Nice place a lote of stuff in their store,it was closer in south county but they mowed to kirkwood

If I had a dollar for everytime this store let me down I would be rich! The whole coupon thing is a joke and todays debaukle... I paid for a class that I was told is today at five pm. No calls, reminders nor e-mails were sent but they can waste my time with some promotional email everyday. Now I am told too bad and too sad the sales clerk made a mistake and the class was yesterday. You can take the class at another store if you pay again. I have been a seamstress for over 30 years and the most dissapointing thing about this dying trade is that Hancock is still in business... with horror story customer service...

Very little selection, rude/ignorant staff, and no deals making a trip there worth it.
