I’ve been coming here with my family for many years and we always receive good quality work. One of my favorite mechanics to go to because they are very family oriented but professional as well. I always feel in good hands with them and if the car has to stay a couple of days, I’m made aware and kept updated throughout. I will continue coming for all car issues.

The staff is very welcoming. I asked for my car to be ready by 12 pm because I had to travel to Ft Lauderdale for a funeral and They called me at 1135am to let me know my car was ready . The cost fit my budget so I was very grateful for that . I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

This is a family owned business and the owner is the Master Mechanic. I came in at 7:00 AM for my appointment for an AC repair and I was out of there at 8:30 AM with my AC working. I don’t know anything about AC and they could have charged me more. Carmen and Fausto are very professional and friendly. Most importantly, they are honest!

These awesome guys were the only shop willing to take my truck in to check ac without an appointment, I had personally installed my entire ac system myself but the compressor kept cycling on/off. Couldnt diagnose it. These guys hooked it up and had it diagnosed and a solution within minutes. Really appreciate and recommend Reynoso auto!

World class family shop with honest and professional technicians. The efficiency of this shop is like no other. Fausto completed the repairs on my 2015 Camaro on time as estimated. He goes to work right away and patiently answers any questions you my have. Stopped here while on vacation after our car was making a rattling noise. Not only were they quick and professional, but after diagnosing the issue and realizing it was the entire transmission, they showed us the nearest dealership for our vehicle so that we could get the issue squared away. Called this place two separate times asking about repair for my ac for my car the lady who answers calls doesn’t speak english well and had no clue what i was talking about it was frustrating trying to explain to her what i needed and she proceeded to ask “who told you that” after i told her what i needed. not very helpful

Reynoso was more than helpful when our check engine light recently came on before cross-country road trip. I’m very nervous when it comes to cars since I don’t know much about them. Most other places (Jiffylube...) will pray on that once they realize it, but Reynoso was completely honest with me and never tried to upswell on anything. Instead of talking AT me, he explained the problem and answered any questions I had about my car. I’m very thankful I found his shop!

I moved from Fl to KS, I needed a part sent to my new auto shop that was under warranty. Since I had that part worked on less than a month at that time I called and everything seemed fine and thanked them obviously for their time and shipping my part. Obviously, I had not received the part miraculously in a span of 15 minutes on the phone with them. Fast forward 6 weeks I have not received my part under warranty. My mechanic keeps urging me to call and let them know that i had not received the part yet. I have been very busy with school and work at the hospital and had not had the time to call during work hours until today. Long story short. They were very rude and placed words in my mouth. Saying I thanked them “remember that”, as if I had that piece in hand. Hence my previous comment. The phone call ended with her talking over me and acting as if I had a lack of memory. When in fact I remember our initial conversation from the gecko. The owner left me on hold or kept silent for minutes on end via phone and finally hung up. They do not respond to my calls. Mind you I am out of state and I need the information for my mechanic to figure this out. Which was the initial plan but Reynoso took the liberty of taking this on. Wish I had known initially it would be managed this poorly. Now I have a part on limbo and they are blaming it on me. When I trusted them to be reverend to their word. Now I may have to pay for parts due to their misinterpretation and unprofessional service.

Just left Reynoso Auto Repair after having some issues with the breaks on my car. Im from out of state and needed to find someone close. I called the shop and they were able to fit me in within 30min. I arrived and gave them a rundown of what the car was doing. They checked to see what was wrong and were very understanding of the situation. They gave me an estimate of 2.5 hours and they finished within 1.5 hours. Theyre very friendly and they have a lot of experience. Dont think twice, go here for all of your vehicles needs.

I have been going to the Reynoso Auto repairs for the last 4 years for all my car maintenance and repairs. They are not over price and they will check the car and let you know what needs to be repair.I strongly recommend the Reynoso auto repair. When you enter the office you are greeted and assisted. Mr Reynoso explains all repairs I trust them with my vehicle.

Ive had many mechanics throughout the last 10 years and for the first time ever I feel like I have found a genuine, honest and respectable mechanic to work on my vehicles. Rey gets right to figuring out whats wrong with the vehicle and then tells you with all his knowledge of cars what he thinks is wrong with it, and the best part is that he is very patient and will even show and explain whats wrong the vehicle. Another great point I would like to mention is that the mechanic shop is very organized and clean, probably the cleanest Ive ever seen. The entire staff is just really nice and simply put its a great mechanic shop.

Hands down one of the most professional mechanics in the Central Florida area. Normally when i go to a mechanic i expect for it to take a while and standing in the beaming hot sun but i was taken care of right away although he had two people he was taking care of he still made it a point to acknowledge me and tell me what’s wrong with my car in super detailed description and why those parts are malfunctioning. Great service overall i have no cons about this place !

Ray, a good honest guy! My family and I drove down from Canada for March break and noticed what sounded like a front wheel bearing failing. Think a minivan, 7 people, and all the associated luggage. The van was loaded down and had to make ~2200km drive back home.. I wasnt sure that it would make it so I took it over to Ray/Reynoso to give me their opinion and change the part if required. I had called two other places, and these guys were the least expensive and also had an excellent rating on Google Maps. Ray took it for a drive and said he heard something, but it was minor. So minor that if I really wanted to change the bearing he would recommend you do both front bearings since it wasnt absolutely clear which one could be failing. But in his opinion it wasnt bad enough to warrant changing and he was pretty confident that we would be able to make it back without issue. I took his advice, and even though I was concerned driving back, he was right - we made it without issue. He did all of this without charging me anything. Appreciate his honesty and hope another positive review helps drive more business to his shop.Thanks Ray!

I am from Ohio and a single mom with four girls. After driving over one thousand miles (to get to Florida) our van began making a terrible noise when we braked. Then it began making the noise when we weren’t braking. We are supposed to leave tomorrow to head back to Ohio. I googled repair shops near me and came across the reviews for Reynoso. I called and spoke to Ivan (one of their mechanics) at 8 am Monday (this morning) I explained my predicament and he told me to bring it in. I’m now sitting in the waiting room getting my brakes that were COMPLETELY SHOT fixed. He showed me the problem with the car and my calipers were stuck. Their prices were so fair and they were all so kind and compassionate. I am so so glad I found this shop, they are so thorough. I wish they would move to Ohio....if you find yourself in need of an honest mechanic, this is the shop!!!!!!!! They are running an AMAZING establishment. Compared to the rest of the mechanics, this is the best auto repair shop that I have been to. What sets them apart is the staff, as well as the owners. They are super nice, and super friendly. I own a 2012 Chevy Cruze LT. I had called all around Orlando for quotes on a thermostat replacement, and thank God I called Reynoso Auto. Their service was spectacular, they work very fast, got my car returned to me in a couple of hours, and gave me a great deal! $150 less than anywhere else I called. Very nice people, honorable business with reasonable and respectable prices.

Let me just say that i cannot be sold everything, Im extremely cheap and i would not patronize ANY BUSINESS more than once if the quality of the work and the service was not excellent.Ive been to Reynoso Auto Repair on several different occasions now. Each time with a different issue. I have called and made an appointment ONLY ONCE. But each time i have been there for repairs, my car was taken care of that same day or the very next. Carmen, the office manager is cheerful, polite and professional. They showed me exactly what was wrong and explained in detail how and what needed to be done to solve the problem.The service isnt exactly cheap. But quality service never is. I have never had to return to the shop to address an issue with any repair done. High marks for quality of service and professionalism.Would definitely recommend this shop for fast, honest and quality repairs.

I came here in a rush and a bit of a panic because one of the pieces under my car had come loose. I googled and found them to be 4 min away from where I was. Do not take your car anywhere else bought a 05 BMW 325 I had some issues but low miles and clean dealership 4000 every independent in Ocoee where I live 2700 and up Ivan did all fluids rotate balance filters breaks made the car is nice is when it came out the show room floor for less than half the price of everyone you cannot go there they also have a service that you applied for credit takes less than five minutes 90 days Same as cash or you can pay it in payments so on top of a guy that you would have over to your house you have a way to pay if you don’t have the money it was amazing it was a blessing and Ivan I just have to say God bless you and it was one of the most amazing things that has happen to me I have lived in Orlando for over 30 years and this is a big blessing thank you Ivan Truly amazing no reason for your car to sit in the driveway

This shop was a life-saver for me and my BMW. Took it somewhere else first and they totally had the problem WRONG!! Very expensive and wrong. So I called around and contacted other shops for second opinion. Reynoso was the only one that called me back and asked a lot of questions. So I took it over and they fixed the oil leak fast and reasonably!!! Fast forward a few weeks later and other problems came up on the car not related to the leak repair (she has 120,000 miles)I called, I dropped it off and a few days later, my car is purring like a kitten and it didnt cost me a fortune. Reynoso is not only honest, but they really know their stuff! My bill at a BMW dealer would have been ridiculous. I love Reynoso, and will tell all my family friends to never go anywhere but here for auto repairs. Thank you again!!!

As a woman it has been so hard to find a place I can truly rely on for honest mechanical work but I feel that I found one with Reynosos. We will continue to take our cars here for the unforeseen future.

I have gone all around Kissimmee looking for a mechanic that can tell you exactly whats wrong with your car just listening/looking at it and I did not find that until I came to Reynoso. The best part about taking my cars to Reynoso is that I know my car is getting the best repair for the best price. I had to get a starter changed for my car and Reynoso quoted my repair 200$ less then then any other mechanic and had my car done the same day(2 hours) while others told me 24 hours. I am really happy with the service and the price I got and for that reason I would recommend Reynoso auto repair to anyone that wants fast premium service for a low price.
