I was looking for a rear transmission seal for my 2003 F150. I went to autozone, and Advance auto 6 times back and forth they kept giving me the wrong part, they couldn’t find it, etc. Mark Found exactly what I needed and had it delivered the next day from a different store, helped me quickly and had a great attitude. Definitely buying parts here from now on.

Employees here are unprofessional and not there to help. Not they answer you back, I just got ignored!!!! WASTED 20 MINUTES AT THIS STORE, NOT BEING LOOKED AT OR SERVED. I WENT AFTER TO THE NEXT STREET BLOCK AT ADVANCED AUTO PARTS AND WAS SERVED AS A CUSTOMER RIGHT WHEN I WALKED IN I WAS LOOKED AT. Came in today wanted too buy a new car battery, walked in around 8AM, greeted Good Morning, walked to register and guy at register just ignored me as no one came in the store. I waited over 20 minutes in front off register and left very upset. There were store employees too the left in a room working all just ignored my long wait, After 10 minutes waiting the guy at register went and served some other that had just walked in, not sure why he left me waiting so long, as I was the only customer in the store at first right in front off him and just got ignored. I went after down the street to Advanced Auto Parts where they served me in a timely manner and treated me as a customer. I purchased the battery at Advanced Auto Parts, price was discounted 25%. They installed it right away. I was out in 20 min.

The lady working behind the counter went out of her way to find the wright parts for are travel trailer hubs.

Sold me the wrong part, when I had my vehicle in a million pieces, I found out that the guy sold me the wrong part. When I called for help, I asked for the part to be delivered, I was told about an hour. An hour and a half went by.......... Im stuck waiting. Anyways when I called to see whats up, I was told they have commercial accouns take priority so whenever they can, basically Im screwed waiting and was spoke to rudely.not professional

The counter is short handed, saw a lot of deliveries going out with NAPPA signs & Logos. No one knows what they are doing, or what is going on. Its a shame Ive shopped NAPPA 20 plus years. This is the worst one by far. Go to the dealership skip the delay in gettig the wrong part. Took them 5 days to get the wrong hose in.

For the last 2 years I been trying to return to NAPA.Im a 56 years old hispanic male who lives in Kissimmee,Fl.The population is 90 per cent hispanic.In the last 2 years I did purchase 2 car batteries from a very nice manager who was transfer from Chicago.One of my batteries died and because I been moving a lot lately I lost the reciept for the battery and I was denied the warranty.Im not asking to change your policies but auto parts like O Reilly,Advance,AutoZone etc.started their business after Napa and they keep my warranty in their system.For us Seniors is an advantage.Sometimes we need help to remember.Im not that old but Im not the same.I little help will be appreciated.Thank you.
