If you need exotic screws or other fasteners this is the place to go. They have tons of goodies. Be prepared to spend hours inside 😊. The staff is friendly and helpful for real. They are ready to go and search in the back for tiny screws for you for half an hour and give you alternatives. I should have found this place ten years ago. You should not repeat my mistake and you should visit now.

Cant beat their selection of screws! And staff (and other customers) this morning were very patient and courteous even though store was VERY busy. Phone was ringing and I was #5 in line waiting for cashier. All parking spots were taken. Place was hopping busy, yet the counter person took the time needed to make sure I got the specialty part and tool I needed. Ill go back!

Grab a number when entering and see if you can stump these Threadheads! If you need to torque it, turn it, strip it, or rethread it you can get it here. They got taps, T-handles, pneumatics, levels, and T-squares. Shoot, I brought in a tiny wood screw to see if they had a match and they brought out two different near identical replacements. Ive heard stories. Didnt think it was true. But it is. They have everything you need and will order it if they dont.

I love this place.Ive now been here 5 times. Each time the staff here has gone above and beyond my expectations for what has amounted to peanuts Im sure for them.First time was to get a metric screwdriver bit. I ran around all over town trying to find someone who had them. Even online its near impossible to get high quality metric bits. They had them in stock and gave me just what I needed. Think I ended up spending a little over $3.Second and third times I needed a small collection of random metric nuts and screws for a 3D printer. They spent 5-10 minutes each time gathering up everything I needed from their back-room stock. First time I think the cost was $3.61. Second time they just considered them samples and didnt charge at all, and even spent time matching a metric set screw I needed extras of.Fourth time I needed an unusually long metric screw which they ordered from their distributor (a single screw!) and gave it to me later in the week. Again, no charge.Each time Ive visited the staff were super friendly and helpful and made me feel important even though I was barely spending anything.Their store has all sorts of neat supplies, tools, and materials too. Im definitely going to do my best to shop there whenever I can.

I cant even begin to brag about the customer service at this location! Mike, the Manager was so helpful and truly went above and beyond to help me find the right screws for the awning on my Van. He not only figured it out but actually put the parts on, which were not easy! The 3 screws were under a dollar and he said he wouldnt charge me......truly amazing! The level of service was far more than I ever expected. I cant say enough good things about this store and the Manager, Mike! Way to go and I will continue to spread the word about how wonderful he is! There are still good people in the world who dont try to take advantage of you!

These guys have great products and services. When it comes to screws these guys are the gold standard. I was looking for a few dollars worth of screws and they have exactly what I needed. The gentleman helping me said if I could guess the price of the screws that I was purchasing hed give them to me for free. I missed it by two cents but nonetheless I thought that was a great customer service thing to do. These guys deserve your business I know they have mine.

Very patient and helpful. They helped me find exactly the screws I needed for a home project.

Ladies, pay attention. This place has saved me so much time and aggravation. The gentlemen behind the desk can find strange colors, sizes and know the difference between pitches. No more getting lost in Home Depot for me. Now I get what I need the first try. Oh, and if your hubby likes tools the guys have lots of great fathers day or birthday ideas.

Great selection of hardware and tools. Always solid advice for hardware fitment questions. Prices on tools are a little high, but everything they sell is high quality and they stand behind it. If you want budget tools, go to Home Depot.

Ive gone to Tacoma Screw for many years, both for business and personal use. They have a great selection of quality fasteners, as well as some building materials, tools, cleaners, etc. The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable.Their prices for tools are not the cheapest youll find, but they are hard to beat when you need a particular screw or bolt.

These guys are the best and this review is long overdue. They offer Nordstrom-like customer service. I have been coming here for years and despite my orders being small, they often give them to me free. They also often round up when giving you change which is unexpected as well. These guys treat you right.

Couldnt be happier with a business that truly cares about providing a service over turning a profit. Needed a very specific bolt for mounting a brake caliper on my car and these guys had no trouble matching the bolt I brought. Special thanks to Tim who was so kind as to give me the bolt and accompanying lock washer free of charge since I only needed one. Looking forward to needing their service again.

Great folks... when they provide service to customers. Waited at the counter to check out for 20 min while the extra staff sorted bolts in the back room. Finally had to ask someone to come check me out.
