If I can leave 0 starts I would, unfortunately I drove an hour away from this place to get new tires and a month later my tires are completely gone. Lazy workers, very rude, and don’t care about customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible service made me wait I was in next and the just took another car and changed the tire right in front on me. I hope it wasnt due to Im not Latin american. I will try to have a more better experience while getting acclimated to Kissimmee different times.

Some rude employees and did work without going over with me what was being done first. Took almost a week just to change front pads and one caliper. When my vehicle was finally ready I wasn’t even called and had to call myself to check on it. Took forever to pay and had to get the owner on the phone to get his employee to work. Employee was speaking to me in Spanish and the owner said he speaks English

Great work done with short wait periods here. The staff are friendly and professional. I feel much safer on the road now with my new tires. I definitely recommend it!

Drove from Haines City to get a tire, of course I called prior to driving the 45 minutes out of my way to get this tire. Arrived at 5:55 due to traffic. When I arrived I was advised they were already closed. Do not go to this place, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldve went to Amigos if they wouldve had my tire. I cant express how upset i am because when i asked them if I could still be service the man argued with me over what time it was because his watch said it was already 6! Highly disatisfied. JUST GO TO AMIGOS!!!!!

IF I COULD TAKE STARS AWAY I WOULD. NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NOT AT ALL GOOD MECHANICS. They take advantage of people and are a complete RIP OFF!!

I will never take my car here ever again. I brought my car here so they can put my new tires on and aligne my car and the next day my low pressure for my tires was on. I returned the car and the guy swore up and down my car did not have a sensor which it did. A different guy came and cleared it off my dash. My light is back on 2 days later... I came to the Honda dealer and they told me my car needed an alignment and I did not understand why if I just had one 3 weeks ago at this location???? Honestly, a waste of time and money I will never get back. This place is terrible. I would never recommend this place to anybody !!!

If you want to get RIPPED off and have SUBSTANDARD work done on your vehicle, then by all means go to Main street tires!If not then go to a reputable tire shop!The owner is unprofessional, rude and needs a lesson in customer service and integrity!If I could give zero stars I would!

Whoever answered the phone told me they were closed when the online info says cloed at 6:00pm.I informed them i was five minutes away traveling fromdisney area and the oerson shiwef no care or customer service by at least extending me the five minutes to get there when i had fiftenn minutes before they closed.

Sold us a tire for our jeep that is junk. They charged us $90.00 bucks for two used tires and a plug. We have to put air in one of the tires twice a week. Wish I had the old one back tread was worn but at least it held air. This place is a rip off will never go back!

They try to rip you off.I had a friend who went there and they sold the individual a tire that had plugs(which they are not supposed too).very unprofessional.

Management here is a joke brought 4 brand new tires one went flat do to tire malfunction (air bubble) went to get the replace and was told warrantee doesn’t cover that I would need to buy a new or use tire suggest anyone reading the reviews stay away from this place

Dont go there if you want to lose your money! Pay $ 800, Carlos the owner said delay 1 day was 5! My car only put a used part with rags and masks tied after 3 days it broke down again and I repair it with 5 zip tide terrible service and work there are no mechanics only charlatan tires!
