Many years ago, I called this company based on a recommendation from the developer that built my house. My sky window was leaking. They came over, climbed up on a ladder and repaired it. He spent at least 30 minutes plus travel time and fuel, but didn’t charge me a cent, even though I offered to at least cover the cost of gas.So I pay them back by recommending them to every one I know, including a friend in Issaquah who has had to replace the glass in almost every window in his house.Funny thing is that they wouldn’t even remember me because I was barely a customer. Never had to replace any glass. But if I did, they would be the first company I call.
