issues at all. Seems to be a well stocked store. The only issue I have and it does not pertain to this store is that AutoZone should try to stock more colors for their touch up paint selections online.
Great place, the staff are super friendly. The manager Sal was very nice and helpful. He went way out of his way to help me. Ive been to other places where the staff arent helpful whatsoever! I appreciate it very much and reccomend asking for Sal when going into this Autozone! Ill definitely be coming back to this one!! 😁
I wish I got the employees name who helped me! I stopped by after dropping my girlfriend off at work because my check engine light had just come on. Id put quite a bit of work into my car since getting it only 3 months ago so I was really worried that it was going to be a bad problem. The employee offered to check my oil for me which was awesome, Im still not great at that. He never talked down to me or used overly complicated language in a mocking way like some others have done. He diagnosed my problem with the code reader, printed off the info, and was honest with me. I found out I dont need to replace the part for a long while anyway! I just need to use higher octane gas, which I suspected anyway!They were super helpful, and even tho its quite a ways from my house I want to be coming back here more for my car problems. Thank you!!!!
Good for simple tasks, not great for finding a part for a specific make and model. NAPA seemed better equipped to figure out things and recommend solutions.
Horrible customer service. I ordered fuel injectors 3 months ago and couldn’t pick them up because of stay home order and now they say oh it’s been a while so we can give it to you. Basically spent $400 bucks and they can’t give me refund or my parts. Fraud!! Do yourself a favor go to O’Reilly’s a street away!
It really is a bad experience when you need a part at the last minute. All the other stores close at 9pm. But you look into the smart phone at the website for the Kirkland store. Hell you have no more problems because they close at 10pm. Than you arrive not worrying at all to find they are closed at 9pm. It would be nice if someone could update the information of the store so people like me dont waste an hour and a half of out time. So problem its 9pm. Im telling you because they wont. Other than than a great store. I can see all the stuff On the shelf through the glass door that is locked. Its awesome.
I visited AutoZone in Kirkland on New Years Eve after realizing my headlight was out. Definitely the most inconvenient time as it was already dark, police patrol was increased (didnt want to get a ticket) and New years was the next day and alot of places were closed already. When I arrived it was close to 6:30pm. She directed an older man unsure of his name but he was very helpful picking out my light and getting me what I needed as I had no idea and was barely able to remove my light bulb myself to ensure I gotta the right one. When we got to the register a very outgoing and personable woman names Melinda helped check me out and gave me some advice on light bulb grease (who knew that was a thing, not me!) I jokingly mentioned that it was tough to get the light off and unsure on how applying will go. Without hesitation she gloved up and walked me out to my car to help replace not just one but both lights! She had a bit of trouble with the second light and received assistance from a younger man who was more than willing to help us out. I have to say I went in with the expectation that Id have to drive home with my light out to then watch YouTube videos until I figured it out. Melinda and the team went above and beyond to assist me and left me feeling very taken care of and safe knowing that I could drive home with two new working headlights. On top of her helpful demeanor she was a joy to conversate with and a breath of fresh air. Im a younger woman that has no idea about cars and she made the experience enjoyable, friendly and educational. I give the team two thumbs up, or more if I could.Thank you to the team at Totem Lake Ill be sure to return for any future purchases and referrals.

Clean store and it is well-stocked. One of the sales guys was great and helped me change the bulb for my headlight. The older sales guy claimed his hand was too big to go inside the thing - whatever... he appeared lazy.
Fast but they need to get better at searching in their computer. If you go there look the part up yourself on the website and have part number ready.
These guys are speedy, knowledgeable and super helpful.

I didnt originally include a text review, but given the reply below, I feel I should provide one;First off; They had the part, it was a good price, and all was well. No issues there.My problem was that they had two people there who seemed disorganized, and were demonstrably slow. The rep we dealt with directly was both unskilled with the computer system, and not great with active listening, or English in general.We were looking for replacement brake lights for a VW Jetta. First he tried looking for Jetta as the make. Then he was confused that VW meant Volkswagen. Then he got caught up on whether this was a Mexican car or not. After all of that, he searched for headlights. Then he searched for break lights (which is pretty much why we were there in the first place, to be fair, but not helpful in a parts search). After locating the part number, he needed a magnifying lens to meticulously search each part on the shelf for the right one (and while I admire the dedication, I would have preferred just having the part number and looking myself, because it would have been 10 times faster). I honestly cant remember if he was wearing glasses, but it may be beneficial to his work to look into it.There were some delays at checkout, but I honestly appreciated that because I was on my phone, googling the part to make sure it was correct. It was a slightly different model bulb, but close enough that I accepted that if it doesnt work, I could return it (it did work though).Previously I brought up the other worker I saw while I was there. She was complaining loudly that shed lost her glasses for a few minutes, and sometime later also resorted to using a magnifying lens. My major issue here is the lack of organization, and the apparent lack of realization that customers were present and didnt need to be part of the search for her glasses (particularly because she was drawing attention away from the rep who was helping us, and adding even more time to his search).Overall, something that should have taken a few minutes took about 15-20 minutes, which isnt the worst thing in the world (and why I didnt leave a review in the first place), but was certainly not necessary.I would shop here again - with the same reps, and the same delays - if I needed something else for one of our cars. It wouldnt be a bad experience per say, but it would be an exercise in patience.
Good service without the BS I sometimes get at auto shops. Helped me find everything I needed and suggested places to order things that arent stock parts. Even helped me loosen the stubborn headlight bulb that necessitated me going to the store in the first place.
About as helpful as possible. These folks are willing to take the time to walk you to the product youre looking for and insure you are making the right purchase. Thank you autozone
Terrible...TERRIBLE AND TERRIBLE!!!I came in to purchase a part and lo and behold this has to be the WORST customer service I have EVER received in my entire LIFE!!!I have a commercial account for my BUSINESS and they had the AUDACITY to charge me tax on something they shouldnt.I have a current reseller permit in WA state which enables me to buy goods without being charged tax on.Vern the store manager literally told me to go down the street and shop at OReilly. Is this the type of customer service I should get?I will be calling corporate and filing a formal complaint because what Vern did to me was ILLEGAL!When I asked Vern to help me what I got was I dont feel like it. That is correct, the STORE MANAGER told me he didnt feel like helping me out. What a joke!!

Often difficult to find what I need in this store. Took a total of 42 minutes to get through 2 people in front of me in line before I could check out. There was another worker at another register but it appeared he only knew how to speak Spanish since he was talking to a Spanish customer for nearly an hour ignoring everyone else.

Bought an adhesive for rear view mirror but fell off after 30 minutes even though I followed directions throughly and spent enough time to wait for adhesive to harden
