I dropped in to mail a package. There was one customer service person working. He acknowledged the long line that was forming. The three people being waited on had a very complicated purchase. I waited as long as I could, but ran out of time and had to leave. I cant help but think the employee could have handled this situation in a better way. I wont go back to a business that has no regard for peoples time.
The person on the call explaining me the meaning of set. I wanted to see if we can get digital copy.

I came right before closing time to print and cut cards.Patrick was very kind and helpful, he also offered let me stay a little longer so I could finish cutting my cards.
Tried to pick up a package addressed to another person at our office, with our company name on it. They wouldnt release it at first, because I didnt have a business card. I can see the need for identity confirmation, but our company does everything over the internet--I dont have a business card. BUT, I did have a company credit card with both the company name, and my name EMBOSSED on it. I had to argue to get them to release the package. Apparently, they never thought that I could go back to the office, create a phony business card in Word, and even send over to them to print out, and use that to get the package. An embossed credit card is a little harder to fake.
Had to scan 30 pages to two different email addresses. Scanned docs and left. I kept checking my email but no docs. After 45 minutes I still hadn’t received them. I called Fed Ex Ship Print Kirkland and the guy said they must have gotten held up. I asked if he could check the machine to see the status and he said the scanner resets itself so there’s no way to revisit a prior scanning session. He told me I’d have to go back down there. Such a frustrating waste of time! If you need to scan any documents use Staples in Redmond. Process took a few minutes and the docs were in my email within minutes.
They claim they are open on Sunday, both on Google Maps and on their phone message, but they are not. This lack of attention to detail is not what I want in someone shipping my stuff.
Very bureaucratic, not helpful, making up “special rules” that’s designed to make things easy for them but not actually created by fedex company. I dropped off medical specimen and was told it will take 2 business days though in fact it’s actually overnight prepaid package. Absolutely no concept of customer service especially the female clerk.
A guy seemed very confused and incapable when dealing with my packages. Now a month later, I called and learned my package is lost. Shouldnt have taken my chance with Fedex.
The staff is really rude and unprofessional. Visually upset because I didn’t want to pay for extra service. Don’t go there! The Woodinville one was much better.
Not sure why the employees at this store are not helpful what so ever. 2 of them stand around packing boxes and what not while the line just builds for those trying to get a receipt for a drop off.This is definitely one of the worst least helpful fedex locations in the region.
I dropped off a return label item and the woman insisted I put it in a Fedex Box She said the label only paid for shipping not the box. The box I held was shipped to me by Fedex and had the original Fedex label on it. I checked and none of the Fedex boxes they had on hand were deep enough to fit the package. She then said shed allow it. Then the real strange part started with her asking me what was in the box. The Box said MonteBlanc and has a zipper seal to open it. I told her a pen and she proceeded to make comments on how It must be an expensive pen especially to be in such a big box. She asked how many pens and what they looked like. She kept eyeing the box with intrigue. Ill be tracking it to see if it ever leaves the store. Very suspicious

ALWAYS refuses UN3480 packages. If you are getting lithium ion batteries or anything with a hazmat label, send it to the Redmond FedEx Ground for hold for pickup. Do NOT send to this location.

Staff that worked here are very strange. They refused to accept my package with a prepaid FedEx label because it was wrapped in paper with tape all around it and wasnt strong enough (to ship a broken thermostat back to the retailer). Interestingly, they printed the label for free, so I just walked away and mailed it on my own at another facility.Major problems I noticed in the time I waited there and worked with a female staff member:1) Refused things that other mail carriers or FedEx locations accept in attempt to up-sell.2) Socially awkward trying to parrot made-up corporate policies in attempt to up-sell but not doing a very good job at it.
Be careful when you drop-off a pre-paid package, they will make something up and rob you blind. I had my daughter dropped a package which I had it secured pretty well inside with a large styroyfoam, the women employee still sold her ~$5 dollars worth of foam arguing she has to secure so even a slight movement doesnt happen. I ship/return packages all the time, not from this particular location and never heard this type of nonsense. Are employees working there on commission ?
Consistently awful “customer” service. A truly miserable experience every time. Clearly, management doesn’t seem to care and allows this culture to persist . Avoid.
I sent the same item to the same address last week for a reasonable rate. This week, the Asst Mgr, Steve, said he only had a larger sized box available (which was wrong, I found the smaller size at the self-serve kiosk and handed it to him) then somehow the price was still much more than my previous visit. He was just trying to drive up the price. I won’t be back.

The staff here is pretty shady. If you dont watch them they WILL RIP YOU OFF. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Honestly, this place makes the DMV seem cheerful.
My experience, Friday AM, was bad.1. The employee attempted to upsell me on using a FedEx box, rather than the secure one that I brought, retailing over $15.2. The employee then failed to tape up the box in front of me. (my local UPS sure will)2. The employee then failed to attach my prepaid label (my local UPS will bag a prepaid, and stick it on in front of you)I expect to walk out of a store with reasonable assurance that my package will be handled with care. How assured do you think I am?
This location is the worst I’ve worked with the United States. Every other location allows me to email them directly and they print whatever I email them right away. The not very polite store manager, Eddie, at this location told me to email to a national email address and it would be about five minutes and I can print it out but myself on the self-serve kiosk. It’s been 17 minutes now, I don’t have an email with the code as promised. And every time I tell him it’s been longer he says, you know how email servers are sometimes they take a little more time and adds five more minutes to my wait time expectation. Avoid this place and go to the next nearest FedEx.
Far and away the worst experience I have ever had shipping a package. Had to ship two packages with prepaid labels. Staff was totally unhelpful, it was like they were actively working against me, spent over an hour and $10 on nothing. I wish I could have driven the packages to their destination myself.
One of female staff is really rude and doesnt sound like she cares about the customer,the service, or the company.Online shipping rates have you something and when you came in store, rates are doubled with all kinds or reasons.Better try other shipping services like the one on 132nd street and 70th road, where friendly staff helps you with shipping options.
I have dropped off packages here a 100 times, already labeled for FedEx ground, all same size large boxes and with our branded logo on them. Super easy to remember, one would think. The guy asks me every single time what’s in them and every time I tell him the same exact thing. Guess I’ll keep telling him the same thing the next 100 times I visit, but really wonder if it might stick at some point, and perhaps the same ppl I’m seeing working here for the last two years might start recognizing customers who come in repeatedly with exactly the same looking labeled boxes that they just need to scan. Kind of a weird vibe at this store and zero personal touch to how they deal with customers.
Staff was exceptionally helpful! When we ordered the wrong size invitations for our wedding from Vistaprint, we were able to use the printing area and paper cutter to fix our invites. Will definitely be back to print again!
The staff who helped me was very nice and helpful and patient.Only downside is the parking is not easy to find, especially if you have a lot of big packages.

I visited the the Redmond office earlier in the day, and had a few issues so I came to the Kirkland office with hopes for better service. I wasnt disappointed. The lady who helped me was pretty awesome. She was helpful and very nice, and even gave me a discount on the printing I had done. I will make sure to come back to this location in the future!!
Every time I come in I’m greeted with smiles and every person there goes out of their way to help me. I’ve seen some impatient customers in line that don’t understand its first come, first serve.If you wait last minute to print a huge thing don’t be surprised when you have to wait because someone else is being helped.The staff here always works hard and that’s why I love to go here.

I arrived at 6:15 PM to ship a package. The man behind the counter was helping another woman, who seemed frustrated. In the middle of helping her he walked over to the shipping counter and asked me to place my package on the scale. He then went back to helping the woman that was there before me. Another woman walked in and instead of taking care of my package he helped her print what she needed. No problem, I said, maybe she was in before me. A third woman walked in, and instead of taking care of me he started helping her! It was 6:45 at this point so I picked my package up and began walking out. He tried to stop me saying, I can help you after her. ?!?! BAD customer service.
Fedex were unable deliver my package, they said they would try again, but did not. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone as they tried to locate my item. Now I have to go pick it up. Why pay extra for shipping so that I have to go pick it up.:-(
Horrible service and poor customer service attitude. Hopefully the guy who work early morning on 10/30 is the owner, or else he should get fired...
The people dont know how to use the equipment. Their scanner put a bunch of pixels on it and I had to have it cleaned up before they could print it period wants printed they wouldnt honor their own coupons. I hope they go out of business very quickly. Oh, Edward is as far from customer oriented as possible.

My wife came in to drop off a package, it was a return to Carters. It was being returned in the exact same box as it was shipped to us in. The lady at the counter said that they cant accept it that it has to be in one of their FedEx boxes. Only at this location have we ever heard of these shenanigans. I go to Woodinville or Redmond and I am told thats not true. At one point my wife was done with being lied to and went to take back possession of the package. The woman behind the counter, yanked it out of my wifes hands and shoved her hands away. If I could rate this place -5 stars, I would. Completely unprofessional customer service. And we both work in the CS industry, so its not like we are noobs.

If youre shipping valuables, DO NOT COME HERE. I shipped a $1,200 TV that arrived completely broken. Not to mention they charged me over $400 to ship. The box arrived falling apart with dents in the side and top. They werent even competent enough to label the box fragile. Waste of money and time. Go to a company that will take care of your valuables.
Ive been here an hour, trying to print from my Google drive, and theyve moved me to a second machine because the first sat on a please wait screen for the last hour. Now, the second machine is doing the same thing. I havent been able to print anything yet. The workers are friendly, but they dont actually help.

This place is unreasonably slow. When I tried to begin boxing my shipment myself, I was told not to do that and he would be with me shortly.This was ten minutes ago, he has built one box in this time, which was not even for my shipment.If you have zero time constraints, this place is fine. Otherwise it is lazily slow and you will stare at fedex employees for quite some time.

Not even friendly staff, very slow pace, the staff talk too much when theres long lines, and their talking to each other and not customers. Over priced for internet usage even for 5 min. The staff worry more about each other than the customers. Ive seen customers leave the line and get irritated from how where treated. Not worth going, not worth anything. I do not recommend this FedEX in kirkland. There not self aware staff. There very, very rude and unprofessional.

I went to the downtown Bellevue FedEx location and they couldnt figure out my project (copying double-sided pages so the alignment was the same as the original). An associate here figured it out in minutes and was super nice.Whats not location-specific but sucks: the prices. I spent over $5 on 2 pages of double-sided cardstock.
Always had issues as a Notary at this location for some reason. Machines are VERY slow or dont work properlu, staff unwilling to help and even the manager is not trained properly on how to print proper sizes as requested.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Would avoid this place at all costs.

Took 2 hours to print 4 pages of 11x17 on cardstock. They treated me like I had no idea what I was doing even though my documents were already prepared to print.
