I have been going to Kirkwood Firestone for about 20 years because I trust there work. Ive tried other car repair shops, but theres always one thing or another wrong. This location, I feel, is especially trustworthy.

Great service. They stay in communication and look out for your best interest regarding cost and whats priority regarding needing multiple repairs on a vehicle.

Very knowledgeable staff and excellent prices. Have taken both vehicles here as the mechanics are friendly and dont attempt to upsell when not needed. They setup an action plan for one of my cars to fix issues in intervals so I didnt have a large bill all at once.

This location is one of the great ones. They get your problems solved. Jim that works up front is one of the best in the business hes been around cars and auto repair his whole life and it shows with his knowledge. They always take great care of my vehicles when they are there. Kimberly is awesome also.

A tire I bought from Firestone was not keeping air so since I did not have an appointment I took the tire off myself and dropped it off. They said the wait would be a few hours so I picked it up the next day. I was told to bring my car around and they will put it in my trunk. I asked them to put it on my Jeep. I was told Id be a few hours. It took me 15 minutes to take the tire off and put on a donut. It would have taken them less. I received a customer service survey email the next day. I normally dont fill then out but I did. I just felt upset with the customer service. Most companies want to know. The survey said I would receive a call in 24 to 48 hours. A week later and no call. I did the survey again and a week later no call. So it is obvious to me they saw my complaint but have no intention of contacting me. The only thing one can do is share their experiences on review sites. This is a terrible location. I have had good experiences at the South County shop though.

Ryan manages the store and really takes care of you as a customer. They do great work there. I made my appointment and everything was completed on time as promised.

Had tire pressure issue . Although store manager,Ryan Rosario was not in the store his staff was very accommodating with the problem I had with my tires. Young man in service area checked the tire in all 4 tires. He advised me the rear tires were low.I was impressed & appreciated the professional manner in which the 2 young were willing to help me.GOOD JOB FELLAS

Rude Rude RudeLost half a days work by trying to get 2 tires put on.I was 3 hours early to drop off truck for an appointment at 4pm. He said I was suppose to be there at 830 amOh no my appointment was 4pm.He said well were too busy. I bought my tires and took them elsewhere. Never never never firestone.He had not an ounce of customer service in him. His name? Who cares.

Fast friendly service. They had a tire in stock for me in a size that hasnt been manufactured in years. The tire was also cheaper in price than I expected. I was very impressed.

Great service and I would highly recommend Firestone. I had four new Firestone Destination LE2 tires put on my wifes vehicle and an alignment done. Vehicle has over 120,000 miles and drives great! They also completed this in a timely manner as suggested first thing on Saturday morning. Nice waiting area with TV and current magazines, too.

Went to get a flat fixed. They couldnt, took it to combs tire and auto on big bend the next day, they fixed it in less than an hour. Firestone needs to get better repair technicians. They were all nice and polite, just didnt get the job done

I have always had great experiences here - the staff is very friendly, accommodating, and does not make taking your car in feel dreadful. I bring in two cars for work and my own car as well, I have had a great experience with every car. I usually have at least one child in tow and we always sit and wait, we never have an issue. We have even moved away from Kirkwood and I still continue to bring my car here. I brought my car in last week for an emergency oil change before I was heading out of town and they squeezed me in, no problem. I greatly appreciate how effortless they make bringing your car into the shop.

The guys here are AMAZING! They actually probably saved me from having a horrible wreck or worse. Another tire place, in another city, didnt torque down the lug nuts on my tires and they were about to fall off. I live in Texas and had a 24 hours drive ahead of me. Ryan and his staff treated me and my son like we were part of their family and made sure we got back on the road safely. I have a special place in my heart for St/ Louis now.

Traveled to St. Louis for a weekend away with my daughter, while there my brakes started grinding really bad. I knew I didnt want to drive home with my car like that. I called other brake shops but they were all too concerned with leaving on time. I called here... and Dan agreed to stay to get them done along with Jeff, the technician. These guys were awesome. I was even prepared for a really high bill since they were staying late and they knew I was desperate to get brakes on my car before I left town, but they were fair and honest. Highly recommend going here if you are in need of auto service.

Went to four other places they gave me song and bus Firestone said sure we will have it done asap! 2nd time around I will not go anywhere else.

This place is not honest. I went in for a supposedly oil change but i dont think they did anything. After 3 months, I went to Jiffy Lube where i did my oil change before. The guy at Jiffy Lube said the oil was really dirty and it still have the Jiffy Lube oil filter from last time. What crook!!!

I needed a simple safety inspection and emissions test. I made an appointment. There were no cars in the bay when I showed up 15 mins early to the appointment and they got my car in right away, or so they say. Almost an hour and a half later I was able to drive off. I was expecting to sit around for 45 mins or so, but I got to see most of Ghostbusters 2, which was on tv. Ive never had to wait close to that long for these inspections.Also when they removed the old inspection sticker they left all of the fragments they chipped away on the dash.. dont really understand why they didnt wipe it off. I guess that might have added 20 more minutes... then I could have actually finished the movie inside on tv, now I will never know how it ends. If I could add the picture I took of it I would.
