I dropped off a couple of chainsaws for repair in early March. Figured it might take a week or two to repair them. A month later I called the shop to inquire about the status of the repairs since I hadnt hear from them. The gentleman I spoke with said he didnt know anything about them but would talk with the owner and call me back. 2 weeks later after receiving no call I called again and spoke with a lady who told me the same thing. 2 weeks later after not hearing back from her either I dropped by the shop and picked the chainsaws only to find they hadnt touched them. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible - No one can stay in business when they treat their customers this way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!

Absolutely no communication what so ever, very expensive, cannot accomplish anything in a timely manor. You would be better off going to any one of the other shops in town. Will never do business there again.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A BUSINESS! held my unit for nearly four months, never once called me to inform of any progress, every time I called I would either be told that the owner would call me back or told that they are too busy. Surprise I never got a call back, by far the most expensive place in town, please save yourself the trouble and go anywhere but here.
