My wife’s car had a cracked window and with the Florida rain we couldnt use her car, we called xclusive and within 3 hours they replaced the window. They worked by appointments and initially they said Monday, then he asked when we needed it he might be able to squeeze us in that day and then he called their parts department and had my window in stock. Within 4 hours I had my car with a fresh window in saving our weekend! They also tint your car too

Set up an appointment, went there to get my window fixed and the guy just left me sitting outside for over 30 mins then stopped answering the phone.. will never attempt to do business with these guys ever again..

These guys are amazing, Safelite wanted to schedule me two weeks out and this guys schedule me for the next day, replaced my windshield and calibrated the camera… loving my new windshield which I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket because Jimmy took care of everything with my insurance!

I visit this place today. Really, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would give them. Two years ago another company changed the windshield on my car. Since then, my car always got wet inside. Ive taken it to different places and no one could find out what was going on. Thank goodness I found this place. They found the problem. They changed the windshield, checked the sunroof, and thats where the problem was. I thought that because of the work they did to the sunroof, they would charge me a lot, but it was not like that. The prices are very good. They went above and beyond to solve my problem. I am very grateful to Jimmy, Roberto, and Armando. They were very respectful, polite and very professional. They explained everything to me and showed me everything they were going to do to my car. Jimmy was in charge of making all the claim to my car insurance. It really was a very nice experience. Also, they are bilingual, if you dont understand English, they will gladly explain it to you in Spanish. I really recommend it! They are the best, I have no doubts about that!! Thank you!!!

I chose Xclusive after having Dealt for a month and a half run-around with Safelite on Osceola parkway. Who had me show up for scheduled appointments by them, TWICE, to cancel when I arrive because the windshield was not there and followed this with complete uncaring unprofessionalism by management.Jimmy and his staff at Xclusive are top notch. immediately took care of me, same day ordering from the manufacturing company that day, following up with me on it all and had it installed in less than a week. Jimmy was caring, profesional and reliable. You do not have to go with Safelite, the insurance companies will cover the windshield replacement with others such as Xclusive.
