Scott the driver was very helpful in the move. When packing he left out the coffee and pot so we could get started the next morning. When delivering the storage was too small for his truck so he rented a U-haul and shuttled our belongings from his truck to the storage unit. Highly recommend!

Never use this company for your shipment! They loaded our home stuff on Aug 18 and were supposed to make the delivery on Sep 3. As of writing this comment, not only they have not yet delivered our stuff, but also they set the delivery for 9/28/21, 40 days late!!We tried calling the supervisor, but she didnt care and never bother to gave us a callback. This is by far the worst terrible experience we are wading through, and it is actually mentally affecting our life since they are giving us hollow promises. They screwed our plans and humiliated us.

The whole team was professional from the driver to the muscle men who lifted and loaded our furniture. They wrapped each piece in shrink wrap and most in blankets as well. NOTHING was damaged. They took time to protect my walls and floors. Most importantly they ALL had wonderful attitudes, including the muscle men. They were respectful, polite, patient with my children and a delight to work with. Communication was thorough throughout the entire process. Driver was great. Would highly recommend this company.

This may not be your first choice for a short distance move. 170 mile destination and they state 2-10 business days. Its actually a 2.5 hour drive. Expect long delays with Packing and the actual Moving crews. Not very committed to professional service or experience. Two Men in a Truck may have been a better option.

Overall they were ok, but the movers helped themselves to my medicine cabinet and I had to file a police report because of this. Would not recommend if you have valuables

Packing was great. Not one thing broken, nothing missing. A but if an oops w/ device cords and cables, but Mrazak fixed the problem pronto. Load and delivery smooth and fast. Load and delivery crew worked hard, were polite and helpful. Simply couldnt ask for anything better. I do wish Id had them unpack stuff in each room, so that I had of to organize it into the right place in each room. Wouldve saved me a ton of stooping and bending, but I didnt think to ask for that. Next time....

Sunday Line for Girl Scout cookie pick up was different this year, I assume due to the weather. There was only one line and they had each car pull in and then closed the dock door. The Staff was fast and courteous and had everything in order. However, this year it was harder to examine cases at pick up and once I got home I found I had several crunched and damaged cases of cookies which can’t be distributed out - I will need to take them to one of the Girl Scout cookie cupboards for exchange. The team was great but quality control could have been better.

I do not recommend this company or United Van Lines to assist with any long distance move. The team that picked my belongings up was great, professional and timely, however the contract with the company had a delivery date between July 9th and July 16th. I was told that I should have an update the day after my belongings were picked up on the 6th as to when my furniture would be delivered. The next day, I was told that there was no update on when my shipment would depart from their facility to my current location. I received updates as promised, however I was informed on July 13th that my belongings would not arrive on the contracted delivery date, and the company was and is currently not able to provide me a timely estimate of when my items could be delivered.I was told I would get compensation of 100 dollars/day for each day the company is late, however that does not even remotely begin to cover the loss of expenses we will incur, as that does not even closely cover an adequate hotel room in our area.When asking for even a vague estimate, of whether it will be days or weeks before my shipment will arrive, I am told that they are working to get my shipment to me as soon as possible, which shows me that it could very much be weeks that I will have to wait.I was not aware at all that this was an issue before the move. I received very vague communication from the company but it is unacceptable to still at this time to not have a delivery estimate. I understand that the pandemic caused many challenges and many people are moving, and that there are hiccups that occur, but to not only be late to deliver upon the date in the contract AND not have any idea of when my shipment will be delivered will make me never use this company again, and recommend that my family and friends do not use them either to avoid a situation like this. Im extremely disappointed and honestly, just want to know a specific and realistic estimate of when my stuff will get to me.

It was a 2 day pack and 2 days to deliver.I’m always a bit nervous with the potential for things to get broken or damaged. However, the team of packers was wonderful and to back that up....not one thing broken! They went the extra mile on the delicate pieces and it paid off.Our moving coordinator Brian was always available for questions and met every expectation. His organization and good communication was spot on. The day of delivery the team put all the needed floor and wall coverings in place to protect our new home. They placed furniture where we ask and even when I changed my mind, they gladly assisted. Anything taken apart was put back together in working order. I hired united van line before when I moved from Maryland to Missouri, they provided excellent service. This is why I did not hesitate to use them again despite much higher cost than other excellent movers, but this time is different, I am so disappointed and upset with their service. They were not professional, did not follow COVID precautions as they said, they left a few furnitures without assembling and finally I found a missing chair. I will never use them again or recommended them to anyone.

We hired them to move my mum from IL to CA; mum was very fearful of her things breaking and especially for a couple of pieces of handmade furniture, and the team who packed our move was incredibly kind, thoughtful and thorough. They did a much quicker job than I would have thought, while still being very professional, polite and careful. They were extremely accommodating during the actual moving and storage period, even when our plans changed a number of times, and they were never once pushy or demanding -- a huge plus when pretty much everything is hectic and difficult, to have this be so easy! The delivery team was also great to work with, and even handled a last-minute street permit issue with quick, calm professionalism. I would definitely use A-Mrazek Moving Systems without hesitation for any move in the future.

He and his crew in Missouri had to unload in falling snow and 20° temps!!!Pam & Angie - our move project managers communicated before, during and after. From my initial interactions with Maggie to begin the process of setting up our move to Brian managing our move, it was as seamless as it could be. Brain checked on the day of loading and uploading to see how everything was going. Shawn & movers did a great job on both ends of our move. Furniture was wrapped in padded quilts or wrapped in plastic to protect our furniture and appliances. All flooring was protected before anything was moved in or out. They were effient and worked well together coaching each other on heavy or bulky pieces. This was our 1st experience using professional movers....it was totally worth it!! Highly recommend!
