Had a great experience!! Took my Tiguan in for an oil change and the Service Advisor I dealt with was Kevin Dean. He was great. Explained everything very clearly and was very very nice! They did forget to reset the oil change/service message, but it is very easy to do yourself. The wait time was great also. Was in and out in just a couple of hours. So much better than the dealership I took my car to last year that I went to because they were actually closer. Will definitely go back to Kirkland Volkswagen!

Took my car in for diagnostic testing As it was misfiring on cylinder 3 and the engine light had come on ( Told them this when I arrived as I had already had it tested before I got there) .. Needless to say I was a little stressed out when I arrived & Had to leave it overnight so they could work on it... Unfortunately After a day of having done their own diagnostic testing ( 180$) They said they couldnt recreate the problem so I was told i needed to pick it back up and drive it for a while and see if it happened again and if so then Take it back for more diagnostic testing... Just slightly frustrating trying to get back and forth to work during a pandemic without a car... & Then to possibly have to pay another charge of 180 for more testing ....All I can say is I kinda lost it when I was told they couldnt figure out What was wrong & sent me home with little to no answers for 180$ bucks.... ThoughThought it would be fair to resolve it with them and so i called and spoke with roxi who then connected me with Sean The service manager... I told him all about my frustration & He was completely understanding got my car back in immediately for a little further work and had me back on the road 4 hours later at no charge. Even provided a loaner car so I wouldnt have to sit there for 4 hours.. Maribel and Roxy were really awesome as well and handled my frustration and stress over my car issues with grace and tenacity. Now Im Just hoping the issue with my car was resolved and I wont need to return until my next service. Though they definitely stepped up their customer service and made things right & gave me a lot more confidence within their service!!!So Thank you Sean & Roxi & Volkswagen of Kirkland!!!

Had a great experience here. There was a communication mix up and the service manager came in to remedy it on a Sunday. it was very kind of them, great customer care!

Scheduled a test drive for my girlfriend and traveled an hour and a half only to get here and find out that someone had come in and test driven it and was in the process of buying the car. No heads up was given and we wasted a 3 hour round trip.

I went there looking for a used suv and got harassed by one of the salesmen. He kept trying to push me into purchasing a brand new VW Tiguan that I wasn’t interested in. I told him that I wasn’t interested and he wouldn’t let it go! He didn’t give me the option to look at any other vehicles. Anything I inquired about he kept telling me that it makes more sense to buy the new one. I drove 2 hours to look at 3 specific vehicles and didn’t get to look at any of them. It was the worst experience I’ve had at a car dealership!

I would put no 🌟, but at least all workers out there are very nice.Its Management along with VW USA been vague and ignorante.They wanted us to pay $21,986 replace Engine on 2018 VW Atlas SE,that failed at 77,000, $ 15,000 for engine!!!Towing it away from them.Always did service there......not anymore.

When I returned my lease a few months early the sales rep told me they would contact me (that I did not need to contact them) in the next 12 weeks. He told me the last two car payments would be put on hold because it was possible there would be a profit after the car was sold at auction. Eight weeks later I called the Volkswagen billing department to check on my case. The agent told me the dealership had never even followed through with sending it to auction or even signed the vehicle off as being returned. He asked me if I could make a car payment advising me I would be going into collections in the next two days. He gave me a breakdown of what was owed on the vehicle. It stated $250 for the engine light being on (which was completely bogus) $300 for a ding in the windshield (which I couldve had done for free through my car insurance) as well as the last two car payments and miscellaneous; bad tire and a small dent. I called the dealership and spoke with the main manager Tony Pho and explained what had been told to me by his sales rep. That I sat at the employees desk while he typed in my information (he even spoke with another manager before finishing up). I went round and round with Tony but got absolutely nowhere. He was extremely impatient and basically called me a liar telling me that I had not returned the car two months early.Thankfully, the billing department did work with me and waived the windshield fee.I just want to Warn Everyone: Do Not go to the Kirkland dealership!!Monique L.

I am so grateful for Mike Lawrence and Sylvia Henderson for helping me with the purchase of my 2016 VW Tiguan last Nov. 19!!! First of all Mike bent way over backwards to help me with the finances. He was so awe-some!!! I got the best car for me....with the assistance of Mike & Sylvia. Sylvia was so friendly, informative & patient with my maneuvering through this process of selecting my new used car!!! Just so grateful for both of their help, knowledge, and assistance!!! Absolutely love my new (to me!!) beautiful sparkly blue TIguan!!!
